Had a quick CEO burger to go, no sides. Easy ordering process and friendly staff. Look forward to trying it again in the future.

For being in a town where we have a lot of burger in town I honestly thing this is one of the better places. I like the atmosphere inside it's very inviting. I like the fact when you get to the counter you have the option of bun or a lettuce bun and I thought that was a good idea bc a lot of people can't eat bread. I like the fact thar they gove you a buzzer for when your food is done and you gove it to them. I also liked the idea of you ordering your owe items on the far side of the restaurant. I just think it is a great place to go with friends and family and I would highly recommend this restaurant for people to go. read more

My wife wrote this review for her friends on Facebook. Yesterday we lunched at Fort Wayne's newest burger restaurant, BurgerFi on Coldwater Road. The service concept is much like that of another popular burger chain in that the customer must order at the counter, then move down the line to pay before selecting the party's seating. Three major differences between BurgerFi and the other burger place are; BurgerFi offers a limited selection of wine and draft beer, the customer is given a pager to be alerted when the order is ready, and the quality of the food is far superior to that of the implied competitor. The majority of the burgers are doubles made from all natural angus beef containing no preservatives, antibiotics or fillers. Some are offered as single-patty sandwiches for the lighter appetite. The CEO, however, is a double Wagyu + brisket blend (no singles on this one!). Vegetarian and vegan varieties are also available. We each opted for the BurgerFi Cheeseburger with sides of onion rings. Our burgers had the intense, flavorful goodness of the finest locally raised beef. The patties were dense, firm, and juicy without being greasy. Although the sandwiches were dressed with lettuce, pickle, tomato, American cheese and BurgerFi Sauce they were held together perfectly by the lighter-than-air bun that didn't allow any of the toppings or juices to soak through. Speaking of the sauce, it's the perfect compliment to the beef. It is does not overpower the true flavor of the burger in any way. Fries and onion rings are hand-cut at this establishment. Our onion rings were thick, lightly battered, golden, and wonderful. Burger prices range from $7.17 to $9.97. Fries are $3.57 and onion rings are $4.67 for regular size orders. That may sound just a tad pricey but it's well worth the cost to a food hobbyist who truly enjoys prime beef. We will return! FYI: A kid's menu offering smaller portions is available. Other menu items include a breaded chicken breast sandwich, Vienna Beef hot dogs and frozen desserts. Coke products and iced tea are refillable at $2.77 per glass. read more

Overpriced, overly salty, overly cooked, and soggy greasy fries. If you are looking to waste money, just so you can order a beer with your fake gourmet fast food experience, this place is for you. Even Bagger Dave's is better and less expensive than this fraud. And the Fi, I assume is play on Burgerfication. They better go back to school. Will not be back. read more

Really good burgers! I love the kiosk that they have inside so you can skip the long line! It is a little pricey here for a drink though. Over 2 dollars for a small little cup. read more

I love this place! Thursdays are the best because you can get a cheeseburger, fry and beer for only $10!! I love adding the urban (parm and garlic aioli sauce) on the side of my fries... it's only about a dollar more. Their milkshakes are phenomenal as well. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating. I'm very satisfied with their prices and quality of food. Definitely my favorite cheeseburger in town! read more

Welcomed new addition to town. Atmosphere is on point and the staff is super friendly.

Awesome establishment! Best burgers in Fort Wayne and the onion rings are heavenly. The family and I enjoy the entire experience and the myriad of drink choices on the Coke Freestyle machines. Don't fear the crowd size, as the service and food prep is very expedient. read more

I will have to say this......... I ordered online the Bacon cheeseburger and fries. As I went to pick up my order, my car wouldn't start. So I called burgerfi to cancel the order. The manager stated that my order was ready. I explained to him my car won't start. What happens next, blows me away. The manager and another member of the Burgerfi team came and brought me my food and gave me a jumpstart. I was blown away by their compassion and thoughtfulness. Not only they have the best burgers, they also have a team of people who care!!!! THANK YOU BURGERFI!!!!!! Fort Wayne Indiana read more

This is an ok place. Basically another expensive hamburger joint. Honestly my sons wanted to go and we all three agreed the value for the price are not on the same page. Plenty of food, cooked great, just IMO you should never spend $50 for 3 hamburgers. C'mon! It's hamburgers just like Bagger Dave's is OP as well. read more

Food was excellent, delivery was fast and price wasn't bad. I'd definitely order again.

