First time eating here. Reviews seemed like it would be a good try. $42 dollars later for two ppl and one of the worst no taste burgers we have ever had! Not to mention the staff. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 11:30 am on a Saturday (should have been a red flag). Girl who waited on his didn't say hi, how can I help you, kiss my @ss... nothing blank stare at counter. So we stood and looked at one another until she said something. While making our decision at the register she proceeded to pick her nails. We sat down. We were there for about 45 mins. One other lady and her son came in. Attempted online order via their website and processing would not go through. Placed a pickup order via DoorDash. Confirmation was received via text and e-mail. Went to pick order up and they claimed they had not received it. Instead of taking measures to ensure good customer service for a $62 order, they said to call DoorDash for a refund. No one asked to see the receipt or confirmation and no one offered to make the food while we we there. That's the last time we set foot in this restaurant. Shameful. read more

For a $14 burger and fries I would expect to be asked how I wanted it cooked. I like my burger medium rare not cooked completely. I like it pink. The fries were good although they really didn't give you very many. I am gluten free they do not have separate fryers for their fries versus breaded items so if you are celiac this isn't the place for you. I asked for a lettuce wrap they brought it out in a bun. It's a burger gotta give it that. A little on the expensive side and taste about like a burger mom would make you back at home back in the day. Not overly big just a standard sized greasy burger. Tasted like it had Kraft singles on it lol. The bacon on the burger tasted old it was real hard and cold. The fries were way to salty they been better if they didn't have nearly the salt on them. Place tries being upscale and fancy, pricey, and it falls short. $12 for a burger and regular french fry? Was visiting my hometown and looking for a place to eat with family that had a vegan/plant based option. This came up on my vegan app and I was not disappointed. They have the Beyond Burger which I have had before and LOVE. It does come with cheese and mayo though - I asked to have those removed and he immediately responded "oh you'd like it vegan?" Perfect response. It did end up coming out with cheese on it but I think they got mine mixed up with my mom's as she had the Beyond Burger but with cheese. The Manager quickly acted to get a new one made for me and it was worth the wait. It was delicious. My parents both had the Beyond Burger and thought it was a GREAT substitute for a beef burger. Even if you do eat meat I highly recommend trying it. The prices here are a little high - coming from someone who pays big city prices regularly. Burgers/sandwiches don't come with fries but we got a large order to share. Overall a great addition for the Fort. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is b/c they did send my burger out with cheese so I had to wait for a new one and also because the prices are a little high - especially for a burger that doesn't come with a side. read more

This place was great! They have a fairly small menu that packs a furious punch! My girlfriend and I went with the basic "BurgerFi" double cheeseburger. It was outstanding. I can't wait to try some of the other burger they offer in the future. One of them being a "all day breakfast" burger that has eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc. looks good. We also got the urban style fries which have garlic aioli and parmesan cheese on them. I thought they were ok. My girlfriend loved them. Now the best part, the onion rings! The onion rings were the best I have ever had. Big with a sweet crunch and cooked to perfection. They also had a BurgerFi soda that was some sort of lemon lime. I got it. I liked it. A burger joint that really has something for everyone! My son has tried both a regular cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich and loved both. As a vegetarian, I still had options too! The veggie burger is my favorite - try it with sautéed mushrooms and onions and the truffle mayo sauce. They also gave Beyond Burgers, my husband tried one of those (it's HUGE) and liked it but I think the veggie burger wins. They have beer and wine as well as milkshakes. The chocolate milkshakes are super loaded with chocolate, we were warned first but luckily my son still liked it. With our first trip the service was great. It wasn't awful, it just wasn't great either. It had a crowded, cheerful ambiance, we went earlier tonight and it was pretty crowded for 5 PM on a Saturday, but it was a weekend so not unexpected. Had to share a table- I highly recommend scoping one out before you get in line so that you don't have to do this! I got the single bacon cheeseburger and my boyfriend got the breakfast all day, they seemed very expensive for what we got. They were pretty standard burgers, mine was tasty actually, the maple on my boyfriend's was too sweet and took over the other flavors of the burger. A couple hours after dinner we both have stomach aches- either from our burgers or the (very greasy but super delicious) onion rings we split. I did enjoy the rings though, they were some of the better onion rings I've had! We also split a milkshake, got the red velvet but it didn't have any cocoa taste at all. It just tasted like a birthday cake flavor that had red food coloring. For two people it cost nearly $30, and that was splitting the shake and onion rings, with ice waters to drink. It just seemed more like what we'd spend on a mid-level dinner out rather than on burgers, but we didn't get the dining experience that you usually get with that cost. Recently visited BurgerFi after seeing pretty hyped reviews on google and yelp. We ordered breakfast burger,vegeiFi burger, fries with chilli and red velvet shake. Fries and shake were good in this place . Coming to the burgers, it's one of the soggy burgers we ever had. Breakfast burger bun is too soggy to eat and everything is falling apart and the VeggieFi burger bun is stale. I can totally taste sourness and funky smell from burger bun.. its Yuck!! Hope they can improve on their burger buns!! read more

