I finally had the opportunity to check out BurgerFi this weekend and overall, it was a satisfying experience. Unfortunately it was miserably rainy on the day of my visit, so the outdoor seating was a no. This left the indoor seating feeling a bit crowded, but no big deal. Service was fast and efficient. For food, I ordered the BurgerFi Cheeseburger. My husband had the Breakfast All Day burger and we split a large fry. I thought my burger was delicious. My hubby was indifferent about his but we both loved the fries! And holy cow the large was enough for 2 or more! The only negative is it was a tad pricey. The food was good so I didn't mind, but I probably won't go back as frequently for that reason. read more

The new Winter Garden BurgerFi is located across the street from the Crooked Can and next to Matthews Steakhouse. They have outside seating that is pet friendly and comfortable. It is very enjoyable and relaxing in the evening. We ordered cheeseburgers,Texas Hotdog and fries with onion rings. We were given a beeper and waited about ten minutes total. The burgers were loaded with so much ketchup that it dropped out of the back and overpowered all of the other flavors. We wiped some of the excess ketchup off of the burgers and enjoyed them enough. The French fries were broken pieces loaded with grease. We asked for them to be replaced and were very pleased that they did so in good spirits. The Texas Hotdog was prepared perfectly and had a pretty big punch of hot sauce with every bite. read more

I am very unhappy with this establishment and how my family was treated. During COVID we have tried our best to support local but sometimes trying a few of our local franchisee is nice, I was very wrong. I ordered through UberEats as I was not feeling well and working all week I needed a break. When my meal arrived I was very disappointed. The cold, wet, non food items were on top of open fries, hot dog and burgers. Everything was cold, the added runny egg was a hard boiled egg, the fries and bread were soggy from the cold drinks on the top. Nothing was edible at this point and a very overwhelming experience for me. Unfortunately, I have to extra precaution for myself and family due to medical reasons and was not able to eat any of the food. Great burgers! This is a great addition to the growing food scene in Winter Garden even if it is a chain. Located in a great location with lots of restaurants to choose from, I can see this place getting a lot of business for something fast and tasty. Burgers are big and juicy, fries are a plenty with different add ons like garlic aioli with herb parmesan cheese. They offer milk shakes, soda, and beer. Make sure to ask for a rewards card as you will probably be back. Parking is a pain on the weekends, but worth the walk if you have to park someplace a bit further. read more

