3.5: I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches overall, though today's sandwiches felt a little underwhelming. I've been to this location a few times and today was by far the busiest, though customers cycled in and out. They have hot and cold sandwiches and the more basic ones come in three sizes (mini $8, regular $11 and giant $18). They have white, wheat, gluten free and rosemary parm, the latter two have an upcharge. I think their hot sandwiches are better than their cold ones, and while they're better than Subway, they can't beat a regular deli. Their subs aren't too photogenic either! There was a bit of a line today and it didn't move that quickly. But the staff was friendly and seemed to take it all in stride. And nothing went awry with the actual order. They also sell chips and chocolate chip cookies. Sign up for their rewards program to earn points toward items. Apparently double points on Tuesdays! There's a shared parking lot and a Walgreens and chase bank next door. read more

Mahwah location, Franklin Tpke location. Was okay, looked forward to it, but felt let down afterwards. Pay attention, the staff is not. At that price point, I have higher expectation. read more

They've gone downhill lately. Extremely stingy with their salami portions. This is a salami and cheese sandwich that I ordered in hopes to get more salami than what they put on their Italian. But nope, you get the same 1-3 slices even if the sandwich only contains salami. read more

(UberEats Order)Sandwich's were made to perfection! Thank you!

Always great subs. Staff is very friendly.Sometimes tables can be cleaner. One thing I was in the other day and the young man making sandwiches said rudely toppings in the middle I was taken a back then I sat and ate watched him rudely tell an older gentleman the same thing 3 times. I think there is a way you speak to customers. Some constructive feedback. read more

I'm conflicted about this spot. While the taste is good, the presentation is not. I work close to this spot and many of my coworkers go here for lunch. The toppings are commonly falling out of the sandwich or were just thrown into the wrapper and not ACTUALLY put on the sandwich. See my tuna sub for example...it was SOAKED because some tuna was thrown on the side of the sandwich and the bread became soggy when it was all wrapped together. I love the taste, but they'll need to do better when putting it all together. read more

Jersey Mikes is open for business. I went shopping with my wife and luckily there was a Jersey Mike's on the way home in Ramsey. You always know what your going to get with Jersey Mike's, always fresh made to order. You can get a cold or hot sub, however you want it, your choice of toppings. I like to get some banana peppers. Usually when somebody picks up for me, they bring me some plain chips, but I was able to confirm today that they do have Doritos and some more chip flavors. They also have fountain drinks or bottles. I was happy to see that they had Pure Leaf tea since I don't like soda. The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Everybody had on their face masks and there were lines on the floor for social distancing. You can lace the order for pickup, online or just go on in, but make sure to remember your mask. read more

Whether I order hot or cold sandwiches, I am never disappointed! Always excellent customer service, and always made fresh! Keep up the amazing service and smiles, guys and girls. This location is definitely A-Ok. The sandwiches come out pretty good. I've never been upset by the quality of the sandwiches here. Most of the workers seem like they're high school or early college age. I went in 30 mins before closing one day and they seemed annoyed. I've worked in retail so I completely understand wanting to clean up and leave by the time it's closing... but I also know you can't make it so obviously to customers. I think one of the workers even said they put stuff away cause they were closing soon. Again I understand his perspective but you really can't be annoyed at people coming in when your supposed to open, it can make customers feel uncomfortable and make you lose business. read more

Very fresh, nice staff and fast service! Great grab and go for lunch! Definitely worth it

Very clean location, quick service, and the subs are fairly priced. Definitely a step above other sub chains, the ingredients are always fresh and overall very filling. The #7 Turkey and Provolone is my go to but the hot subs are also delicious. You can order through their online portal if you don't want to order in-house which is helpful. read more

Came here on Super Bowl night since my boyfriend and I wanted something easy to eat for dinner. I've never had a Jersey Mike's sub before. We got a giant turkey and cheese sub, and it did not disappoint. Great serving size and great flavor. Tastes fresh unlike Subway, and they cut the meat and cheese in front of you. If you go, request the Jersey Mike's way - tomato, lettuce, onion, and their special dressing....Who knew that be olive oil and red wine vinegar could make a sandwich taste so good? Will definitely be back !! read more

Wanted to quickly update my review because today, which happens to be my birthday, I got a free regular sub and a drink! If you enroll online you get this coupon on your birthday every year. You're allowed to pick any sub, your choice and any fountain soda. I think that's pretty awesome/generous of Jersey Mikes. The coupon is only valid on the day of your birthday, FYI. I switched it up today and for the first time tried their chipotle cheese steak. It was really good and I would definitely order it again. Jersey Mike's you continue to impress me and I will continue to be a loyal customer. read more

Long line so long wait but we did go at 1pm on a Friday. Ordered a #43 and #15 and besides the 10 minute wait to order it took 15 minutes to get our sandwiches. They didn't give us our cookies so I had to go back up and ask for them. The kid didn't believe me so he had to check my receipt twice. The sandwiches were hot and delicious or this would've been a 2* review. read more

Always very little meat on sandwiches at this location. Sandwiches at this location are awful.

