Okay, lets be blunt. You can definitely go to places with better food but this particular place holds a special place in my heart since I used to walk here after high school for the fries. This place is called "Burger Town" but the sole reason I would come to this place is for the Chile Cheese Fries. These fries are greasy, covered in meat in cheese. Great place for a heart attack but amazing pile goodness! I often brag to my friends "I know a place thats greesier than 'The Hat.'" Once I take them here, they are often blown away at the quality of the chili cheese fries. Otherwise, their food is a on the average side with steak thats so hard you can hammer a nail into the wall. The burgers, are okay with decent service. Wait times are often 2 to 3 minutes (clearly, it depends on what you order). Their fries are thick and hand cut giving them an authentic home made feel. Would I recommend this place to a friend? Yes I would recommend coming here only for their chili cheese fries, but if I want to have burgers, your options are best found somewhere else. read more

Great place to have a proper, normal, sit down meal. Food here is always great. The staff practices excellent sanitation and cleanliness of the booths and food preparation area. The staff, and especially the manager/owner always checks on the guests and asked if we are enjoying out meal, if there's anything more we want, and asks for our input. I went a couple of weeks ago because I heard their green salsa fries were bomb, but I felt like eating a good old fashioned cali burger today, so that's what I had. Actually come to find out, the new owners are the original owners as one of the brothers were explaining to me and some friends. They were very concerned about how the restaurant was being handled and decided to step back in and bring it back to life. Since they have came in they remodeled and brought in a new soda machine. I am finally getting around to write this review after having visited this place 4 times in the last 4 months. EVERY TIME I have driven up to the drive-thru, I sit and wait...2 min goes by, 5 minutes, no acknowledgement, not even "We'll be right with you". My daughter and I bought a Chef's salad and Teriyaki Chicken for dinner. When I called the order in, the manager (or owner) who is Asian, was very rude and her broken English was difficult to understand. If I had to just deal with the broken English, that would be fine. But every time I speak to this lady, she is extremely rude and gets angry when you ask her to repeat what she said. Having said that, the Chef's salad must have had a pound of meat stacked on the bed of lettuce. There was so much, that it was too much to eat. My daughter said the Teriyaki Chicken dinner was really good as well. The ONLY reason why BT is getting 2 stars is because of the lady. It's not just every once in awhile she is rude, it is EVERY TIME I speak to her she is rude...and it's not just me hahaha. She is rude to my daughter and son as well. So this place still sucks. Same bad service!! We went there last night at 9:16pm and they closed while my son was in the drive thru. So my wife checked their website and it said they closed at 10:00pm. I called their number and a jackass answered the phone and said they were closed. I told him their website said they closed at 10:00. He(jackass) proceeded to tell me they don't have a site that says they close at 10:00 and that he(jackass) updated it. This is probably the most underrated place in Orange County. You really have to try it to understand the passion and love they put into every order. I tried the Frisco burger wrapped in lettuce and it was demolished in 3 minutes. George came by and asked me how it was and I told him it was amazing. Thought I'd give BT another try tonight after I'd heard they we're Under New Management. We placed a to go order, my son and hubster got the double bacon cheese burger and I got the single bacon cheese . I took a look at the size of mine and just knew I wasnt going to be able to do it all ,So I cut that bad boy in half and wrapped the other for half for later. Crisp green lettuce ,thick firm bright red slices of not one but 2 Tomatoes , crisp thick bacon and the pickles had to have been Clausen dill slices along with perfect thinly sliced onion . And the beef was THERE ! No "Where's the Beef "? Jokes tonight even with my smaller single burger! Two Double bacon cheeseburgers , one bacon cheeseburger , large french fries and large onion rings came to about 30 bucks . Maybe a smidge expensive but not bad. I have to admit it has been a while since I've had a Burger.
