A little later, another customer came in to pick up an online order, and one of the baristas immediately started making her drinks. By that point, I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. I eventually flagged down one of the baristas in the back, who kindly apologized for the delay and quickly prepared my order. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the barista was, but the overall pickup process was frustrating and made it seem like my online order had been overlooked. I hope the store can provide additional training to ensure online pickup orders are handled more consistently and that customers are acknowledged and kept informed while they wait.

The drink was surprisingly not too sweet and the matcha didn't taste watered down even though it was mixed with ice. The ice could have been blended a bit longer to make it smoother.
