Not impressed after calling and scheduling appointment ahead of time asked if they did solar Nails pink and white. After sitting down and taking all my product off my Nails, technician tried to talk me into another product of which you dip your Nails into. After saying no he said he didn't know how to do a French backfill and would have someone do them I said fine. Then manager comes up explaining they could only do regular fill and would do gel polish. After 30 years of getting my nails done never before heard this from any qualified nail shop. I had to leave and go to another shop do get the acrylic put back on. Do not suggest going to this nail shop read more

Honestly I really like this place. I had previously visited here for pedicures but never nails. After seeing someone get their nails done I decided to give it a try (never had acrylic nails before) When I got there everyone was nice and courteous. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and was assured that they could do it. After that I was talked into getting gel polish and did it because it was only $5 more. When I sat down with the lady who did my nails I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she too said that it was no problem. At the beginning she got into a little argument with another co-worker about some moving his things from a draw he had them in. This left her visibly annoyed. So half way through she decided to let me know that they didn't have the color grey. She then had me chose a completely different color just for her to end up trying to paint my nails some bright pink color. I told her that wasn't the color I had chosen, which was coco. So when she reluctantly took it off. She asked me if I still wanted the ring finger to be like the picture and I told her yes. She then proceeded to paint them silver. I was so furious, annoyed and on the brink of tears that I just wanted to get out of there and didn't even notice that she never put a matte finish on my nails! I have since been told by other friends to ask for Kevin next time. read more

Went to this spa for a celebratory mani-pedi and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a tea while picking out my colors. Gel polish is a $10 upgrade per service, which is a little steep, but worth it to me to avoid chipped fingernails and prolong the life of manicure. Very clean salon, staff are quick to greet you and answer any questions. After picking out colors, I was sent to a pedi chair to soak my feet for about 10 minutes. While I certainly appreciate efficiency, I felt a little rushed after this lengthy soak. Pedi and mani were both completed in 40 minutes total, although I did select the basic mani/pedi package. My nail technician did a great job exfoliating the bottoms of my feet, but beyond that, the foot massage and pedicure felt rushed. We moved to the manicure station, the tech was kind and carried my purse and jacket. My previous gel was removed somewhat gently (in all fairness it was very well-adhered, probably my longest lasting manicure without a single chip/polish lift after 3+ weeks). Manicure again went very quickly, and employee missed the mark here when I asked for short nails and she declined to cut them. She filed them down, but I ended up cutting my own nails when I made it home. Polished very quickly, and I could see areas on the bottom that the polish had crossed from nailbed to finger (my pet peeve, and the areas that start to lift and snag easily). I asked to have these removed and modified, the employee filed them down and left the manicure a little scuffed. Two days later I noticed polish lifting and have been coating with clear polish at home to keep it flat. All in all, this is a very nice, clean, and well-stocked facility. I would have enjoyed it more had it been a little slower with more time spent on a neat application of polish. I will likely not return unless I need a quick service during a lunch hour, as I had a 3-week manicure from the last salon I tried compared to a 2-day manicure from Caesers. read more

First and LAST pedicure at this salon. No issues with the pedi, but the complimentary bottles of water (Kirkland from Costco) that were given to my friend and I were NOT sealed. Ewwww! If they are refilling water bottles, what ELSE is happening there? That's just nasty. read more

Was really expensive and the girl had no idea what almond shaped or mountain peak nails were, I paid waaay too much and ended up filing them more to make the shaped better. This place is super cute and my friends nails were amazing and they did it really quickly, but my girl had no idea what she was doing and had to be helped multiple times by other techs. My full set and gel took abt two hours and my friends full sets took maybe 45 mins, I spent all day at that salon it felt like. I couldn't really communicate with my tech that well cuz she didn't speak English that well which wasn't a big deal at all bc I've had other techs who don't speak English and as long as there's someone around to help translate it's fine but I'd talk to this super professional tech doing a great job and she'd translate what I wanted to my tech. The translator was busy so I don't blame her for not helping more but my tech did not understand what her coworker was trying to explain, my nails turned out pretty crappy. I would come back possibly but only to the techs who knew what they were doing them seemed great and really friendly, also a plus that they serve champagne! read more

Wow what service! I took my 90 year young Grandma and myself to get pampered and the staff did an AMAZING job. Gram had a facial and I had the Royal Milk and Honey pedicure. They even squeezed in a manicure for Gram. Thank you so much to all of the staff for helping me treat Gram like the queen she is! read more

