Turkey pesto Panini so good fresh and crispy
    Christine T.

First time getting a sandwich at this spot, got my food quick. I got the turkey pesto Panini and it's one of the best Panini sandwiches I've ever had.

Quick service and cafe was cute. Food was alright, nothing special. Was recommended the Turkey Pesto panini. The chicken added to the Greek salad was a little dry and tough. I didn't enjoy the latte, pretty diluted and coffee taste was weak. Soy latte, turkey pesto panini, and Greek salad with chicken for $35.

Great quick service sandwich spot in San Leandro! The café has a small deck on the side with a charming view of lush greenery. The sandwiches are solid and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend for a tasty and convenient meal.

This was my first time stopping by and it is a cute breakfast/lunch spot. I ordered a turkey pesto panini and a iced tea which I really enjoyed, it was delicious! The service was good as well and the staff were amazing! I'm definitely coming back again!

I frequent this cafe/deli. I love to get the grilled chicken panini with extra mayo. It's so simple, but so good. I always enjoy the panini whenever I get it. They do get busy. Sometimes, I try and call to place my order and no one is able to pick up my call. The other day I came in to order and it took about 15 minutes to get my order so not bad. The sandwich ends up being a little over $15 which is expensive, especially with the size of the panini, but worth it to me. Parking can be difficult when it is lunch time as there is only street parking. Whenever I have had put coins in the meter, they never work. So I downloaded the Park Mobile App so I am able to pay through there when I stop by to pick up lunch. I have never eaten at the cafe, but they do have indoor and outdoor dining. The outdoor dining is nice because of all the greenery you can enjoy while having lunch!

Sandwich was excellent! Good size and tasty! We were just walking and found this place. We decided to stop and try it! We will be back to try their tortas! They sound delicious!

This Laguna owned café is the best in San Leandro hands down, I'm always so sad they're not open weekends. They're always so friendly and I love getting their carnitas torta with a Cesar salad, the carnitas are on the sweet side but it's so delicious and the Cesar salad is evenly coated with tons of parm. They have a beautiful patio/balcony you can at with beautiful views. Don't be shy to come! everything here is amazing you can never go wrong.

Went here for the first time! I had the turkey panini and it was delicious! I also had a mocha coffee. It wasn't the best I've had but it was good. Their service was good, I like that they have the patio area outside!

I've been coming here since I was a little girl. My dad used to bring me to get a sandwich then go to the small park area across the street. To this day, they have not failed me. The food is always fresh and delicious. Prices have gone up just a bit, but its understandable given the time we are in right now. Nonetheless, I do not hesitate the price because of the EXCELLENT customer service and delicious food. 10/10 recommend if you're in the area.

Family run business that knows how to make really good sandwiches. From deli style to Panini they are packed with fresh cuts of meats and bread. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating is available. They offer plenty of drinks and Smoothies. The fresh baked cookies make a great dessert. Stop by and give them a try.

I have tried 4 types of sandwiches and they are sooo good The torta de carnitas is really good, just missing some jalapeños, but nothing we cannot fixed. The torta is available only on Fridays if you want to try it. I also like they put good effort in layering each ingredient in orderly way. I do recommend order for catering too. This place for me is overpriced, but economy is a mess everywhere, so I don't blame them. I prefer to support this kind of local places than anything else.

    Spinach apple salad

I just ordered the spinach apple salad with chicken and OMG!!! It's AMAZING!! I typically stick to the ceaser salad but today I wanted to try something new, and I am so glad I did because I just found my new favorite!!! I love this place such a gem!!! I highly recommend you try this place for lunch or a quick bit!!! Supper yummy always!

