    An absolute fast and seamless transaction. After inquiring on a 3500 Limited truck on the phone, we pulled in and the truck was already out and ready for a test drive. Guillermo, our sales rep was super nice, fantastic at explaining the car and features which are very sophisticated on a 3500 no sales push ever. Edwin the sales manager made the numbers work in less than 15 minutes and we were amazed by the deal we got and Ed the finance guy was the cherry on the cake, super smart, very good at explaining numbers and we were out in no time. I never thought a truck transaction can go so well, where you are super happy with the price, customer service and finance. These guys deserve our/your business.

    Loved this dealer just got a 2023 jeep thanks to Anthony Rubio with Monrovia CDJR gave us great customer service and very quick process!

    Proof of them not answering & not responding to any of my messages for hours at a time very unprofessional.

    I've had a very frustrating time getting a hold of the service department, every time I call they never answer even when leaving a messages they take hours at a time to even get back to me. Very unprofessional they said my truck was gonna be done with in the first week of it being there & now it's been almost a month & they still have my truck waiting for a part that was supposed to be an overnight delivery part.

    First I'll say I do not take one star reviews lightly as any business deserves a fair shake before being dragged online. That said, this dealership, specifically their service department, is dishonest and disingenuous while being absurdly priced. I brought my 2019 RAM 2500 Limited with the 6.7 Cummins in due to a check engine light. I have an OBD tester at home and went in with the specific error code and stated the particulate sensor needed to be replaced. I asked the technician what the cost would be to replace it and he said he did not know but wouldn't think it's very expensive. While I knew there was a fee for them to take a look at it, the service tech stated the fee would go towards the sensor replacement if I moved ahead with the repair. Well the following day, he texted me stating the particulate sensor needed to be replaced. No surprise there since that is what I told him when I dropped my truck off. He then quoted me a price of $714!! When I pressed him for why in the world was it that expensive the breakdown he gave me was $240 for the part (which is $120 online), $240 for diagnostic fee (which he told me would be waived if I did the repair), $240 for labor, and approx $25 for taxes. See text messages below. Not only did this guy lie about waiving the diagnostic fee, this dealership is completely and disgustingly, ripping people off on a repair that takes less than an hour. I picked up my truck, they had the audacity to charge me $240 despite me telling them what the issue was when I dropped it off AND showing the error code to them AND eluding to any replacement not being very expensive. There was no offer to waive the payment. And when I politely asked to talk to a technician about replacing the sensor myself, they just told me that wasn't possible. I've been taking my truck to this place for maintenance and repair work for years but will never return. I know that post covid service in general has seriously degraded but there's simply no excuse for ripping people off the way this dealership does. Honestly, stay away. Give your time and hard earned money to a business that appreciates repeat customers and doesn't exact pleasure from ripping them off.

    My Jeep was loosing coolant at no apparent location, so I needed service. The girl that answers the phone is one grouchy woman. Think her name is Hay Sue or something like that. Really in a bad mood and very sarcastic. I should have stopped right there. But no, I took my jeep in for service. They had it for 1 week and when I called, they had not even touched it. Wow, I been renting a car this whole time for nothing! While they were finally looking at my Jeep, they called me say they don't want to work on it as long as I have a dash camera on. LOL! I told them unplug it then! It like the workers have warrants or something! When I called the "service advisor", he did not respond to my calls or text messages. The next day, he said he had the day off. WTF! Like couldn't another person take over while he was off? Finally had to ask for management. Manager took over my service. After more days, he says they checked the engine with a scope and did block test and everything, and couldn't find anything wrong with my Jeep and sent me on my way. I went to my local mechanic, he squeezed one hose and said too much pressure, head casket needs replacement. He changed it, and changed anything else that he was disassembling along the way to avoid problems later. My Jeep was fixed by my local mechanic. I will NEVER go to a dealership for repairs that are out or pocket for the rest of my life, especially Monrovia Chrysler Dodge, Jeep dealership! They are rude, incompetent and over priced! To boot, the dealership kept my engine cover! Ugh!

