The employees at this location are so great. They are quick with a suggestion, friendly, and always smiling. The food is also good. All the burgers come with fries and you can upgrade to different types of fries. I had the Cajun fries with the humpty burger. The Cajun seasoning was saltier than spicy and maybe too much seasoning. The burger was very good, loaded with toppings. This was my second visit to My Burger and, let me tell you, they have the NICEST employees! We are always warmly greeted, they allow our family to take our time making our selections, offer recommendations and are just generally cheerful and happy! For a fast casual place where you order at the counter, they set themselves apart right there. The food has been delicious both times too. We've tried the plain burger, teriyaki burger, california burgers and the burgers of the month. Fries come with all burgers and you can mix it up with plain, Cajun, jerk or sweet potato. We recommend both Cajun and sweet potato as our faves. Everything is made fresh with burgers cooked perfectly and fries hot. The staff keeps the place super clean immediately bussing tables as people finish. Again, not the service level you'd really expect at a fast casual location so they set themselves apart here with the focus on customers. And they do it with genuine smiles! I added teriyaki topping to mine and a side of chipotle garlic mayo. I chose to have Cajun Fries with my burger. The burger was delicious, juicy tender greasy patty oozing with teriyaki sauce. Amazing if you love a rainbow of flavor in your mouth! My hubby can't decide so he ordered 2...well aware he's going to have leftovers for dinner. He ordered the Piggyback burger ( topped with bbq pulled pork and tangy coleslaw) with jerk fries. He also ordered the Classic Bacon Cheese (bacon, American cheese, basil mayo on brown buttered bun) with onion rings. The 2 reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5...there were very little bbq pulled pork on the Piggyback that you can barely taste it so he opened the bun up to see there are little chunks there. The coleslaw on the burger was superb..be ready for a mess eating that. The other reason was the onion rings. They were dry, thick battered and barely could taste the onion. Order the Cajun or Jerk Fries...those were awesome! Nicely seasoned and had a good crunch to them. The other burger that we ordered was just an original burger to taste the good quality juicy meat patty. We ordered a chocolate malt and that was a great delicious treat to end the meal! I had the veggie burger with grilled onions & blue cheese on just lettuce & tomato (they do have GF buns available), and it was the best veggie burger I've ever had! Only wish I would have tried the jerk seasoning on it. Tried the cajun seasoning on the fries... good flavor, not too spicy, but maybe a bit overwhelming saltiness wise for me that day. Run of the mill burgers - at least not dosed up with some flavor inducing marinade. Fries were ok, but crispier and less salt would work. Choc. shake was reasonably tasty. Probably a couple bucks overpriced. Place seemed to be pretty busy - lots of takeout orders getting prepped - so the burgers were not sitting around waiting to be reheated. One of the managers working tonight (didn't get a chance to catch his name but he had a beard, brown hair) was conscientious enough to make sure that any of my daughter's allergens were okay to be in the same kitchen, made sure all gloves were changed and that I was aware of the steps that were possible and that it was acceptable for her situation. We have ate here many times before. But, the last three times we have had the WORST customer service. Not once, but three consecutive times. We order online for pickup for takeout. There is always at least one order of our whole order that is incorrect. Totally the wrong burger, missing upgrades we paid for, missing sides, etc. The customer service is HORRIBLE as when we call to report the mistake, the managers we talk to do nothing, offer no apologies, and don't offer to fix the problem. They make you feel bad for calling and as if it is your own fault. We've also emailed the company and have never gotten a reply. First time going to a My Burger location. The burger was pretty good. I tried the jalapeño king burger. It didn't have much spice to it, but it had plenty of flavor. Burger, pepper jack, spicy mayo, jalapeños, pepper bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. The patty is a thin and smashed. Gives it some nice crispy exterior and still juicy on the inside. Nicely grilled. The bun is soft and tasty. The fries are good. My son had the original single patty My Burger. Good burger. Just remember to ask for cheese on it. If they had the option to order a beer, it would be great. The location is new and the decor is trendy. They have a patio area to eat outside on nice days. They have plenty of non-beef burger options. We'll come back to try some of the other beef burgers on the menu. Hope they can get some beers on the menu for the next time. read more

This is our first time coming here. If we are back in the area and want a burger then we will come back for sure. They have really good smoked mayonnaise that is a must try. The prices are reasonable except the price of a soft drink. It's $2.15 for what looks to be an average small or medium is some place. The only other thing I didn't like was that they left the back door wide open. It's in the 20's today and it was open for more then twenty minutes. With the delivery driver only coming in about every 5 minutes. When I asked if they can close one of the doors leading to the back they said no. I looked around and everyone was eating with their winter coats on. This is a good place to try if you want a good burger. Just don't come during a delivery. Haha. read more

Wo, was this place great for a fast food burger restaurant! The cashiers were as nice as could be... like, freaky nice, it was so cool! I got the standard cheeseburger. It is a little expensive but well worth it for the positive experience. They have a chipotle mayo and sriracha mayo that are amazing. These are available to have on the side, the bottles are set out next to the self-serve soda machine so you can have exactly what you want where you want it. I highly recommend trying both. Also got a side salad with Italian dressing. This came with a substantial amount of lettuce, much more than most side salads. Overall, very impressed. This is the Cadillac of fast food places, and is a must-try for anyone that likes a classic cheeseburger. read more

We have never been disappointed! Every burger is delicious and unique. We especially like the variety of condiments offered to dip your fries. Another twist on an American classic. There are a good variety of interesting burgers and all the ingredients are pretty tasty. The decor is a bit odd, but it's comfortable enough. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. If you customize your burger, you'll be given a hard time and heaven forbid you point out when they get it wrong. Just had My Burger for the first time and I absolutely loved it! My twins brewing are very happy right now. From that first bite of Cajun fry to that dip of garlic sauce. Oh wow, I had to have a handful more before biting into my California burger. I added pepper jack cheese and it melted perfectly on my burger. However, it was quite big for me. I might have to settle on a kids burger next time. Thank you for such deliciousness. I'll add, that our meals traveled for 15 minutes before eating and everything was still crispy and delicious. My client was sexually groped on the premises of the Wayzata MyBurger. The company was immediately asked if there was video of the area where the incident occurred and responded that yes, there was video and they would preserve it. The manager also said he saw the incident occur. Several confirming emails and a subpoena later, and MyBurger not only ignored the subpoena deadline but now claims the incident has been "erased" from the videotape. "It fell through the cracks" and "there's been alot going on here" is their excuse. Really? A woman gets groped on your premises, you are immediately notified to preserve the tape, you agree to do so, you are required by subpoena to produce it and OOPS??? MyBurger is a JOKE. If they can't handle this, I doubt they can handle your food with any integrity. Eat elsewhere. read more

Absolutely the worst hamburger joint I have been to! I asked for a 3 patty california with no mayo and pepper jack cheese. I got my burger with 2 patties and lots of mayo on it....I asked the guy who took my order what happened and he asked, would you like me to make you a new one....I said yes because it has mayo on it. A couple minutes some guy came from the back came to me and said can I just give you a patty to put on it....I said no because it still has mayo on it....I ordered a 3 patty with no mayo and I deserve to have it that way....he mumbled some rude comments on the way to the kitchen....came back out and said I'm not making you a new burger, after the guy up front said it will be remade this a-hole jerk said I'll only make you a 2 patty and he got mad when I said I specifically said no mayo....I said where is the receipt....that me and my uncle did not get....I said go get the receipt.....he then said get out and that I'm banned!! Is that how you do customer service there! I will tell everyone I know not to go there and deal with them....the skinny loser in back to be exact....the Asian guy was nice.
