Wow! I have never had a chopped cheese before, but wow that was great! It's kind of like the intersection between a burger and a philly cheese steak. The greek fries, and I'll he back to find out how the Turkish fries taste. The decor is kind of new industrial like a Chipotle, and that's fine. The ordering process is mainly through a kiosk full of choices
This place was clean and offers a wide variety of menu items to choose from! I tried the chicken bowl and the falafel wrap with fries! The portion size was HUGE for the bowl - could feed about 2-3 people. There were some intense flavors going on there (which we love). The falafel on the other hand was very salty though! I would say while the food was good, I don't think I see myself coming back here.
Husband and I both wanted a really good drive in type burger - googled around and ended up here. Instead we both got cheesesteaks because we love them! Really bummed debate they were not good at all. Barely any onion and barely any cheese. The meat was SO SALTY. We had to pay extra for peppers. On a cheesesteak? That makes no sense. The sandwich was also super dry - had to get a side of mayo to make it decent. And to top it off, it was ridiculously expensive. The fries were burned too. And one more thing - you have to order through a kiosk, can't do it with a person you ask questions. My Diet Coke is delicious though lol Everything bad with this place - I do not recommend.
One of the best burgers! I get the butter burger (Wisconsin) one. The fries are well seasoned. Both are 10/10. Friendly staff and the ambiance is a chill place to eat.
I'll be honest, due to the mixed reviews, I wasn't expecting much but I was truly blown away by how delicious these burgers were. They are probably in my top 3 burger places in the Twin Cities. I'll preface this by saying that we went at an off-time, so the place was empty and service was relatively quick. The restaurant is spacious and has an open concept with a modern interior. I imagine if it's busy, noise will carry pretty easily. The restaurant is self-checkout style - you order at large screens and pickup at the counter. If needed (or if you have a gift card, for example), you have to order with one of the employees at the front. I got the White Truffle Burger which has a smashburger style patty, truffle mayo, Swiss cheese, and toppings of your choice - I chose lettuce, tomato, and onions. It was phenomenal. Lots of flavor. I loved the large buttered bun. The burgers are larger overall than what I tried at other burger spots. The fries were delicious and tasted better than some other nearby chains. The downside is that the burgers are quite pricey. However, you are paying for quality meat - 100% Angus beef. The meat is also halal which is great for those who only eat halal certified meat. Overall I think this is a great burger spot and will be willing to try it again if I'm in the area!
Stopped in to pick up lunch since I was nearby. Ordered the truffle mushroom Swiss burger to go. There were about two others waiting for their orders before me and didn't seem long. I did notice the floor from where I paid at the register all the way to area where the pop machine was located was sticky all over. It wasn't just one small space but a large area. I assumed it may have been busy earlier (I stopped in around 12:30), so maybe they couldn't cleaned it right away. When eating the burger, the bun was pretty soft and it was overall delicious.
I'm gonna give this place multiple stars for the service and clean conditions more so than for the food. Our experience with the staff was great as they were very helpful with making menu suggestions and for explaining the ordering process. They were also very accommodating with grabbing us condiments and cutlery even though it's a casual sit in dining experience, so 10s across the board for service! The place is fairly new, so you get the benefits of a clean dining room and clean rest rooms, which is always an extra plus in my book. The food was good but nothing spectacular or more exciting than other burger places like Culver's or Five Guys. Therefore, the food is a bit pricey for the value. I think it's worth a visit to try it out, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna go out of my way to return since I don't live near Edina.
Half Chicken is moist, highly recommend the spicy garlic and rice. Coleslaw was good too. Chicago HotDog was alright, tasted like any other HotDog. Over the Rainbow is actually $7.99, not $9.99 as said online. It was delicious! Tastes like birthday cake/ fruity pebbles.
First time trying burger press and while it was decent, I'd probably go to Culver's for a burger before coming back here. I had the single patty Press Burger - it was too salty for my liking and pretty over priced given fries are not included. They also serve hot dogs and cereal shakes here. I tried the oreo shake and it was good with a lot of cookie add-ins.