    2020 Ford F250 lariet6.7 Powerstroke…read more Arriving at the service dep, the young service advisor asked what we were doing today, I answered a recall, mentioning I usually take the truck to GER Diesel for oil and more, "I haven't had a good experience the last few times at this service department" He quickly said, "Why don't you take it back to GER?" and laughed. I responded that I would, but I am required to bring it here for the recall. Already a lack of respect for customers, but this is very comment at this location. The truck has been parked in the back lot for over four hours now, " the truck has a factory GPS, something that was not mention to this service advice in his training, truck was setting for 4.8 hours with no progress. The recall involves updating the PCM. How do I know? Because it's common sense to look up how long the recall would take. I asked for a senior advisor that I won't mention the name, when I asked for him, this young advisor told me there is nothing he can do that I can't do, so I gave her an opportunity to get this done his way one thing led to the other end up driving by five hours later and I saw my truck parked on front. Nobody called me and told me the vehicle was done. I asked to speak with the manager and after a while, I found him and I relay my message and my bad experience at this service department Nobody wants to take time and write bad reviews but if I can help someone not go through this issues. I would consider this review successful. Called the service department many time but the misery continues when nobody answers the phone, very incompetent dealership. I don't recommend this place for any business.

Branden, the finance man, is a gem. He looks the part of a money guy with a dapper suit and neat hair. He will take care of you quickly with just the right amount of friendly banter. It was a pleasure to work with him. Mini is a premium brand and it lands in a pretty solid price range when you consider you are getting German engineering. Attached is a photo of what the hood looked like the first time I saw it in direct sunlight. The entire car is covered in polishing marks and swirl marks from a terrible buffing job. They actually burned through the car clear coat so my car will need to be professionally repainted. The interior was also absolutely drenched with carpet cleaning products or odor eliminators that left the car smelling like burnt rubber and chemicals for days after purchase. After I drove the vehicle home, I called the dealership about the paint issues and was told someone would get back to me. I never received a call. If you decide to buy a car here, be prepared to spend thousands fixing the paint and cleaning up the mess they made

    So i came upon this shop because I figured id try and save money and use groupon but i get here ,…read moreboth times do the service, and both times now I have left feeling uneasy with either the service or actual price I ended up paying. So the filter cost more because my car is 2021? Theres fees I've had to pay more than what Groupon shows so just a heads up , not their fault, but just something they should fix. An example would be like "more oil is required then what shows on Groupon so you will be charged 8$" or something always comes up when using the groupon. Ended up paying 20$ more than what groupon showed to fill my lexus and get the proper filter. So the service was like 100$ total anyways. Ive come here twice and both times were unpleasant. Not sure if I come during bad times but although very friendly, it seems like the workers here are younger , more relaxed, and don't do the proper standard operating procedures. Like when you go to have someone work om your car , you can tell they been working, getting it , and seem to make u feel like they know what theyre doing. In terms of professionals? Idk if this place is it. I waited 1hr and 45 mins for a simple oil change and filter change? Mind you I waited for an hour and the worker tells me they brought the wrong filter. So thats why i stayed the extra 45 minutes. Total i spent 1hr and 45 minutes there today. I was also the only car there. I never judge a book by its cover , and on both times gave the benefit of the doubt. Then I leave and then see they forget to reset the maintenance meter and then don't update the gas mileage sticker? (first instance i came not the second, the second is the long wait thus what caused this review) Its frustrating when you trust people to work on your car and have to just hope for the best because you already paid for it. But if they're messing up minor details, what does that say about the work they did? Nevertheless, I will pay the extra 40$-50$ at my local auto repair shop where the owner does his work honest and right all the time. Im not writing this to bash the place but they forsure just hiring whoever can do "a simple oil change" probably not a place you wanna take a newer car. Maybe your beater or older car. Just wrote this so people who come for an oil change and expect it to be quality.. yeah based off both experiences , I cannot guarantee its gonna be this place.
