Grilled chicken dinner platter

My husband and I wanted to share a meal since we were going to have a big meal later in the day. Burger Town was a great choice. We split the grilled chicken platter. The chicken was juicy, plentiful, and flavorful. The fries were fresh, and the salad was huge with lots of veggies. I recommend allowing fries AND onion rings on the platters, not just one or the other. Most similar burger places allow you to do both on the platters/ dinners. I'd love to try a burger here eventually. The service wasn't too friendly, but overall, we had a nice breakfast/lunch. Ambiance was quiet.

Most underrated in the area. Love their sandy zucchini sides. Big variety of burgers.

I asked for cheese burger combo and upgrading fries into chili cheese fries. I didn't get my food yet and waiting for it but I assume the portion should be big becuz they are charging alot for just upgrading the fries into chili cheese fries. Other burger places would charge around 2-3 dollars. I'll try to update my rating if i dont forget and when i get my food. But just receiving the receipt makes me to wonder about this place and how they are surviving....

Carne asada fries with grilled onions!

Stopped by today with my family. I had a great experience as always. The people that work here are really nice, especially one of the cooks. I don't know his name but he has long hair with a long beard! He's great!! Always very nice to us. He even went out of his way to double check with me about how I wanted my carne asada fries! He greeted us and even said good bye to us. Definitely makes you feel welcomed, not like other places, where servers and cooks got that "I don't want to be here" type of face. The restaurant is also always very clean when we go in. So that's always a plus! Anyways, me and my family love this place and the food here is delicious! Especially the carne asada fries! I recommend them with grilled onions! Definitely a must try here!!

I hung up right after I took this photo. I called 30 mins before closing time!

The girl employee is not awake during the job! I called ahead to get my order in and was left on hold for 7mins! By the time I got there, I still hadn't been helped over the phone. I looked inside and no one was there. I can understand if it was busy but there was 1 family in the entire restaurant. I hung up and called again to asked what had happened. The employee she said "I don't know who helped you but it's probably because we're so busy right now. It's cause we're closing soon." Honestly the audacity to lie was astonishing. This place used to be cool, but I am not coming here again.

Old over cooked fries... and it wasn't a long trip back home, less then 5 min.

Not everything on their menu is great but over all it's a solid spot to eat at during any time of the day! Love their breakfast burritos !

When you're ready to order, you go to the counter to order & pay. The food was good, hazelnut latte was tasty, service was fast & pretty friendly. I met a friend there to catch up & they let us sit there for a couple hours - We were aware & made sure no one needed our table though! The oddest thing happened... a guy came in, ordered & sat down. I can only guess that he just worked out cuz, as he was waiting for his food, he put his foot up on top of the backrest of a dining chair & proceeded to massage his leg with a massage gun. Then of course did the other leg. Oh and while doing so, he played music from his iPhone very loudly, to cover up background music playing in the restaurant. -- Is this what people are doing now?

It's very standard fare at standard pricing. It gets the job done if you're hungry. I was sad to see a piece of bacon in what was supposed to be a vegetarian selection. I didn't complain because they were busy, but I do wish they'd be more careful because it had me dissecting the rest of my omelette with insecurity about the contents. On the plus side, the fruit cups have more than just melon in them: pineapple, strawberry, orange and green melon, blueberries, and blackberries. Solid mix. It was strange to me that I had to ask for jelly to go with my sourdough toast. We also had to go up to the front where you order to get water refills. Again, none of this was major... just led to a really "meh" experience. Maybe they were just having an off day? We had to wait for a table. The food doesn't come out together, so the kids were a little antsy when my husband and I each had food but they didn't. There were no coloring sheets for kids so I had them drawing on napkins on the tables with pens that I just happened to have in my purse. Food was simple and fine but not anything special. Just not in a hurry to come back to this one.

They have a good selection of American food, and I ordered chicken risotto ($24) from the "favorites" section of the menu. Portion sizes here are good, and we were very full after dinner. Service here was basic, and we got everything we needed. Friday night is also a peak time at Downtown Fullerton, so it was hard to find parking spot. However, the ambience here was relaxed. While the chicken risotto was pricy, I enjoyed the mixed flavors and large portion size. The flavor came from the caper-parmesan beurre blanc sauce. It's a slightly creamy butter sauce with mild sweetness and added flavor from white wine. The capers added a very welcome tangy and savory seasoning to the sauce; they're one of my favorite garnishes. The flavors from the breaded chicken and risotto weren't too strong. However, I would've liked the dish more with if they put less parmesan because I enjoyed the flavor from the beurre blanc sauce the most.

Overall, it was a delicious latte, and I finished it a little quickly. It was nice to see all the different kinds of decorations at their patio again. The music playing was a mix of American and Korean pop. Like before, the cashier gives you a pager that prompts you to come back to the counter to pick up your order. I parked by the curb on N.
