This place is like Fort Wayne's version of Shake Shack! No joke! If you've been to Shake Shack, you'd say the same! The menu's pretty similar and everything tastes very similar too! But everything is still delicious. The burgers are ridiculous juicy and the milkshakes are just perfect for my taste buds. The fries are cooked just right for me; they are so so crispy. Have to say I love the food here. The burgers are fantastic and are never a disappointment. The food comes out quickly and prepared well. So no problems there. However, I have to say something as they need to know. The gal running the register, and the upfront area is terrible. First of all, she never is friendly, doesn't say can I help you, and never says, thanks. It is almost like we are disrupting her day and keeping her from texting on her phone. When she delivers the food, she simply drops it off as quickly as possible, and leaves without saying a word. whenever she is not taking orders, she is literally on her phone every second, all while the condiments are completely empty and nearly every type of pop is empty on both machines. The soda machines are literally always out of most drinks, all while she is continuously texting on her phone. Great modern look! Conviently located off of Coldwater, not far from the mall. During my visit I tried their double burger and they have many options to customize the burger in different ways. The sauce they use on the burger is actually pretty good. I also ordered french fries with my burger and they had a good natural taste to them...kind of comparable to Five Guys, but less grease. If you want to try something different and new, try this place out...they have a good variaty. The burgers are not bad. My biggest issue was service. To get my burger with my desired condiments I had to order online because the person taking orders didn't ask me what I wanted. On a different visit, I ordered a hot dog. It was taken out of the refrigerator, split down the middle and dressed. It was still cold and had not been grilled or even microwaved. The restaurant was nearly empty so it didn't happen because they were rushed or overwhelmed by orders. It happened because the workers didn't care and were poorly supervised or untrained. I have seen many restaurants come and go in Fort Wayne. With service like this and a Five Guys only three miles away I wouldn't be surprised if this place closed. read more

This is basically a 5 Guys with a few more options. The burgers were not bad at all. My wife and I split an onion ring side. The onion rings were nice big ones and the flavor was pretty good. So over all we were happy with our food. I would rate it higher but for the price I would have wanted a bit more something. Two burgers, two drinks and a single side for us to share, almost 27 dollars. We may go again sometime when we are really having that burger itch but it's just too pricey for what you get to be a regular stop. For 10 dollars more you can eat almost anywhere in Fort Wayne for a nice sit down dinner. Or save ten dollars and go to Culvers. I will say BurgerFi is better, but is it %50 better... I don't know. What do I feel would change this for me? Maybe atmosphere, it is a bit crowded. Maybe if it was a tad cheaper. Maybe if the burgers were closer to 6 bucks a piece as opposed to almost eight dollars each. Just my opinion. read more

I really wanted this to be the best burger ever, but I'm not sure if it was a bad day on the chef's part or if the patty is always chewy and almost rubbery. I'd like my burgers to melt in my mouth. I'm not saying that you shouldn't at least go there to try it once but I won't be going again. The burgerfi sauce that's on the burger wasn't bad tho. They have shakes that I would like to try, but that would be the only thing I would be willing to go back for. Their fries were good. My first time here and I can honestly say I'm really impressed! I had the CEO burger which is made with wagyu beef and bacon jam, it was awesome! Also had an Oreo shake which was on point. Honest review: The cry fry was amazing. I wouldn't change a thing. The BurgerFi is the best for me; you can add stuff on it for little extra but much less expensive than the other burger and it tastes so amazing. I had single chesse burger with honey barbecue sauce and mayo and grilled onion and grilled mushrooms. Simple but it tastes really good. For me personally I did not like thier custom burgers. The last one I tried was the CEO did not taste as good as it sounds and looks. Feedback to the company: have build your own burger for picky customers like me. read more

