This is my second time here and about 5 years since the last time I was here. BurgerFi serves up classic smash burgers (which I love.) the burger comes with their own "burgerfi sauce." I thought the burger was great!! The fries reminded me of fries from a legendary Chicago fastfood place that i also love.

BurgerFi is a good spot located in Winter Garden to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch/brunch. The service was fast and efficient. The fries are delicious and very flavorful (well seasoned). The chicken tender was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. And, as for the burger, it was decent. I personally think the patty was not as juicy. But overall, good experience and enjoy the meal. The environment is very lively and definitely kid friendly since the franchise is in the center of downtown Winter Garden. There are a lot of cool places to check out as well.

COLD SOGGY LIMP OLD OILY GROSS UNSEASONED UNSALTED REGULAR FRIES! 0/10 would not recommend

Ordered to go yesterday at the winter garden location ...the store was DEAD! Not a soul in there not even an employee - when I walked in yo the restaurant there was no one in the register area, i awkward had to wait a moment before someone realized I was there & came out of the back/kitchen area to the front to help me. ... to my surprise my order was ready a few minutes before the ETA which was great... got my food and my cup & walked to the coke freestyle machine to grab a drink where I was very annoyed to find that like 75% of the options were out of service! Nothing good available just like zero calories fake lemonades and diet root beer grab that and it was all bubbles and no syrup... next option same thing no syrup! UGH was like ok whatever not a big deal grabbed my 7th option of a drink and headed over to the food hall across the way to eat with my friends i sit down and grab a fry out of the bag... COLD SOGGY OLD WET LIMP OILY GROSS were all great adjectives to describe the slop I was served.... The burger was shocking hot and fresh, tasted pretty good other than the fact that it was served on a stale bun that was falling apart! This was a horrible experience and I was disappointed annoyed, frustrated to say the least that I spend $20+ dollar on such a sh!tty meal! I have eaten at this location a few times in the past and never had any problems but yesterday was really bad I will not be willing to roll the dice hoping for a better outcome next time and I will not be willing to give this location another chance. If I'm going to spend $20+ on subpar food I'll just eat in the food hall in the brewery next time!!!!!! BurgerFi you should be ashamed to charge these prices and serve food this bad!!!!!

Imagine you haven't been able to eat and when you finally can, you're told you can get whatever you'd like. So you search thru Yelp to find someplace that offers a GF bun on a hamburger. You find BurgerFi! You're hungry and looking so forward to this meal, only to open the bag and discover a beef patty with cheese sitting on a single soggy piece of lettuce. No bun, no extra sauce, no fries. We called to let the restaurant know the order was wrong and I was first told they were "so busy" but I could talk to the manager. The manager (Ryan) explained they were out of gf buns and someone was supposed to tell the delivery driver to let me know. Although I was charged for the items I didn't receive, BurgerFi can't do anything about it since I went through a delivery app. They apparently can't update the app to reflect being out of an item, they can't contact the customer to let them know in advance and they can't adjust the payment on items that are out of stock. But even if this IS a 3rd party app issue, the entire order was incomplete, down to no napkins or condiments in the bag. Manager Ryan's solution? She could remake the same order (sans bun of course) but I would have to drive up to get it myself! Unfortunately I cannot leave the person for whom I ordered the food (thus the need for delivery in the first place). She did apologize but her ambivalence, lack of customer service and creative thinking to retain a first (and last) time customer was shocking. If you know an order is incomplete going out the door, throw a coupon for a complimentary meal in the bag. Write a quick apology on the receipt/bag with an extra item to the order. Do SOMETHING besides just placing blaming elsewhere.

Wagyu burger and aoli fries.

My barber is in Winter Garden, so I decided to take a drive through downtown after my haircut. As I drove around the circle toward the end of Downtown on Plant Street, I saw a sign outside of Burger Fi advertising a Wagyu burger. I've heard so much about this elite beef, couldn't pass up the chance to sample a bite. Got the Wagyu burger, urban fries (herbs, Parmesan, aoli sauce) and a vanilla shake. I don't know whether Burger Fi has simply mastered the art of the burger or if it is the Wagyu, but it was delicious! Fries on point. Counter crew was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was a bit chilly. I had to go get my emergency sweater from the car. A little pricey, but I would, and will, do it again. 1/17/20 - back again. CEO this time (double Wagyu). Still delicious! Best burgers around! Another great experience with wonderful service and top-not

Love BurgerFi and the service! Gabriel is fantastic and was very helpful and kind. The burger was excellent and the fries were crisp. Beer was cold, and BOGO during the day! Come here when crooked can is a bit busy to enjoy the atmosphere of DTWG!