I think most of their business is online and if you order in person, you do it on a large touch screen, though they do also have a register for cash transactions. I went with a Pita with standard Lamb/Beef Gyro. I also got sweet Potato Fries and a couple Falafel to try them. The meat was near tasteless and grey. The sauce and Toum on the side were the only things giving it flavor. The falafel were too finely processed, and had an almost baby food like texture, once you got through the fried crust. It had some weird dust on the outside, which was the only flavor other than the garbanzo baby food. The sweet potato fries were mediocre, but pretty standard. The sodas were like half strength, so even that lacked flavor. Decor was sparse, but clean. I will not be back, to be clear. Maybe the Tex Mex/Tacos are good, but I will never find out. If you're desperate, try the Burgers, maybe?
We like the place! Burgers are amazing, nice fries too. We ordered butter burger and Smokey chipotle burger. Well done, recommended! The place is very nice and clean - very open concept and good for quick and fulfilling bites
The place was nice and clean. The service was fast and accurate. I enjoyed the zucchini fries. Delicious option to offer at a burger joint. They were crispy and tasty dunked in ranch dressing. I enjoyed how the burger has one giant cheese curd! The burger itself wasn't the top tasting to me.

We dined in on a Saturday night, and the place was pretty busy. You just order on a kiosk then get a pager and wait to go pick it up at the counter. I felt like they nickel and dime you for the sauces. We got chicken tenders for my son off the kids menu, but it didn't include a sauce which I thought was odd. I felt for what you get a lot of it was over priced compared to some other similar restaurants. I ordered a burrito with chicken and they didn't add the rice, the veggies were not chopped very finely it was like half a red onion chunk which isn't very appetizing. For the cost of this meal it was somewhat disappointing. The fries were made fresh. The meat was the best part of this place. Maybe it's just meant to be a burger joint and not so much Mediterranean style of food. read more

Was driving around and hadn't eaten a thing all day decided I really wanted a burger. Scrolled and scrolled on burger joints near me nothing stood out until Burger Press. Walked in with my stomach rumbling walked out beyond satisfied and a full stomach. Thin burger patties with a very wide variety of toppings. I got a double patty with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and chipotle sauce. Usually leave places like this expecting a stomach ache but no no no not Burger Press. If I had one closer to home this would be a regular occurrence for me and my family. Highly recommend!! read more

Really awesome experience. I tried the butter burger, onion rings, and over the rainbow milkshake. The onion rings were the perfect texture, I wish they had a tad more flavor but really really well done. Favorite I've had in the state thus far. The burger was super juicy so fair warning, you can't cute eat it. She was dripping. Really solid flavor profile and easily a hit worth stopping for. The shake had fruity pebbles throughout and was thiccy thic. A-maze-ing. Highly recommend checking them out. Pricing is competitive and quality solid. I'll definitely be back to check their other options such as the press burger and crispy chipotle chicken. read more
The reviews here led me to try Burger Press, but I was quite disappointed. The Chipotle burger was dry and didn't have a lot of flavor. The fries were plentiful, crispy, and nicely salted. The onion rings were ok if a bit greasy. I wish I had more to say but the meal just fell short. read more

