I have been consistently going here since I moved to Irvine around 8th grade/freshman year for 4-5 years now. In N Out in general has been consistent, reliable, fresh, and tasty everytime. Especially it's been fun hanging out with friends after school dances, or even when it's really packed during Friday football games in the fall. The food has been consistently really good no matter what. I love the secret menu as well, that's what makes In N Out amazing. I love the animal style specifically with the fries and the burger. Not to mention the banana peppers and pickles as well, really good. This place has a GOAT and his name is Vincent. God bless his soul because he's truly a saint!!! Everytime I go inside the restaurant, he's always so positive and cheerful when helping out customers and I feel like he truly loves his job. He's good also at helping new staff at the register whenever I'm there, he's very passionate. Hayleigh, sis, tonight was a struggle. Pulled up and you asked me how I was and when I responded and asked how you were you blank starred and said nothing back. Gave my order #139 to the truck in front of me. You then didn't call out a re cook even tho your co worker asked you to. He ended up having to call out the re cook as you ignored him as well. Handed me my food after and seemed annoyed that I asked for spread. Believe me I get it- I also was sitting there for 15 minutes waiting and not super delighted either. I know all these details cause the window was wide open and you didn't even acknowledge the mistake, the wait, or your attitude. Hoping today was just a bad day for you. It happens. But I like this one in particular because they seem to handle crowd control really well. Every In-N-Out I've been to is packed during peak hours. This location is no exception, but the wait here feels noticeably shorter. From placing my order to getting my food, everything moves a bit more quickly compared to other spots during busy times. Worst experience I have ever had at an in n out. The lady working the food window completely ruined my experience. It was at 8:45pm Saturday night 8/1. She didn't put anything I asked for in the bag(which was all the toppings) Had an attitude the entire time and acted put out to do her job. At least act like you care a little bit. This a great place to go to when you want a courteous happy smile, delicious fresh healthy food, at an excellent price! We had a wonderful grilled & raw onion burger, and it was mustard fried. I just learned that trick recently! The kids had milkshakes, my milkshake was half chocolate and half vanilla, and yes, it was delicious. It's been a while since I've been to In-N-Out and the foothill ranch location did not disappoint! The team is so friendly here! There were even some workers walking around to check in on guests seated at the tables. The dining area, condiment section, and soda station were all very clean and tidy. Food was delicious as always! We didn't have to wait too long either. One thing to note about this location would be the parking. There is plenty of parking available but you either have to park near the restaurant and risk getting blocked in by the drive thru line or you park across the plaza entryway which does not have a protected pedestrian crossing. Not a dealbreaker but this entrance/exit can get really busy and backed up during peak hours. read more

Man... this meal was good. They crisp the inside of the bun which gave it that soft crispy texture. Might have been done by accident but I love it!!! The normal burger is already good. But I'm requesting this next time to ensure the same experience. Staff here are friendly. One of them saw us walking up and opened the door for us. He is the most joyous, kind, warm, and friendly person I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with while going out to eat. I worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years and let me tell you, this guy is the absolute definition of top notch customer service. My wife and I have been in the area frequently evangelizing spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and we would sometimes stop by to do work for ministry while getting some lunch. Kinda over this store. Today was the 3rd time I didn't get pickles on my burger after ordering animal style. I also didnt get the chopped chilies I asked for either. I even specify pickles knowing it comes with animal style. The pickles are the best part, and its infuriating getting home to find no pickles. When I'm in the store ordering to-go, I dont appreciate not seeing the pickles (or chilies), saying so, and being offered a to-go cup of pickles and whole chilies on the side to dress my burger with pickles myself. We have always had friendly service from everyone here, they're very polite, and they consistently greet and thank you for your purchase. Inside is packed as usual. The dining area is well lit, clean, as well as the restrooms. We love ordering the double double with grilled onions. Or any version of the burger with grilled onions. I mean...the menu is pretty simple and there's a reason why people adore In-N-Out, and crave it when they're no longer living near one. Even a simple order shows how much pride he takes in his work. He needs to be on the steering committee of IN & OUT Corporation. Talk about the best of the best, just watch the sky in action. This guy is exceptional beyond measure. He reminded me of a janitor who cleaned so well, a general noticed--and that janitor ended up serving directly under the former leader of the country of Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek; all because he cared enough to be the best. I asked that highly decorated general to please give me the best story of his life. He advised me that he had never thought he'd even meet a general let alone be recommended to become a general from a janitor, but he became one of the highest decorated generals of the country directly under the leader.
