Due to an unexpected delay with work, I wasn't able to pick up my order at the scheduled time, but the team was incredibly kind and accommodating despite my very late arrival. I had a conversation with I think the manager who was very very kind and explained to me his process. I've been to this establishment before so I was happy to order again. At the brunch many of the girls were already familiar with this establishment but did not know that they could order catering service services, and the ones who were not familiar seemed very interested so there might be future customers down the line! They have a few syrups made in-house. I tried their pistachio latte and it was perfection. It has little pieces of pistachio in it and so every sip has a bit of it. ok so today i go there knowing the food is sub par but my significant other had never been and if that was the place that shows. I had needed to use the restroom they had pointed out where the key was and I went around back and used the bathroom. when I was finished there was not no toilet paper there was no paper towels there wasn't even any soap to wash my hands with afterwards and let's just put it this way i didnt go number one. upon returning inside the establishment and informing them that there were no supplies in the bathroom at all I was then informed that oh well they just don't do that now. keep in mind there's a trash can full of used toilet paper in the bathroom right. not only that but was then informed that's why they told people that the bathroom isn't even in service. I was never once told this I was just showing where the key Was to the restroom and went around back and used it. there wasn't even soap to wash my dirty hands in that bathroom and all I can say is is that it's apparently working since I didn't mean the plumbing works it was just fine. not to mention the trash can full of used dirty toilet paper. which I feel shows at the employees definitely use that restroom even. but without even soap are they even washing their hands at the end of that life experience? I will never come here again trust and believe I want to leave a bad review after this bathroom experience I know I've left not even only feeling disgusted humiliated into graded but straight as if they were attempting to like almost discriminate against me do the fact that I was white...the entire staff is of latin decent. read more