AMAZING burgers and fries. A new favorite. Ordered to go, seemed like a more open and noisy ambiance - very busy.

Great burger and service. Everyone took great care of us and the burger was one of the best I have ever had. Top notch place, I will definitely be back. read more

The burgers are excellent as are the fries and onion rings, but things are pricey. They operate similar to Five Guys except they give you a pager rather than yelling out a number and they serve beer. Given the choice, next time I'll go to Five Guys. read more

Service was very quick. The burgers were so good you can tell they are made from real quality meat and farm fresh ingredients. The custard shake was delicious the chocolate was very rich though with a touch to much whip cream but that's just a personal preference. The hand cut fries were delicious make sure you know a regular is half a pound of fries. The only suggestion I would make is to widen the amount dipping sauces to show more of the restaurants personality. Overall great experience!! read more

BurgerFi - American Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Average at best. We tried the CEO, the regular cheeseburger, and a grilled chicken sandwich, all for $25. It was an unremarkable food event. Chicken was raw, burgers were no different from a warmed-up something from a supermarket. Hoping the meat was what was advertised. I am not a big fan of either fries or onion rings, so if that is what you are after, then please skip over my review. read more

Fast service, very pricey! I ordered the Veggie Burger and it was flavorful. They bun was not soft. They French fries are just okay. I love the décor and the kiosk in the restaurant. read more

So much more than a worthy warrior in upscale fast food, USA Today. There's no nonsense in the beef in these burgers....in fact, you'll likely want to send hand written thank you notes to the farmer, the chef, and the restauranteurs. Perfectly caramelized onions, a little magic called BurgerFi sauce, and this clever little BurgerFi stamp on the bun. In all states, even if you're trying to watch your diet, it should be considered a crime to overlook the onion rings and truffle mayo....don't cut corners here, my friends! read more

Some of the best burgers in town. Be sure to try the cajun seasoning on your fries for an extra kick! They lost a star due to their online ordering. We've tried twice to order online, but once you get to the checkout screen you can only go so far and it will not process the order. We had to call the orders in and had one of our burgers made incorrectly because of this process. read more

Excellent burger and fries!! Lively atmosphere and good brew selection. Highly recommend!!

Best burger place on the north side of town. The kids love it and their onion rings are amazing

Checked it out recently good burgers ! They have beer pong n tap. Organic wholesome goodness. Great fries and wicked onion rings !

Fast and Fulfilling Food with great service. First time visit and was very impressed with how thick the hamburger were.

Tried this new burger place on Saturday late afternoon. The burgers are very, very good, though I did not get what I ordered. Received a cheeseburger, but ordered a hamburger. (Did pay for the cheeseburger though.) Ordered fries and onion rings, and would not order either again, the onion rings are huge and look impressive, but more breading than onion. The fries could be quite good if they did not empty the salt box on them. Crispy outside, soft inside, but all you taste is salt. Our party of 12 had almost every item on the menu, and agreed the sandwiches were all great, and we would return for them, but skip the sides. The atmosphere is fast food quality, and noisy. 2 burgers, 2 sides, and 2 drinks will be $30, or so. (Not so bad for good food.) read more

My family of 4 went on a cold, winter, weeknight and it was worth it! All the burgers were great, the fries were hot and tasty. Service was great. We ordered a choc milkshake and it was really chocolatey, which we don't like. We ask if we could get it replaced since it wasn't to our liking and they were happy to do this. They recommended a black and white shake (which is vanilla custard with choc sauce). This shake was perfect! Highly recommend and will be going back soon. Glad to have a nice, new restaurant on the northwest side of town. read more

Good food and very friendly! Appreciated the super friendly staff and who were efficient and inviting.

This is my favorite hamburger place in town. I normally don't like hamburgers but I love their CEO Burger. The tomato bacon jam is awesome. I always order a single. The one point I dislike is that the app menu shows that you can order any Burger as a single but the walk in menu doesn't. So know that you can always order down. My daughter loves the regular cheeseburger and my husband has a few faves- the Breakfast Burger is his go to though. This place also has my favorite fries in town. You can order a medium and feed 2-3 people. read more

YUM! Pricey but definitely the one of the juiciest burgers I ever ate. Urban fries rock.

