These sandwiches are off the chain. I love this place. I had to be nearby for a warranty repair on a tool (On Hand Supply) and came here afterward and we have missed these sandwiches ever since. We were hyped to go back after the repair was complete but the manufacturer sent a new tool instead and now I don't have other excuses to go here. Over 30 sandwiches with meatballs, which is wild. The hottest choice on the menu is legitimately very spicy, and I like spicy foods. They give you fair warning. Even the cheese on that sandwich is a ghost pepper cheese. I ordered a straightforward meatball Parmesan, and I found the meatballs to be very dry, there was not enough sauce on the sandwich, and I found the meatballs to be on the tough side. B-Balls Meatballs is the perfect meatball spot for a quick and tastey meal. We were greeted by the owner, Lance, who explained the menu to us and offered great suggestions. Luckily I brought my husband and we picked two subs, so we could each have half. If you make the sandwiches schweaty, it adds extra ricotta and everything melt in your mouth. The sandwich bread has the perfect crisp to it and you can hear the crunch in every bite. We had a regular meatball sub(and one that was meatball and sausage (both were schweaty) . It was nice that they had tables to sit at and it had come right out of the oven. I had to meet someone in Suffern and looked at google maps to see what was around. B-Balls Meatballs stuck out and I just knew this was my kind of place. Ordered 3 meatball sandwiches which were all amazing. I like that you can actually eat the sub without having to use a knife and fork like usual meatball subs. You may look at the menu and wonder if they are crazy but everything I had was sooo good. I even ordered a sub special when I got there because it sounded good and it was. Staff was super friendly and the food was ready on time and fast when i ordered in the restaurant. Parking is on street and because it's not a main drag it's super easy to find parking. We take-out from here a few times per month and I have to say, B-Balls is consistently excellent every time! My favorite hero is their Disco-Balls. Delicious, fresh tasting meatballs served on a a crusty hero roll with piping hot brown gravy, fried onion rings, and mozzarella cheese. A few days ago, I went there and had 2 plain slices in person. Gotta say, the pizza was a perfect 10. Slightly sweet tasting sauce, quality not greasy cheese and the crust is super thin and flavorfull. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality, mom/pop made food. read more

This was my first visit to B-Balls Meatballs. This is not a spot that you are likely to happen upon. Luckily, it was marked and sounded interesting on Google Maps. It was a Thursday at 3:45pm. I ordered the Mystery Balls Sandwich which turned out to be ziti which I feel comfortable disclosing on the last day of the month. I enjoyed my meal while watching General Hospital and local news on ABC on Verizon which I know because connection was lost for a few seconds. I experienced great service and tasty balls. read more

We came across this place after missing the exit for our favorite pizza joint between NYC and Boston. It's a bit off the beaten path for that journey, but definitely worth it. I'll keep it short and sweet - the staff is amazingly welcoming, the meatballs are tender and flavorful, the bread is homemade, and the locally made cheesecake is some of the best I've ever had. I got the disco balls, think disco fries with balls instead of fries. They gravy was very good, flavorful, and reminded me of diner gravy. The meatballs were tender and not overcooked. The bread that it was served on was a nice roll with a lot of sesame seeds. I wish the sandwich had more cheese and more onion rings, it was lacking of both. I discovered this place when my hunger forced me off the highway. Love the big windows and lots of light in this small business. The owner looked and sounded like he was the winner of a NY deli owner contest - accent, attitude and gold chain. He made it clear that everything was available and delicious but if I wanted breakfast I should try the "B-BOMB". This monster breakfast sandwich had fresh Italian bread brought in from the Bronx every day. It was loaded with bacon and egg and cheese and sausage and potatoes...and....and...and...it was LOADED! Huge delicious sandwich. I told myself I would save 1/2 for later. I saved 1/4 but even that nub didn't make it 50 miles up the road. Mmmmm. I wish it had more cheese but that is just my preference. As for the pizza, it was equally delicious. The crust was nice and crispy and it held up the toppings very well. My husband and I have ordered from here twice so far. The first time, I had the blue balls, which was fantastic. The meatballs are seasoned well and the sandwich was delicious. Recently I wasn't feeling well and wanted something comforting so I tried the meatballs in tomato soup in a bread bowl. It was packed with meatballs and the soup was good, and the entire thing was covered in melted cheese. I wanted to hop inside the bread bowl! I can't wait to order that on a cold winter day.
