The only reason I go to this burger king is due to the convenience of it being en route for my commute. If I didn't pass by every day I would never come again. 9 out of 10 times they will get something in my order wrong. Service is pretty horrible as well. I think this place deserve a negative 1 star. It is beyond horrible. I stopped in at 7:30 in the morning hoping to get a quick bite for breakfast. I walked in and saw one person was supposed to be a worker there. But she ignored me and tried to put something away. 5 minutes passed. A car arrived at drive through. She tended to the drive through order first. I thought about walking out at that point, but tried not to be rude. After another 5 minutes, finally she paid attention to me. I saw the kitchen was not ready to be in business. So, I ordered something small, a breakfast burrito, Jr. $1.80. But when I finally got back to my car and ate what I bought. The burrito was half cold. It tasted funny, like a sour taste. I couldn't tell if it was spoiled or not. I really didn't want to take any chance. I ended up discarding the whole thing. I just considered myself bad luck to try this place. I drive by this restaurant every day on my way to work. Now it is only a building to me! read more

Kid working the drive through at 5:15 pm on Monday March 23rd 2020 had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He sat there silently waiting and then rudely said "you haven't ended your order." after we asked if we should pull up to the window. He then said one word to us when we pulled up, dropped the money we handed him on the ground, and shut the window. Kid needs to get a new attitude. Don't want to go to that location again. It's pretty embarrassing as a business when 95% of your reviews are about this same kid and he still works there and acts this way. OK, it is a Burger King so you really can't give them too great of a rating as you know what quality of food you can expect. We didn't go through the drive-thru as we walked inside. The dacor is your typical Burger King layout. It was clean and not very busy. Maybe the demand was for drive-thru. The service was very friendly and helpful and very important, they understood that you are the customer. They didn't treat me any special like I was the King of England or anything like that but they were respectful and treated me like how a business should treat their customers. Love the fact that they are old fashion, you get an empty cup and you dispense your desired drink so you can go back for a free refill if you dine in even though we took out. I am so tired of the skinny fries that everybody is offering these days so it is a real treat that Burger King still serves french fries of years past, they are your typical french fries we all grew up on. Other fast food restaurants need to value their customers and their staff like this Burger King. I just hope that there is enough business to keep their lights on. read more

Easily the WORST Burger King I've ever been to. In fact this is the only place that I've gone out of my way to fill out the survey on the receipts for, twice.... I've been going here for years but only twice in the past 6 months and it's gone so far down hill it's nuts. On one of my recent visits I was overcharged for a menu item and didn't notice until I checked the receipt at home, to add, somehow, although idk how I didn't notice, but they forgot my drink. My most recent visit left me completely pissed because they gave me someone else's order and I didn't notice until after I got home. On other occasions they have messed up on simple things like "no mayo" how hard is it to make a sandwich without mayo on it..... Most fast food locations can understand basic requests but the people at this location need some serious training, or hearing aids.... read more

This is a pretty standard Burger King. In fact, it's as middle of the road as you can get with BK restaurants. Employees here are all pretty friendly. I've no real complaints about them. The one thing I would recommend though is to order your food through drive-thru window, because at this location, drive-thru takes HEAVY precedent. The thing about having a drive-thru option at any place is that there needs to be some sort of balance, between the amount of time you focus on in-store orders and drive-thru orders. However, I've ordered before and waited after that for 6 or 7 drive-thru orders to be completed before they got me my food. I realize the whole point of drive-thru is that it's supposed to be quick, but ordering to dine-in shouldn't be that slow. Food: It tastes just the same as any Burger King out there. My favorites here are the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (the bigger version). The quality of the meat used in the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is only slightly higher than that of the chicken nuggets here. However, it has the most "kick" out of any of the other menu items here, and I enjoy it. It could do with slightly less mayo though, but other than that, it's decent. I've always been a bigger fan of the burgers here than at McDonald's; it always tastes more authentic here, despite the fact that "authentic" probably isn't a word you would associate with either franchise. The fries are good, especially when they've just been made. I've tried the ice cream and a couple of other desserts I can't quite remember the names of, and they were decent, but McDonald's makes better desserts. Decor/Cleanliness: There's a good amount of seating here, though it's almost never full (usually maybe 2 or 3 tables are occupied). It's very quiet here. It's fairly clean here, though it's one of those restaurants that never "feels" clean, even if it "is" clean; sort of like in a hospital operating room haha. Avoid the bathroom as well. The lighting is also fairly poor in this place, and combined with the color scheme on the inside, it feels even darker than it actually is. read more

