Worst experience. Ordered 4 meals for me l, my wife, and my 2 children. I was told 10 minutes. 20 minutes after they gave us one sandwich missing the drink. Another 7 minutes later, got the other sandwich. 5 minutes after went to check, they gave us the 2 kids meal missing the chocolate milk and ice cream. When I looked in the sandwich found little piece of beef patty in a huge bun. At the beginning I thought there is something wrong. Was surprised when the chief said this is it. I had to request a refund and returned the meals. Got a table number, no one served the food. Late food 25-30 minutes to get all our 4 meals. 4 meals came out separately 7-10 minutes a part. Burger Lounge serves up a good burger and good onion rings. That's hard to find around Orange County, and I'm not entirely sure why. Parking itself can be a little difficult, especially during peak hours. The restaurant is located in a very busy plaza. We went during a weekday lunch and took a long time trying to find parking. But there are enough places in the plaza that Burger Lounge wasn't terribly busy, which was nice. Seating is both indoors and out. I tried the turkey burger with a side of onion rings. I asked them to withhold the thousand island dressing. Service was a little on the slow side, but pretty friendly. The burger itself is a good size. The turkey was a little too salty for my taste, even with all of the vegetable toppings, but it was still good. The onion rings were done very well. One thing that annoys me sometimes with places that serve onion rings is when you bite into the onion ring and the onion slips out of the fried batter - right? RIGHT? Not the case here. Lounge burger is one of my go to places when I want a great burger. I got the lounge burger with bacon and it is fantastic. The way the cheese melts onto the meat is 10/10. I'm not the biggest fan of their shredded lettuce because its difficult to eat, but it still tastes great. I got it with a side of half and half which are fries and onion rings. The onion rings are ALWAYS a win, and its the perfect portion to also get fries. They use to have the option to get either a 1/3 or 1/4 pound patty, but since have removed that and its just one size now with the option to double it. It seems they went to to just a bigger patty now so I was very full by the end, wish they kept the smaller size too. I love this location, has indoor and outdoor seating, with ample outdoor seating to choose from. If you have never visited, I do highly recommend, however be aware that is it on the pricey side. read more

Been ordering takeout/delivery pre and post-COVID and the food quality is still super consistent. My go to is the Husky burger with organic white cheddar cheese (hold da pickles and tomatoes!) with a side of fries. The meat patties are so delicious, juicy and seasoned to perfection. Love the moist bun as well. This place is a solid burger joint and hits the spot if you're craving a high quality grass fed burger with the fixings. We drove here a long distance and walked though the crowded parking lot full of bad drivers to attempt to buy food by ordering online. We tried using both the app and the website to order. At the time all forms of online ordering were down. The line was far too long to order with a human cashier so we left as we had other errands to run and I had used up all of my verbal communication ability talking earlier on the same day. Never disappointed dining at Burger Lounge. The food is good, service is great and all of their food is organic/grass fed. We come in most of the time after shopping at the Whole Foods next door and split a Husky Burger with the half fries half onion rings. They cut the burger for you and bring extra plates. The staff also brings extra sauces and utensils as needed. Literally every time we have come in we have had delicious food and service to match it. Now this is what I call a GOOD burger! This was my first time to Burger Lounge and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We went on a weeknight around dinner time and it wasn't crowded at all. We ordered our food and it was ready within 10-15 minutes. They have a nice spacious restaurant, with both indoor and patio seating. They're located in the Los Olivos Shopping Center, near Whole Foods and Puesto, and there is plenty of parking available. The one thing I noticed is that the inside is very clean, which is a big bonus. My husband and I both got the Lounge Burger for $7.95, but I added bacon on mine for $1.50 more, which by the way is totally worth it! We split the fries and onion rings, which was more than enough for both of us. The burger was a decent size (see my photos) and they were as good as they look! The meat was cooked exactly as requested, the cheese was melted perfectly and all the ingredients added to the overall yumminess (is that a word?) of the burger. The fries and onion rings were tasty as well. The burgers are decently priced, not over the top expensive like some other craft burger places. And the service was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the lounge burger because it has the shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. The classic burger is more basic without the toppings. Another great thing about Burger Lounge Irvine is that they allow you to sub the fries in your meal for a side salad with no upcharges. If you are feeling like some greasy goodness go for their onion rings with the ranch! They pride themselves on grass fed organic beef and fresh made to order food. Trust me, you can tell how fresh these burgers are. They do serve beer and wine here and I heard that they have some new summer brews coming in soon to try. Always delicious and fantastic, healthy ingredients. Why only 3 stars? Read on. -1 star for nincompoopiness. --- Their outgoing voicemail message says they open at 10:30am. However, they don't open until 11am. When I asked the woman who answered the phone why they don't change their outgoing message to correct for the *actual* hours they're open, she said this: "It's temporary, it's only for a month." I responded by asking her: "So, you're going to let the outgoing message give the wrong hours for an entire month and not correct it?" She said 'yes' because it was a hassle. What about the hassle for customers who have to sit around for 30 minutes, or just leave (like I did)? Her response: "Yeah, you're not the first person who's said that." Honestly, if this is Gen Z thinking, Gen Z is an a lot of trouble. -1 star for cashier NOT WEARING MASK. --- I like it very much that the staff directly behind her at the heating lamps station are wearing masks, but the cashier is literally just 1-2 foot in front of them and also handles your food. Delta variant is surging at the moment and it's supposedly more communicable. CDC recommends even vaccinated people wear masks, and *especially* indoors. This seems to be a fail as far as health and safety are concerned. I hope Burger Lounge can get their act together. I'll let you know if I end up with Covid after being given food handled by someone without a mask. read more

What happened to the food here?? I went back after a while today and this burger had nothing to do with what we used to have before... The shredded ice berg lettuce reminds me of a big mac and the taste and quality was nothing like what we used to get... Tasted cheaper and the meet was very fatty tasting...