Don't come here after 830 in the PM or you'll get the tude and the mumbles under her breath from the girl with red frizzy curly hair

The Ramsey, NJ location has really gone downhill in the past several months. Today was the second consecutive time I placed an online order for a sub and upon arriving to pick it up they told me they couldn't find the order. I've been coming to this location for years but I think I'll start frequenting the local sandwich shops in town from now on. read more

Guys making the subs were great! Made my order very fast and even helped get my toppings in cups! Sadly they do not honor coupons even if they are coupons only for this location. The guys apologized and said that corporate messed up and there was nothing he could do. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this review so this location can get some help! read more

Delicious subs...cannot argue that. Price is a bit high for my liking but it most certainly is a good sub. Good menu, you are in good hands!

Holy Cluster F_[k! Took 40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Children running the show. Kid at the register doesn't even know what he's charging. Go somewhere else if you want a FAST sandwich! read more

I always loved this Jersey Mike's location. Polite, consistent and although it can get quite busy during lunch time they are able to move the line out quickly! Faster than other Jersey Mike's I have been to! read more

Tried Jersey mikes for the second and last time, got two "regular" subs, 1 turkey and 1 "the Italian" in both cases the bread was very stale, which really ruined the whole thing. The bill for 2 subs was 20.00 which seems totally ridiculous. We were really disappointed and will never return. Waste of money! Keith read more

I was very unsatisfied. I placed an order online and was given a time. 40 minutes later they finally got to my order. I get they have to help the people who walk in. They have a whole second station I have yet to see used since they open. They should be using that station for online orders. Have a set person to work all online orders and rest work with walk in orders. Worse a person walked in after me for online order and hers was not even started yet. I love jersey mikes but this store needs to improve on getting orders from online done in a timely matter. The amount of time I waited I could have ordered my food and been gone. read more

I love me some Jersey Mike's Subs! So much that my boyfriend make it a point to stop in here at a minimum of once a week to get our fix! This location is always clean and the staff are quick and friendly. I love their bread and how the meat is sliced fresh in front of you and made just the way you like it. I tend to always get the same thing ( turkey, american cheese, bacon and mikes way minus the tomatoes ) I have never had a bad experience here. I hear the cheese steaks are pretty awesome here too with options of a chicken cheese steak. That's something that I will have to give a try in the future. Like I said before.... I love me some Jersey Mike's ! read more

Came here for lunch.... SO GLAD I DID. The line was a bit long and the pace of the staff didn't match my urgency but it was good. I got the club sub and it was great. They have cookies on the counter and I usually don't fall for that stuff but i'm so glad i did it was the perfect sweet to finish the vinegar and salt of the sandwich. Always great service and good food. The 42 is the best sandwich on the menu. I highly recommend it.

Overall decent Subs & Cheesesteaks. Love the "Mike way" and the Spicy Relish. In my opinion, you need to ask for double meat for the sub to compare to some of the other good deli's. Bread is always fresh and soft. Again, decent lunch spot. read more

Shout out to the staff here, big time! I came in behind a family of 6 with 4 kids between the age of 3-10. They were scatterbrained and all over the place on what they wanted to order and what the kids did or didn't want on their sandwiches. I thought I was in for quite the wait, but the staff proved me wrong. Thanks to the staff, (no help or credit to the parents here) the kids figured out what they wanted and they made the sandwiches and it was my turn to order before I knew it. Any other place and that would have been a 15 minute wait and I probably would have wound up leaving. Sandwiches were delicious and I'm happy to give them my business over other chains in the area. read more

If you check my reviews, you'll know that I tend to write reviews when the experience is extraordinarily good or bad. At Jersey Mikes in Ramsey, the food is really great for a fast food chain, but seriously the service is top notch. The employees really know what they are doing. They work as a team and are super friendly. Each time I stop by to pick up lunch, I'm amazed at how well run the place is. My favorite is the Big Kahuna. If you like jalapenos, you have to try it. I only wish they would deliver during lunch. read more

Overcharged, wrong order, not worth the hype. Make your own sandwich and it'll be 100000x better then anything that comes out of here. Or even better go to CARS in Ramsey then may take a little longer but at least they'll actually give you what you order and won't charge you for other peoples food. read more

This is almost as good as it gets for a chain sub shop. The bread is 80% of a deli quality in terms of texture and flavor. The meats tasty and fresh. I would definitely go in a pinch. This is definitely a decent 3.5 star for your tummy. But of course, I also now understand why I could never find this in New Jersey. There is a deli almost every block. If only half of them serve good sandwiches, it's still easier to get to one of those and get 100% of the quality. But if the choice comes down to subway and Jersey Mike's, there is just no comparison. Subway really is just mushy cardboard in the shape of a sub. read more