I can list any number of full service local establishments that are better and at least not any more expensive. The one selling point if you are interested in such is beer on tap. Burgers are overcooked and the bun does not touch the edge of the bun. The meat has tons of salt in it. The fries were a bit uncooked and also had loads of salt over them. Despite the salt you can get a better burger about anywhere for less money. The custard shake is creamy and is loaded with chocolate flavor. Ok I really have heard great things about this place. I have been twice. While my first visit was a 5 Star and my second visit was a hard stretched 3 Star I averaged them out. First visit was awesome. It wasn't that busy and it was earth day so I got the super veggie burger for only $5'what a great deal from the almost $9 normally. I got two. One lettuce wrapped and one bun wrapped both with all the glorious fixings. I had to get my order to go and I hate doing that because it really never taste the same as it does if you eat it there. Ok it does take awhile to get your order because they make it as you place your order!!! AWESOME!!! while waiting we had to see all the glorious onion rings and French fries. I knew I had to come back!! The service this day was great. The guy taking my order explained how it worked and walked me through it so I completely felt at home with the menu. Wensat day to wait and it was freezing. The door was constantly opening and staying open due to the wind and I was glad we weren't going to be there long. they were so great at the pick up counter when I asked for extra condiment packages to go and gave me lots of ketchup etc. they also have An amazing condiment and soda machine bar. Yum. We get home 2'hours later I pop them in the toaster oven and OMG OMG they were amazing. Amazing. I have never had a veggie burger like this. The service counter people that called out your number were irritated that we asked for a to go bag and to go condiments and one girl talked very loudly about her personal life the entire time. It got to be distracting. She was young so I get it but we kept overhearing her instead if talking amongst ourselves. It was disappointing. The burger was a little dry and the buns are just not that great. I much rather had lettuce wrapped. Even my 10 year old preferred the veggie burger. We got some O rings and FF. For $6 each the onion rings aren't worth it. The French fries though, BOMB!! Homemade and fresh. They were served piping hot and had the perfect amount of seasoning on them. I'd def order the larger version next time. It just wasn't enough. Then I had to use the restroom and It was nasty. Toilet paper everywhere and it was just a mess. I dislike dirty bathrooms in places I go to eat at Or dirty bathrooms in general. Lol. For a kids eat free night I still spent $19 before tax. Ouch! Came in the afternoon when it was slow, we were helped through our order and they talked us out of getting a family fry (way too big for two!), and we were told to wait and they would let us know when it was ready. The CEO Burger might be one of the best bugers I have ever eaten. I can't even explain, but the beef blend, the tomato jam and that aioli.. omg. I love the fact that you can order at a kiosk and then just grab you drinks at the front when there is a line. Just make sure you have your card. If you only have cash, the line to talk to the front is usually pretty fast moving. Though I will say the staff is not the friendliest, perkiest bunch. It's like upscale dinerish. They have have beer, pop and ice cream too. I thought it was a little pricey for a burger joint, until I had my first bite. Totally worth it. The sides are huge. We order one fry/onion ring combo for the table. Though the onion rings are so good, we had to make those their own option next time. Haven't gotten to the ice cream yet, because the dinner leaves you stuffed. Next time though, I am trying the new chicken sammich. MMmm. read more

I really liked this place. The burgers kinda reminded me of five guys, but bigger. There was a nice and crispy chat on the outside. Not a lot, but just enough to be a nice addition. There fries are similar to Penn Station. A regular was great for two people. I saw someone order a large and it was a fry mountain. Enough for 4 people. What sets this place apart is that it has been and wine. There were 6 beers on tap and about as many wines. They covered a good range too. read more

We tried it for lunch and really enjoyed. I talked my family into trying it for dinner and we decided to carry out since we all have little kids. Unfortunately when my husband got home (15 mins away) we were short two burgers, I called back they offered to obviously get those ready quickly and a free fry. I explained to the manager we had plenty of fries but was upset about driving another 30minutes round trip back to get them. When my husband got to the restaurant to get our burgers they refunded our whole order which was pretty expensive. My family was impressed they actually tried to make it right.