Food was amazing! The only reason I'm not rating this 5 stars is the customer service. The young guy taking the order never smiled, said hello, thank you or made eye contact. He acted the same way when he brought our food to the table. The manager should keep their anti-social employees in the back and friendly employees taking orders! read more

I was very much looking forward to picking up my online order last Saturday afternoon. I ordered a single burger with the tomato sauce, truffle aioli, cheese lettuce etc. my side dish was onion rings. I set a pickup time for 3:45. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking as the restaurant dining room only had 3 tables full. My order was being bagged as I walked in and waited just a few minutes for completion. Happily walked out the door and drove away. That's where the happily ended. The burger was dressed appropriately but was oozing sauces out the side and was rather messy. The bottom bread of my bun was so limp as to be almost wet. The taste was so so and my happy hopes were dashed immediately after the first bite. The overall taste was mediocre for a burger that has been hyped to be all that and more. I was severely disappointed. I ate about 2/3 of it because I was hungry and threw the rest away. The onion rings had large cut soft rings of onions and were good except for the weird breading. It was a soft coating and not crunchy as I was expecting. I ate about half of them and threw them away also. I'm not sure what I was expecting but certainly caught got up in the hype. This was an expensive lunch at almost $13 for burger and onion rings. 5 Guys does a much better job. Alas after this experience where I couldn't even tolerate eating the whole lunch, I won't be returning. I also thought it a little odd that on a busy Saturday afternoon there were only 3 other customers. read more

Not sure about the hype...Four meals for over $60 without any beers is not worth the price. The service was mediocre and the burgers were warmish. If they have the courage to lower the price, I might return. Hardees is better for half the price, and I never feel ignored. In a world of "new burger joints", this one falls short, and two stars was being nice because they appear to be trying. read more

The service sucks. Grouchy, slow staff. Still waiting on food. We'll see how the burgers taste.

Went there hoping for a veggie burger. Very surprised to see MANY vegetarian burgers! Mine was loaded and tasted like a hamburger! The French fries and onion rings were awesome and very generous servings. They were busy and we had to wait in line but it moved fast and was well worth the wait. Definitely will return! read more

First time eating here hamburgers were great large portions for the french fries. We ordered three french fries and probably could've eaten just one! Great place read more

Overall great experience! Food was really good, the vegetarian burger was awesome (10/10 recommend even if you aren't vegetarian) , ambience was really nice. Definitely willing to go again. read more

Their burgers are the best I have had in Fort Wayne. The meat is tender and delicious. I also ordered the fries and they were tender yet crispy. Really good food! read more

It's just average! They tout using exceptional ingredients and charge you based on that. Sadly, the quality isn't what you expect based on what you pay. I ordered a burger and fries and it cost $13. I was disappointed when what I got was on par with Culver's. Had I gone there a meal similar in quality would have cost half as much. There is nothing wrong with the food, but there is a problem when it comes to value. You pay a premium for food that is just okay. read more

I would rate it lower if I could. We got here at 8:55 pm. And to preface, the website says they are open till 10 pm. The employee greeted us at the door and said we have 30 seconds to get in. Then when another employee (Jaden) saw she let us in she said "damn you need to lock the door". We sat at the booth closest to the register and could hear the employees in the kitchen cussing about us being here. Using literally every word in the book. I came here for the first time the past weekend and loved it so much I recommended my friends and I came here after the gym. Word of mouth is important in this industry and I can promise you that Burger Dave's will get my business from here on out. read more

BurgerFi is not Shake Shack. Originally, my friend and I carried high hopes that we would be experiencing a Chicago-esque meal right here in the good old Fort. When you walk into BurgerFi, it is practically a replica of SS. However, the food does not compete. I had the cheeseburger with a side of fries; my friend had the bacon cheeseburger and a coffee shake. Both cheeseburgers were tasty, albeit greasy, just what one would want. However, my friend said his shake was a $5.50 version of Arby's. The fry portion was blatantly enormous- don't get anything larger than the regular portion. It was huge. Overall, the experience was exactly what we thought that it would be. Our favorite burger in Ft. Wayne will forever be Brava's. If you're looking for a mediocre Shake Shack experience, BurgerFi is the perfect place. read more