This is my first yelp review ever and the reason why I felt the need to even leave a comment is because the manager of this BK is the rudest man I have ever come into contact with. He's an older man who is so short with you while taking your order, he makes you feel as if it's an inconvenience to him that you are giving him business. This place does not care about customer service. Food is typical fast food. If you use coupons, it's pretty cheap, actually. But don't expect them to do anything but take your money and give you your food. If someone is wrong with the order or a coupon doesn't work, they don't care. Whoever was at the drive-thru window this evening (6/11/19, 8:30ish) was literally the rudest person I've encountered in a long time, and I work in the entertainment industry so that's really saying something. I am having surgery tomorrow and didn't feel like cooking tonight so I went to the Waldwick BK drive-thru. I accidentally ordered something that is apparently no longer on the menu, and whoever was taking orders apparently thought that headset was a crown and I was met with a level of snark I've never encountered, AND I'M A GAY MAN. We all speak in snark 95% of the time. But I got "Yeah, why don't you order something *on* the menu?". "Oh, I'm sorry!" I said. When I ordered something else and said "Oh, actually could I make that a meal?" they again, with great disdain in their voice like I'd obviously interrupted them from a very important fountain soda, said, "yes, what you need to do is ask for it as a meal" like I'd just fallen off the damn turnip truck. And so I decided to leave, after calmly telling them I didn't appreciate their attitude. And some expletives. I don't know if this person was having a bad day or just miserable with their life choices, but I did not deserve to be talked to like that, and not that I frequented this place, but I won't be returning. read more

Just went to BK in Waldwick for breakfast (drive-thru). Haven't been in years . . . now I remember why . . . potatoes were lukewarm, biscuit as hard as a rock, and coffee filled to the top of the cup so no milk could be added. Went to take the survey on the receipt and the number for the code was barely legible, but when I did figure it out, they already had the allotted number of responses, so I couldn't even respond. Horrible experience last night at this Burger King. It was late so as not much else was open decided to grab some food to take home. The person at the drive through was very rude. When politely asked to have some BBQ sauce for my chicken fries and they had the nerve to say next time order the sauce when you order you meal and it will end up in your bag (which we all know often does not happen). A unnecessary rude comment. Then after getting home and going to take out the chicken fries out of the bag there was something unidentifiable and gross looking all over the box (not the BBQ sauce they were still completely sealed). Not the kind of thing you want to see on or near your food. The whole meal ended up just getting thrown out and since I was home there was no taking anything back. The skinny guy with glasses, that handles the drive through at night, is the absolute worst person I have ever had to deal with. Since he started working there I have severely cut back on going here. Something as simple as placing an order has become so incredibly difficult because of this guy's insane attitude, and condescending snarkiness that comes completely unexpected and is totally uncalled for. No matter how nice you are this guy talks to you like you're a piece of shit, with disdain in his voice. Seems like he hates his life and takes it out on the customers he deals with. Taking orders through a drive through isn't a difficult thing to do and the way this guy comes off makes me feel like he would do something to the food if unsupervised. How this guy is able to hold a job here while speaking to customers like they are beneath him is beyond me, seems like the managment here is incompetent. Good people who manage this one, The gentleman has been there for as long as i can remember, over 20 years now.

This particular Burger King, branch#1364, has to be one of the slowest Burger Kings I have ever been to. Might be one of the top 5 emptiest too. I had ordered 3 burgers and a side of fries and onion rings with my wife. We were the only ones there at the time with no one currently in the drive-through. 25 minutes go by with my wife and I standing at the counter having conversation. During this time, we had asked if they had remembered our order, and they said they had. One other customer had come in and ordered a meal, and while waiting conversed with the manager. They seemed to know each other on a friendly basis previously. Two drive though customers had come though, and they got their orders before us. After finally getting our order, the staff member packed it and dropped the fries in, and the fries split out of it's container spreading out into the bag with the burgers and the onion rings. The young staff member apologized, and since my wife and I were having pleasant conversation with each other the whole time, we really didn't mind. Once getting home in less than a 5 minute drive, we found the onion rings already room temperature. For supposedly fast food, it had to be one of the slowest experiences we had received. I give it a 2-star, "Meh. I've experienced better," rating. They will have other chances with me to raise their rating level since I'm a local yokel. read more