.

Food was okay! Burgers were decent, sweet potato fries were horrible I didn't even eat them, just threw them out. They were overdone it looked like they cooked twice. The staff was friendly

I would highly recommend AVOIDING this place. $20 for a SWAG BURGER and it's served with ice cold bacon and under cooked "wagyu beef". When I brought it to their attention the employee didn't offer to do anything and said the bacon comes from the fridge and they aren't allowed to warm it up. The "owner" couldn't be bothered to pull away from yelling at his staff. Waited 20 minutes in line, another 10 minutes to get food that's ice cold.

Once I located this hidden gem tucked on the corner of a shopping strip, I went in with high hopes. The menu was definitely ambitious but nothing so far over the top that I wouldn't try it. The young man at the counter who greeted me was very happy to give recommendations and was definitely proud to work there. I decided on the Turkey Burglar minus the onions, an order of fresh cut fries and a bottle of water. While I waited, he and I chatted for a bit and it was easy to see he had a real interest in, if not cooking, good food experiences. I was actually kinda bummed when my order was finished because of the great conversation. I hopped in the car and the first thing I tried were the fries. I LOVE French fries. These were fresh cut, fluffy in the middle, fries! Not that dense potato texture you get when they're not properly double cooked. This was definitely a sign of good things to come. The turkey burger was juicy, well seasoned, and the combination of lettuce, Brie, bacon, Granny Smith apple slices and raspberry mayo was everything I needed in that moment. I didn't waste a bite. I look forward to my next visit when I'm up in the area, and I'm definitely bringing my friends and family.

No one else there, but the owner / chef was eager to serve us and helped everyone choose the burger that best suited their tastes. I ordered the gouda bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Everything is fresh made, so there was a bit of wait as he prepared meals for all six of us, but it was worth it! My burger came piled high with a freshly grilled beef patty topped with two slices of bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, a couple of onion rings, horseradish sauce and melted gouda cheese on a brioche bun. I'm not always a fan of brioche buns for a burger as they tend to fall apart, but his held up well to all the overflowing toppings. The onion rings were super-crispy and I also got to try their fries which were a tad undercooked, but tasty overall. Make sure to ask for the "That One" sauce for dipping your sides in...kinda like the bloomin' onion sauce you'd get at Outback. Delish! We had a solid meal here, would definitely return if in the area again.

The Vibe: We came on a Saturday and the parking lot was packed, which we took as a great sign--and it was. You walk through a fun outdoor patio before heading inside to order, and the space is incredibly unique--colorful, eclectic, slightly hipster, with dog photos and quirky decor everywhere. The line to order was pretty long, but we noticed a few open seats at the bar. We asked the bartender if we could order there, and she said yes--pro move. Skip the line, grab a bar seat. Drinks: We tried the house lager, which was solid and refreshing. What We Ordered: * Homemade Queso + Flavor Bomb 3 * "Famous" Pulled Pork Sandwich * "What the Fig?" Sandwich Standout Bite: The queso with Flavor Bomb 3 was incredible. Sweet, savory, and completely addictive. The pineapple in the flavor bomb added the perfect touch of sweetness and made the dish really stand out. Sandwiches: Both sandwiches were excellent. The pork was fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. The classic pulled pork was great, but if you like bold flavors, the "What the Fig?" is the way to go--the fig jam added the perfect sweet-savory balance. Flavor-packed and messy in the best way. Sides: Sandwiches come with your choice of Miss Vickie's chips, house-made slaw, or both for $1 extra. The house-made slaw was a standout for me--fresh, crisp, and the perfect complement to the sandwiches. Overall: Great food, fun atmosphere, and a unique experience from start to finish. We're already planning our next visit--and next time we're bringing our pup since they're dog-friendly and fully embrace it.
