I finally decided to move on from Tesla after almost 10 years and I couldn't be happier with my new Cadillac Lyriq from Pasadena Cadillac. The service that we received from Jesse Figueroa was exceptional. He took his time with us and answered every question that we had. He made the whole experience run smooth. The general manager Jonathan Kyle was wonderful as well. I look forward to being part of the Cadillac family for a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend Pasadena Cadillac for your next car. read more

Found a car I liked and came in to buy it. Came to an agreement on price relatively painlessly, and after that the team took good care of me. They knew I was in a bit of a hurry to get going, so they tried to make the process as quick as possible and gave me constant updates on what they were doing and about how long it would take. No hard upsells on anything. Overall, a great car buying experience! read more

My wife and I arrived to check out the Cadillac Lyriq. Upon arrival, the manager came to the front desk and escorted us to the snack lounge which was very nice of him. While waiting at the lounge for ARMANI, we kept waiting and waiting and nobody arrived. Regardless of waiting, we had scheduled an appointment at 1:30 PM and nobody showed up. It was rude and unprofessional to not even be in the vicinity. I will take my business elsewhere, thanks for nothing ARMANI. read more

Great experience! Elizabeth was awesome. Nice waiting area and for services done was out quicker than I thought I works be.

Nice transparent pricing on a pristine used vehicle. No hidden dealer fees, and they readily offered me an out the door price via email. (I hate dealers that want to hide the transaction cost from you.) They honored the price and happily processed the transaction using my pre-arranged financing and trade-in. No pressure to buy anything more. It probably took about 90 minutes to hit the road after I arrived. read more

I had battery issues starting the car. I went to Pep boys they were busy and understaffed. I called Cadillac Pasadena made a same day appointment and I was in and out in an hour. Note that newer cars have batteries that link to the car computer which needs calibration. I was happy to wait. They have a nice lounge, tv and coffee. I am a satisfied customer. read more

The team at Cadillac Pasadena is phenomenal. I recently purchased a car from them and the service I received was top notch. From the initial visit and greeting I received from Vanessa at the front desk to the detailed information I received from Tony Castro regarding the car that I eventually bought. Loved the fact that they gave me my space to check out the car but were available to answer my questions as well. Even the Finance folks (Renee and Ron) made the process easy and seamless. If Superior Customer Service is important to you, this is the Dealership you want to work with. You can tell that the leadership team at this dealership has all employees focused on Service. read more

Highly recommend! Very efficient and friendly staff. There are a couple dealerships closer but I'll drive the extra few miles to come here!

I had so many issues with the prior owners that I regret buying from them. No one was answering the phones , it took weeks to get an app,and they hardly had anyone there working . It was so frustrating. The other day i called after a light came on. They answered the phone right away and gave me an app the following day. Whoa! My thermostat sensor needed to be replaced and the part is on back order. Loaners are tough to get right now, I know, but they worked with me to figure out a solution.WOW! I'm so happy with the new owners. The service writer was also great! read more

Even before the new owner bought this disgraced Cadillac dealership , it has been a disaster. Manager? Absent. Service ? You are lucky to get communication or the work done correctly. The service is like walking into a library and the librarian is in the backroom. Nobody cares about your business and if you bring your car in you are doing them a favor. Watch out. read more

Cadillac I just learned changed to new ownership and I rarely write a review but if you have excellent service I feel it is a duty. I arrived early and found out they do not open at 7:30 AM but 8 AM.. However even before 8 AM Lamar came to the gate and let me know that they will be taking care of me once the gate opens at 8 AM. I was immediately helped once the gate opened and all my service concerns were noted. I was even called an Uber and out of the dealership by 8:22 AM! Isabel was awesome setting up my appointment and Ignacio our regular amazing technician always takes care of our 2012 Cadillac car service needs. Excellent customer service on the part of Lamar, Isabel, Ignacio, and the new ownership a Cadillac Pasadena. read more

I had been looking for a Cadillac XT5 used online and found one here. When I came in to purchase my new to me SUV, everyone was very warm and friendly. I dealt with 3 people Albert, Tony, and Renee, and let me tell you all very honest, helpful, and willing to spend time with me to give me the best experience possible when purchasing my SUV. Tony was so patient bc there were a lot of buttons and also took time to set up my phone and everything else. Tony is AMAZING. Albert is who we spoke to about the XT5 I saw online and was willing to negotiate a great deal. all-around nice man. Renee "The finance Lady". where you sign your life away just kidding. She is very nice as well as knowledgeable and explains everything when you are signing. Brittany, she is your first point of contact when calling and is as sweet as can be. I am sure everyone else there is just as nice. But hats off to TONY, ALBERT, RENEE, and BRITTANY. Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... read more