Nice looking counter service burger and dog joint with fresh pressed burgers coming out quickly. Tried the Smoky Chipotle Double Burger. It was a very high quality burger, comparable to some of the best at Shake Shake (and I mean that in a good way)! While it isn't quite the best the Twin Cities have to offer, it is definitely a 4-star caliber combination with plenty of flavor. read more
This locally owned and operated joint opened last summer in Edina boasting a fast-casual environment cranking out beefy burgers, delicious dogs, savory sandwiches, and sweet shakes. The menu continues to grow as does their Twin Cities reach, having just opened a St Paul location as well. I recently had the privilege to try one new burger plus some of their "Coming Soon" offerings at the Edina location, and you won't want to miss these when they hit come April. Check it : Smokey Western Burger ~ double patties * beef bacon * cheese * giardiniera * onion rings * BBQ **if you're a cowboy-style burger fan this one is for you. I'm normally not honestly, but the addition of the hot giardiniera is just what the doctor ordered. Initially hesitant to try this place given the mediocre reviews but finally gave it a try. We tried a press burger (double) and a falafel bowl. All in, it was over $40 without fries or a shake. So maybe some would say it's not the cheapest but we thought worthwhile. Service - you order from a digital kiosk. Easy to use. It's like shake shack where you get a buzzer to pick up your food when ready. Ambience, well, it's modestly higher scale than fast food. The food is super tasty. Soft, brioche bun and the burger had crispy edges, not bloody and a yummy sauce. Not too salty, which can be a concern at fast food joints. The falafel bowl is served with yellow rice, green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers and tzatziki sauce. It was excellent, perfectly seasoned and something I'd get again. Love that you can get burgers with Mediterranean food, both excellent, under one roof. read more
Stopped into the new Burger Press located in France and 71st in Edina for a quick Friday afternoon lunch and was BLOWN AWAY. This fast casual burger restaurant also offers hot dogs, ice cream, and shakes with a dining room of about 10 tables as well as a small outdoor patio area. The burger is outstanding. I went with the original press burger with 2 patties. Single and triples are also available for this burger as well as the rest of the menu. A lightly seared exterior opens up into a juicy medium/medium well interior. All the veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion) were crisp and fresh and the bun was nice and soft. I will absolutely be back to try out more of the menu, especially the hot dogs. read more
Whole lotta bun!! I got the garlic butter burger with the sauce and greek seasoned fries with a sauce that complimented the fries so well. The fries were honesty the stars they were perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. The burger itself wasn't anything special. i asked my bf where the garlic was at and he said in your breathe... safe to say my garlic tolerance is HIGH I got lettuce tomato and pickles and they were all so fresh. No limpy hollow pickles! they thicc the cheese was melted so well it was barely there and very subtle in flavor my bf got a regular burger with cheese and bacon. the bacon was very sad looked like high end microwave bacon. he got the regular fries. i liked the greek seasoned ones better but both crispy and good he also got a chocolate shake which he said tasted like soft serve and hersheys syrup but wasn't mad at it would come back to try their other options the only downside was we sat outside and the gnats were ferocious tonight!!! read more
After reading reviews I decided to stop by. Bigger than I expected on the inside. Towards the end of a strip mall in Edina on France Ave. it was hard for me find it initially. Not too many menu items, which can be a good thing. I ordered a regular burger and fries. The burger is a typical smash burger, with regular fixins, nothing spectacular. Crinkle-cut fries that are also crispy are my fav so I devoured those with ketchup! I didnt get a shake or anything sweet, but perhaps next time. read more
Really enjoyed this spot! And best of all it was halal the burgers are halal. The burgers were really tasty and solid flavor. I feel like one patty was enough for me but they offer two or three as well. We came at an off time like 2 pm but our order came out within 15 ish mins which was nice. The place is pretty large there is outdoor seating as well, really enjoyed this spot would come back! read more
We came here per the recommendation from our daughter who said the burger and fries taste similar to In&Out. I would say, pretty close. We had Press (California) burger and fries, Oklahoma burger and Shawarma (see pics). read more

Visited Burger Press yesterday for dinner with a friend and everything I ordered was SUPER tasty! I ordered the butter burger with a single patty, regular fries, and the cocoa shake. The food was brought out to our table quickly and everything was fresh and warm. The burger patty was juicy and seasoned just right! Their signature press sauce was a perfect addition to the burger. The burger also came with American cheese, pickles and onions. One of the best burgers I've ever had! The fries were crispy and salted just right. The cocoa shake was my absolute favorite! Made with vanilla ice cream mixed in with chocolate sauce and cocoa pebbles and topped with cocoa pebbles and Cocoa Puffs-- super tasty and sweet! The person working at the register had just started but he was very kind and was able to answer of all our questions. The cooks were very helpful and kind as well! The best part is that all of their meat is halal, so a perfect option for folks that only eat halal meat! The restaurant has several TVs so this is also a good spot to watch sporting events with family and friends. I'm only giving this place 4 stars because the floors were sticky all over (to be fair we were there from 7:30 pm to 9 pm which is when they close) and like other reviews mentioned, the restaurant is verrry cold so bring a jacket or two! Otherwise, I will definitely be coming back! read more
I absolutely love this place!!!!! I came here the other night and tried the butter burger, shakes and curds. Everything was perfectly made and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do a great job with keeping the location clean and making sure that they acknowledge everyone that comes in. I will be back asap to get another shake! I had the PB&J but I substituted the jelly for chocolate syrup and it was perfect read more

I'm a sucker for smash burgers and this place does a great job. Great quality meat packed with flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The shake was a standout. I loved all of the options! My only gripe is that the place was a bit dirty and very cold. The service was not very memorable which is not a good or bad thing. read more