Not worth the hype at all. My burger was cold and the bun looked like it had been smashed as well. It was definitely bland and not as impressive as I had been told. All of the tables that were empty at the time were left sitting dirty for quite a while, which meant we had to grab towels from the bathroom to wipe off our own table. I usually love BurgerFi, but this location hasn't been a good one for us. We've gone a few times, and each time both the food and service have been poor and not to the standards I am used to at other Buger Fi locations. The first time we went, they forgot my husband's burger - they made mine and it was fine, but completely forgot his. Most of the workers there at the time looked young, like mostly high school kids, so they also didn't seem very concerned about forgetting my husband's burger. The second time we went, I asked for mine wrapped in lettuce since I follow a keto/ low carb diet along with extra pickles and they forgot to do both. This doesn't usually happen at other BurgerFi locations. Also, each time we've been to this location, the restaurant hasn't been very clean with tables dirty and trash on the floor. Not sure we will give this location another try since we live near some other ones. I didn't feel like red meat (even though I love it!), so I had the VegiFi Burger and Fries. The burger was tasty! It was full of flavor, nice balance of toppings, and very satisfying. I had a good experience here! We were just driving around looking for food and chanced upon here. I thought it was too expensive ($22 for a chicken sandwich, a burger, and one order of fries... no drinks!), but it's all free range, organic seeming food, so I suppose that's why the prices are so high. The sandwiches tastes great and I loved the seasoning on the fries! The staff was friendly and the restaurant is clean, plus it's in a cute part of town. We only had waters, but they do have the big soda machine with the touch screen that you can pick from tons of drinks, as well as urns for sweetened and unsweetened tea. They only had mayo, mustard, and ketchup out. I didn't ask if they had any sauces available because I felt like they would be the kind of place to charge me for sauce if I asked for any, so idk what other options they have. I ordered the single bacon cheeseburger (go green), the meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly, not too greasy and the lettuce instead of a bun made it so much lighter. The great thing about BurgerFi for me is that the quality of the burger seems very consistent from varying locations. Winter Garden is no exception. We came here on Halloween night after some trick or treating in a nearby neighborhood. The place was jamming, but the order process was still quick. Our food was delivered to our outside table quickly, and they even offered up free ice cream for the kids with us. Proximity to Crooked Can right next door isn't a bad thing either. Overall, a great experience, with consistent food, and plenty of outdoor seating. I also ordered the Cry/fry, which is made up of three onion rings and a generous amount of French fries. The burgers were great, if a bit pricy, and the fries were also quite good. The onion rings were average, but not many places make them that stand out in my experience. I actually rate the fries at Arby's at close to the best - fast food no less! I was next door at the taco shop, when I saw the long line and the people eating their lunch at this joint. So I said Taco Tuesday can wait, let me try here. I got the Breakfast All Day Burger and the Parm fries, no drink for a whopping $15.10. The burger was so so, nothing to brag about, I wouldn't order it again. The fries were over cooked and oily, I ended up dumping it. Personally, I dont think the food quality is worth the price they ask for. I went today and I accidentally ordered a regular cheeseburger when I wanted the more substantial "BurgerFi cheeseburger". I went up to the counter and told Brooke, who immediately told me they would replace it with what I wanted. I love that kind of willingness to ensure a great experience. Endured an exhausting hot/hilly/humid 46-mile road bike trip today with my biking pal, and we decided to try BurgerFi today instead of the Crooked Can across the parking lot. Beautiful new store, and the smell of burgers was very enticing. My opinion of our visit was very favorable, but there were two employees who really stood out to me. I'm 57 years old, and I've been in the customer service industry for my entire professional career - Not the food industry, but service industry all the same. To me, customer satisfaction is everything, and I continually notice those little nuances that employees do, that some patrons may be completely oblivious to. 1) An employee named Rylan came to our table perhaps five times during our visit. Rylan is a clean-cut senior in high school, polite, respectful. He addressed me as "Sir" every time he came over, and he asked me "If I needed anything?", "Would I like my water filled?", etc. Rylan is a great employee. I see him on a fast track for trainer or supervisor any time soon. If he is the worst employee at the BurgerFi location, your restaurant is guaranteed success. What a complete joy in 2018, to see seniors in high school have this work ethic and drive to make customers happy. You guys have a gold mine on your hands. 2) General Manager of this store is Jeanette Kleine, and from my observations, she is a continually involved, teaching General Manager. I watched her work with Rylan ( "Make sure this is done.", "Make sure this is done." ) but I also watched her do the same with her other employees. She went to tables, double checking that everybody was happy. If she is your GM of this store, I have to believe you are going to have a life-long waiting staff. I wish this restaurant complete success, and I hope management recognizes both of these employees. Stellar performance. I give them a ten, wishing I could give them an eleven. The Breakfast Burger was great in concept but didn't hit quite the right note in execution. The onion rings were also very tasty especially with the BurgerFi sauce condiment. Okay. Times are tough, but... Two cheeseburgers we ordered didn't have cheese and one of the buns wasn't branded with BurgerFi. Not a big deal ? Tell that to our 5 year old. Terrible experience. I advised the staff before we ordered that my son was highly allergic to cows milk. They assured me that the hamburger would not be cross contaminated with cheese, the hamburger would would be cooked on a separate grill and he could have the multi grain bread because it was dairy free. Sure enough my son had an allergic reaction while we were eating inside the restaurant. I spoke to the women we ordered from and the manger whom neither had any sense of urgency when I advised them my son was having an active allergic reaction and I had to give him Benadry. They did not offer any assistance or ask if my son was ok. The owner and general manager happened to be onsite. I spoke to them as well and explained our experience with the staff and manager. They said they would discuss the incident with them and offer to send me a gift card. Thankfully my son had a mild reaction and the EPI pen and/or an ambulance was not needed. I am blown away about how the BurgerFi staff was poorly trained on how to handle a heath and safety incident along with there lack of concern for there customers. read more