DO NOT GOT TO THIS SHADY DEALER!! I can't believe how dirty this place did me! I came in to check out the LYRIQ on Wednesday, May 8th and spent the next TWO DAYS providing everything they needed for the car they ended up selling to someone else!! The salesman Cham tells me they have a lease special on a LYRIQ Luxury 1 that they were using as a "loaner car" so it had just over 30,000 miles on it. We spent the next 4 hours going over the numbers and finalizing the purchase. My father was co-signing for me and they asked me to come in with him the following day to sign and pick up my new vehicle. The next day I go in, along with my father WHO TOOK WORK OFF to do this with me. They had the car detailed, charged and ready to go for me in the front. He even had me sit in the car and connect my phone to it!! "All we need is your signatures and you're ready to go!" Is what Cham told me. WRONG. Nearly three hours later they had us sitting there, no communication, nothing. Just all of them hiding in an office avoiding us. I had to knock on the office window and ask them what's going on. They said they were "confirming" the residual value and couldn't sell it until it was confirmed. Apparently both their GM & AGM were CONVENIENTLY on vacation and couldn't help. BS! After 3 hours of waiting, they tell us that we can leave and come back once everything is confirmed. I don't hear a thing from them until 5pm the following day. THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. Someone just miraculously showed up at 12pm the next day and since they had the residual value confirmed that they inquired for MY PURCHASE they used it to give the deal to someone else! What a pathetic place they are running there! Never thought I would get this kind of service at a Cadillac dealership. I feel scammed and even embarrassed of how they treated us! They ran both of our credit information FOR NOTHING. Waste of time!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! On top of that the financing GM made sure to mention to us that the motel across the street is known for having drug dealers and hookers. REAL CLASSY! Oh and they have a homeless man camped out in front of their lot waving a machete around so BE AWARE!! GO TO CRESTVIEW CADILLAC in West Covina! They are an ELEVATED establishment and represent the luxury brand so much better than this dumpster fire of a dealership!! read more

AMAZING. CUSTOMER SERVICE. I borrowed a loaner after dropping off my vehicle for service. One day later, the borrowed vehicle began giving me issues and I did not feel safe driving it anymore . I called the store right before they closed and let them know the situation. I was immediately transferred to WILLIAM the Manager, he gave me instructions on getting a hold of road side assistance and told me he would wait for me (after hours) and would work on getting me a replacement vehicle. The tow truck company gave me an ETA of almost 2 hours. While I sat and waited I kept in communication with William, letting him know what was happening with the tow truck and the delays. He immediately came up with a better solution for me and offered to bring me a replacement to my location while he waited for the tow truck himself . After long 2 hours of waiting, William showed up to my location and saved me from a terrifying situation parked outside a closed business, late at night. I am super grateful for William, he is incredibly professional and is quick to come up with solutions while under pressure. He made me feel like my safety truly mattered and not like I was just another customer. This is the reason why I love Cadillac but most important, Cadillac of Pasadena. I will transfer all my business to this location permanently! read more

If I could honestly leave 0 stars I would! This has to to be the most incompetent service location I have ever dealt with! I dropped off my car for 10 days when I dropped it off they told me the part was on back order which was fine and that they would call to update me on it, I asked for a loaner and they told me they didn't hVe any available and would call me if they received one come to find out my warranty covers a rental car if they don't have a loaner available.. called to ask for a rental told me I had to wait until Monday because the location they use didn't have any rentals available.. Monday comes around don't get a phone call so I call to get a update, was told they would call back which never happened. I called everyday for 7 days and was told I would receive a call back because the service rep was out sick and they need to find out what to do, on the 8th day I call super frustrated and finally was given a rental car! The next day I was called back to back so many times all of a sudden they were capable of giving me a call back because they wanted the rental car returned before the weekend- mind you they thought they could call me a hour before they close at 5 to get the car returned and pick up my car because it was done.. I show up the next day to drop off my car service was closed and my keys were suppose to be left with someone no surprise there they weren't even capable of getting that right. Honestly between Claire,Isabel and the parts service I don't know who was worse to deal with. Save yourself the time and trouble read more

I worked with Omar to get my new Cadillac CT5 V. He was responsive and worked hard to provide a reasonable deal.

We bought a new Escalade with Omar at Cadillac Pasadena. Omar was amazing! He was extremely responsive, promptly answered all our questions, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. I lived a ways away, and we were able to do everything over phone, text and email; we only had to come into the dealership to sign the papers (very quick) and pick up our new vehicle. There was an Escalade at another dealership for the same price, but Omar made the difference in who we chose to buy from! We highly recommend Omar in your vehicle search! read more

Sold my truck to this dealer at the beginning of April 2024 and had a wonderful beginning at the start of the transaction with a great sales representative. We completed the paperwork, bill of sale, all of the DMV registration paperwork and was told I would receive my money once my lien was paid off with Ford. Well.. it's been a month, the dealer sold the truck before they ever paid off my lien, in other words the dealer did not own the truck yet and sold it and the registration was never changed over to Cadillac. The dealer has not provided me with an update or reached out to resolve, and the 2 times I did speak with someone there was not a solution. The personnel that know what's going on are not speaking to me and will not take my calls. I am without my truck, my money or my lien with Ford paid off. It's as though my truck was stolen as I sold it and I was not reimbursed financially or restored wholly in terms of zero communication. It feels awful, and I feel disregarded. read more