I like to look for new spins on lattes to see what barista's are whipping up to make things unique. I came in thinking I was going to get a basic latte, but the Borgia Mocha caught my eye! I asked the cashier if it was a good choice and she recommended it. I was a little unsure how the two would blend and how much orange they would use in it, but it came out amazing! Honestly probably one of the top 10 unique mocha's I have tried and it was delicious! I loved the burst of refreshing orange that complimented the chocolate. The flavors danced on my tastebuds like two separate flavors that blended together as one. Each holding their own note that added value to the drink making it unique. I was instantly impressed and wish I found this on more menus! A classic mocha with a refreshing twist of orange was a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad I stopped in for a pick me up! I also loved all the art on the large walls and there looked to be plenty of tables and seating for people to eat and work at.

Was meeting up with a friend from Berkeley and he found this spot in between the both of us. Pros and cons! + The coffee - holy shit. Got a cortado. And drank it without sugar it was so good. A touch of bitter (it's coffee - duh!) but so smooth, almost nutty but buttery at the same time. + Got a chicken salad sandwich. It came stacked HIGH with hints of sweetness and curry. Freshest produce. Honestly, I was hungry but could only eat half of it, it was so big. + Friend got a warmed cinnamon bun. Incredible. Yeasty, chewy almost crisp on the outside but pillowy soft on the inside. + Wide open space inside -- high ceilings, one big central area. Not tucked away spaces -- which might or might not match your preference. + Perfect amount of coffeehouse buzz. Music playing lowish in the background and lots of conversations. Just enough to quell my ADHD tendencies. * Honestly can't think of any negatives. Prices are a bit high but happy to pay it for such a quality experience. I think my cortado was decently priced -- maybe $6 or so? Sandwich was $18 or so but done really well and came with a bowl of soup (chips, fruit, and something else was an option instead of soup, but tomato bisque with a sandwich? Divine.) - An hour away from where I live but if you live anywhere East Bay, my curse is your blessing ;-)

I had been to the church before, but I didn't remember the massive coffee hangout there! It's so spacious and offers plenty of seating. How long has this place been here? It's also a fantastic spot to meet up or chat with a group of friends. It was definitely a nice place for a date! When we walked in, there were hardly any available seats, but the line at the counter wasn't long. We found a quiet corner to sit and enjoyed our breakfast. I ordered a hot latte with maple syrup in the name, though I can't recall the exact name. It paired nicely with my pastry. The almond croissant I ordered was delectable, with just the right amount of sweetness and flakiness. My partner enjoyed his cappuccino and savory bacon croissant. We walked up two steps to the restroom and were surprised to find more seats and tables. I wish I had noticed that area when I was looking for a place to sit. Oh well, it was comfortable where we were. The girls should have more playdates with their cousins so we can come here more often. My daughter and I immediately gravitated to the banana matcha latte. We also saw they had yummy croissant pastries available, so we decided to give that a try. What we got: 1. 2 banana matcha lattes- 4/10 the matcha was okay but we tasted no banana to it besides the slices of banana. The pudding tasted like regular vanilla. Overall just not what we were anticipating. 2. Brown sugar boba milk? - 0/10 This was just milk with a bit of brown sugar syrup. (See pic) I actually dropped this off to my other daughter and she said she just couldn't drink it. 3. Strawberry croissant- 8/10 This was actually good. The strawberries with the jam and whipped cream were very good. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. They also had a few great items but the actual drinks were mid. I think the matcha needs to change or maybe making it more paste like could help boost the flavor. The brown sugar latte was just not it.

My partner said that the sandwich was one of the best he's had in a while and the spicy mayo it came with was pretty delicious. My falafel sandwich on the other hand was good, but I did get tired of eating it because there was not as much variety in the falafel pita as I would have liked. At times I felt like the falafel was dry, and since the sauce was in a cup, I had to spread it and wasn't super satisfied with it. The fries were fresh but the portions were a little small. We also ordered a bowl of lentil soup and a green smoothie. The green smoothie tasted as if there was no sugar added and had a lot of ginger in it, so it had heat to it. The lentil soup was tasty and came with bread, albeit a little lukewarm when we got it. Overall, we were happy with our dishes and want to come back to try the other dishes. There is only outdoor seating, but there are about 8 tables to sit at outdoors. The owner seems very gracious and proud of his establishment.
