To whom it may concern, I am writing to share some…read moreexceptionally well-deserved praise for Shea, who served us during our recent visit. From the second we sat down, it was clear that the restaurant was running at full capacity and extremely busy. Despite the clear rush and high volume of customers, Shea handled every single table with remarkable composure, grace, and effortless efficiency. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and warmth. Often, when a dining room is that packed, you expect service to feel rushed or transactional--and understandably so. However, Shea made us feel completely welcomed and prioritized. She took the time to check in on us, made sure our water glasses were never empty, and brought a wonderful, positive energy to the table that completely elevated our dining experience. Her attentiveness under pressure is a rare quality, and it did not go unnoticed. The food throughout our meal was delightful, and the brownie at the end was absolutely fantastic--rich, warm, and the perfect finish to the evening. But as good as the dessert was, the highlight of our entire visit was undeniably the top-tier service provided by Shea. She turned what could have been a standard meal out during a busy shift into an incredible, memorable experience. It is clear that Shea takes tremendous pride in her work and truly cares about hospitality. Employees with her level of dedication, poise, and genuine warmth are hard to come by, and she is a tremendous asset to your team. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond!

Shoutout to our server Aneli who was attentive all night, quick with refills, and knew the menu well. Great service without being over the top. Good spot to catch a game with friends -- casual, loud in the right way, food's actually good. Ask for Aneli if she's working.

I have been at this venue a few times. My last two were for events! I got to see the other side of…read morewhat Guggman Haus offers. We got there early and were able to have some drinks and food, including the nachos. Man, I was not expecting BBQ sauce and like a mustardy sauce and cheese and it was flavor exploding, loved it. With the event we had catered pork/chicken as well as sides. Everything was great, the peppercorn dressing for the salad was so amazing, I would definitely think of a salad here in the future. The venue inside the space, with the car, is quaint with seating and you get to see everything happening outside the space as well. This last time, we were in the original Guggman Haus brewing building that houses the coffee. This is adorable! We had service the entire time, including a bartender and the beer. They made everything super easy and I would consider this space for a baby shower, bridal shower, etc. We had 25 people and it fit wonderfully. There is also outside space for overflow, so it makes it very reasonable. Now onto the beer! I had the IPA Riverside, very hazy with a great flavor. Then I went off the rocker and ordered some prickly pear drink, I was not expecting how good that was! Refreshing and light, easy to drink (probably too easy) and the flavor was perfect! Try it if you are there, it is a newer option. PROS: Parking easy, street and lot Many open spaces and areas to rent Games are included, so eat, drink and enjoy company They have trivia nights, woohoo CONS: Sometimes the food is not always a hit, nothing to state specifically today, but I recall in the past saying to myself, don't order that again. So, try everything and find what you like. The place is great and the beer/food options are good, so you will find something you like.

But I was focus to go to brewery and it was little hesitant because I wasn't sure where the entrance was. But I was able to find it. The taproom was biggest. I went up to the bar counter. They have good choices. The bartender was so nice. She explained to me well after I told her that it was my first time here. I had flight of beers and they were all so good! I enjoyed it a lot. Schwarbier was my favorite! They do have food but you have to go to different windows. It was easy to do. I had Dip Trio which was really good. I want to stick with something healthy. But it was good. I love the Spinach dip. This is great experience. If I am back in town, I would go this again and also will definitely recommend to my friends and family to go here.

After debating for a while, I ordered the Ahi tuna sandwich. The food did not take long, but while we were waiting, I enjoyed looking at the decor in our dining room. it is a beautiful space. Ahi tuna steak was thick, and it was tasty. Their sauerkraut is home made, and highly recommended! You must try it when you are here. Service was slow, I think the server was a bit overwhelmed with a group. This is a great spot for lunch, not when you are in a rush but when you have time to enjoy the space and food slowly.

I ordered the Schnitzel and my guest ordered the Jagerschnitzel. Both looked good, unfortunately the meat was either tough or overcooked for both orders. The potato pancakes and applesauce sides were good. The highlight of the meal was the large soft pretzels and mustard that was provided instead of bread. Perhaps we caught them on a bad night, and are giving them the benefit of the doubt. The Biergarten had quite the crowd and would be worth a visit during Oktoberfest.

I recommend you stop by, if for nothing else, you'll get a kick out of how a business stays in…read morebusiness when it represents itself to the public in perhaps the worst way ever. I approached the counter to find two employees leaning on the countertop who couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. When I finally tried to order, I was met with a blunt 'you can't have that, it's not available,' followed by a dismissive 'Is that it?' as the only other words spoken. If you don't want to work a morning shift, don't take a job that serves breakfast at an airport. While the sandwich itself wasn't terrible, the absolute lack of professionalism and basic courtesy ensures I'll never return. A perfect example of a business succeeding in spite of its best efforts to fail at service.

So when I saw Ben's Soft Pretzels, I stopped in for some flavor and ordered an Original Jumbo. Big, wrapped in paper, the scent of warm pretzel had me looking for a seat so I could dig in. Warm, doughy, with just enough salt to add flavor but not overpower the pretzel. Not greasy with oil or butter, it was exactly what I needed to get me ready for my flight outta Indianapolis. If you're at the Indianapolis airport, go get a Ben's Pretzel - you won't be sorry!

It was perfectly breaded, & so thick. It was also twice the size of my bun ... which is exactly how it's supposed to be. Fries were pretty good & plentiful. My SO ordered the crab cakes sandwiches and it looked good ... it disappeared quickly. I forgot to take pictures of the food before it was eaten.
