I ordered food on the app and when I went to pick it up the worker lady at the counter didn't want to give me my food until I showed her my name on the app, the Oder number was shown and matched the order on the counter she still argued with me treating horribly in front of other customers, I showed her that the app doesn't have the name on the order confirmation. We did an online order then we went and picked up. When I arrived I checked for the online pick up and they said it would be a 10 minute delay. They said they would call my name. I waited for 20 minutes and then asked again where I found my food was sitting on the counter for five minutes before that. They also ran out of everything. It seems like the stores run by children! Always consistent with the food. We went into the Winter Garden site for lunch since we had gift cards won at a raffle. Asked the girl at the register if we could use them, and she said sure so we ordered 25.00 in food. When she went to ringing us out turns out this location does not except these particular gift cards. But the Owner/ manager stepped up and took 10 off our bill anyway!! I always have a great time at this burger fi, but last time, it wasn't that good. I ordered 2 large fries, one regular, and one Parmesan herb. The fries were almost burnt, oily, and tasted like old oil. I asked for new ones, and they were worse than the first ones. The Parmesan herb didn't have any Parmesan at all, and the regular one was completely cold. I want to believe that they gave me new ones because if I asked for new ones, I just hope it came hot. After all, it would be fried at that time. My intention is not bad, I just want to alert about what is happening there.