Treated unfairly due to a misunderstanding. An item I brought in with me was misplaced. I asked for it to be found as it was expensive. I asked if the owner could go over the camera to see where it was, I was sure I brought it in. As I sat & waited I asked the nail tech who I was put with last minute (not my usual tech) if she could look & see if she accidentally put it up while cleaning. I was told I made her uncomfortable by a reasonable question because it made it seem as if I was accusing her of stealing. I could have acted like a damn fool but I didn't because I had respect for the owners. I was irritated at the time but definitely did not think anyone stole my stuff just wanted it back & trying to think of all options. I was a long time customer over 4 years & this was my first time an incident occurred. My belonging was recovered, however, very disappointed by the owners decision to ask me to not come back when I attempted to make a follow up appointment. Note to Owners response: I sat patiently at the bar and waited while you went over the camera. I asked if I should make a police report because the pin cost $140. I asked the tech if she could check if she accidentally picked up while cleaning and I wouldn't be mad. I gave an honest review and did not lie . Keep your integrity and do the same! read more

I simply adore this salon! The people are talented as well as conscience of the client, and the tools ( nail files etc.) are always properly sanitized and/or new. I am always able to get either an appointment immediately or within the day. The services offered are extensive and I've yet to try them all but I would book it there before I looked elsewhere for a hair/nail service. Wonderful experience each and every time! I had the worst experience here. A few of my nails had begun to separate at the tips and without asking me Connie wedged an artificial tip in between my nail and the acrylic and pulled the acrylic off. I asked her why she would do that and before the words got out of my mouth she'd done another nail! I said that's not the right way to take off nails and it hurts and she argued with me and popped off another one! Soooo mad! read more

I love the IDEA of this place (who doesn't want complimentary wine while relaxing?!) and they are okay for pedicures but I won't ever get my finger done here again.. went in for a manicure a few months back and I could have done a better polish job.. my regular nail tech (jasmine at Tips and Toes and she is amazing.. and a perfectionist!) couldn't get me in so I figured I would give them a try again. Got a walk in apt for a gel polish change and again, it came out horrible.. went in for a "fix" the next morning and it was almost just as bad.. sloppy polishing to say the least.. giving two stars pretty much for the free wine read more

This is by far the most over-priced salon I have ever been to. This past weekend I went in for a set of nails and a pedicure, the girls at the front counter looked as if they had no clue what was going on, they were slow and confused. When I was seated with the nail tech, my ticket was wrong, and insted of trying to correct the nail tech I went with just a simple manicure, using the new odorless powder they advertise for nail polish. The nail tech was agressive with her drill and her file, my nail beds are still soar and my manicure was 2 days ago. They advertise a free beverage while you get your nails done, my beverage arrived half way through the manicure. By the time I was seated for my pedicure I was so frustrated with the environment and service I was receiving I did not enjoy the pedicure at all. The trip cost me $80.00 for the same services I could've recieved at a Perfect Nail for 1/2 the price. Dont waste your money, not worth the price. read more

I'm rating this place a 1 Star only because my nails are hurting. At the beginning it was awesome they give you a free drink and are very polite! I got a lady who didn't speak any English and she basically sawed my nails down so much that I barely even have a nail bed now. Definitely recommend finding some good there before going. read more

Manager just called back to apologize and asked if I would come in again for a free pedi and a gift certificate for another. I thanked him and said I would, but want a different technician and no grater use. - here is the back story: waiting for a call back as the gal that did my pedicure cut the bottom of my foot with the callous grater. I had my eyes closed and didn't realize what she was using... I have very little callous so probably not really needed to use that "tool". I didn't realize how big the cut was till late last night! The gal was very sweet and kept saying it was small so I didn't say anything to manager while there. Now it hurts when I walk, even with a bandaid on. I'll update when I hear from them. Had my eyebrows waxed. The girl applied a cream she took from predicure station , rubbed it all around my eyes. Applied hot wax to entire eyelid. The results were burns around both eye area. Took two weeks to heal. I have a scar on my left eyelid. Never Go Back! Manager indifferent. read more

So I went to Ceasars for the first time to get a foot massage (specifically reflexology). I got a calf massage and lots of hitting my calves and feet and it hurt! Barely any massaging of my feet! I have had better foot massages getting a pedicure than what I got! So disappointing! I am sure the nail service is better, but they need to understand how to not only massage feet, but what reflexology really is! And you have no choice but to tip at least 18%! I would NEVER have tipped that much with what I received! read more