Ok so we found looking for Dunking Donut and we live by it. So I would say a little low key opening but, Wow that Waygu Brisket and next level! I have not had a burger that tasty from a Burger place. The sides are fresh the Onion rings are huge. But the Cut fries sizes are big Huge and a suitcase so think smaller. They are proud of there Chili if you add it go extra extra! It's $14 bucks a head with drink for more food then you can eat. They got real beer and the cool Coke 100 drink machine. Do yourself a favor use the self check in on the north wall. And set down. Should have skipped that one! Burger Fi appears to be an attempt at a concept restaurant to scale. My biggest issue with my visit is the obvious heavy presence of MSG. Quality, natural food speaks for itself without the use of potent ingredients. I expected a much higher quality party of meat given the price point. As for the french fries I would recommend cooking them to order around 3 o'clock hour. The french fries were limp and not close to the word hit. In my personal opinion you would receive a better burger and fry at a better price point from five guys. I ate at Burgerfi for the first time a couple of years ago in Florida and at the time thought it was the best burger I had ever had. So I was super excited when I found out we had one coming to Fort Wayne. It was as good as I remember (although we love our local gourmet burger place a little more!) I had the breakfast all day burger and was very happy! My husband had the CEO and felt it as a hit skimpy for the price he paid. Our table shared a family size fry and it fed our table of 6 adults. This was our first visit to Burger Fi and it was definitely not good. First, we tried to order online, only to get Coke products and bottled water as the only beverage options. Tried 2 more times at which time I finally saw the notice stuck at the very top of the page that the concrete beverages were not available to order online. Would have been nice to have them listed on the drinks page with the "not available online" caveat". So, after all the hassle trying to order online, we tried to order through the phone app. Same basic issues as with ordering online. Our last attempt was actually trying ( and all I can classify it is as trying) to call in an order. My spouse made the comment to me that it sounded like the person taking the order wasn't even in Fort Wayne! The topper to this whole phone mess was when the order taker said she couldn't take the order because we had a couple of coupons we got in the mail! Finally, we decided to use the only other option we had...physically going to the restaurant to order and get our food. This was at 8:30 at night, so, hopefully the service will be quick and we won't be having dinner at midnight. Needless to say, I'm really disappointed that our first visit to Burger Fi happened this way. I was looking forward to it for a long time. Went here for lunch with a few guys from work and I have to say it's a great palace to go if you want some good brews and burgers. I will say the foods not cheap, but it's really great food. I needed something like this to mix up the Chipotle and Salsa Grill runs I make all the time. I had the double with bacon. Also grabbed a milkshake. All of it was amazing. If your in the area and want to mix things up, this is a great option for the area. FYI - I didn't see any gluten free options on the menu or with the beer. It's a solid burger joint. Half their menu is vegetarian, so it won't take long for me to try everything on the menu. It had a Five Guys feel to it and I'm not sure they're better. Just a little different. Same make your own soda machine and an upscale dining area. (Compared to Five Guys). I'll try the classic American burger next time to compare apples to apples.
