Eggplant parm on a roll
Mel Y.

Around since 1978, this deli seems to do well, offering the usual Italian desserts, sandwiches and heroes, burgers and other deli items as well as breakfast sandwiches, snacks, pasta. We liked both the eggplant and chicken parm on rolls but small portions for the price. There's a good amount of seating for a deli.

What a fabulous reasonably priced birthday cake! This beauty was a foot high and filled with luscious cannoli cream. Highly recommend.

This is NOT A DELI STYLE SANDWICH. I've been so disappointed atleast the last 4 times I've gotten a sandwich from there!

Ok I think I'm DONE with Lettios Deli in Ramsey for good. I have been going there for atleast 15 years and the last few years the sandwiches have gone to crap. They used to thinly slice the meats and pile it high, now I get 2 slices of the thickest cut ham folded over! Horrible! This is NOT A DELI STYLE SANDWICH. I've been so disappointed atleast the last 4 times I've gotten a sandwich from there!

Gluten/Dairy Free Birthday Cake

Food, service, ambiance.....all fantastic. The only place to get a GlutenFree/DairyFree Birthday cake for that special occasion. Chef Tony Lotito's is the premiere caterer.

American and roma

Classic Italian deli - the store was bigger than I was expecting. We ordered a couple of heros ahead of time and I also ended up browsing the shop and buying 2 kinds of stuffed ravioli and homemade cavatelli in the freezer section. They also have a lot of choices for hot food, imported dry pasta and desserts. The sandwiches were very good - we had the American with American cheese and the Roma with added prosciutto di Parma. I have yet to try the frozen pastas - will update my review when I make them. I bought crab ravioli and mushroom and vidalia onion. Lots of flavors I couldn't just choose one!

Morano's Gourmet Market - Their salads are always delicious

Being that I was attending a pool party today I offered to pick up sandwiches for lunch for a group of 9 and called in an order for 2 hours later. Sadly 3 of the sandwiches arrived on ciabatta bread instead of focaccia, which was quite disappointing as the only reason the sandwiches were picked were specifically to get the focaccia. And, one of the sandwiches we asked for no sauce as it was spicy and she can't eat spicy, and it arrived with sauce, smothered all over. I understand everyone has an off day but almost half our orders were wrong. If they had run out of focaccia for example, I wish they would just have called us so we could have adjusted our order. Not even sure if that's the case or if they were just rushing in the kitchen and just threw everything on ciabatta but either way today was not a good day for Morano's.

I placed a small order (just two appetizer items) at Morano's two days before Thanksgiving. When I…read morearrived at 11 a.m. the day before the holiday to pick it up, I was surprised--and disappointed--to learn that they couldn't find my order at all. Janice, the owner, mentioned that this "sometimes happens with last-minute orders" and said she would look into it and call me back. There was no apology, just an implication that the issue was due to my timing. I never received a call. I ended up having to adjust my menu at the last minute, which was stressful, and the lack of follow-up from a place like Morano's felt unprofessional. I had hoped that once the Thanksgiving rush calmed down, someone might reach out with an explanation or apology, but that never happened. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Get my pizza at 7:15 ask if it's well done they said too busy can't leave it in an extra minute. So I take my undercooked pizza home. The bottom box the pizza has a home in it. You don't think they saw the home when they were slicing it. Seriously guys I show up every week and this is what I get. I tried to be understanding that the pizza couldn't be well done but it's really undercooked. And to give any customer a pizza with a hole in it is shameful. You know you saw the home when you were slicing it. Why would you give it to a customer. And it was cold. Definitively not the pizzas they were pulling from the oven. This had been sitting around. I waited over hour after placing the order to leave for the store. Then another 40 minutes in the store and this is what they served me. So disappointed in you guys. This is really bad service. Really BAD and way undercooked pizza.

Walk into the store and all that can be said is "it's a lot": colorful and filled with decorations and products. The bakery, prepared foods and produce areas in particular have a good selection of items. The hot bar was a bit sparse on a Saturday afternoon but I have enjoyed their eggplant parm, meatballs and salad. I do also like the idea of their selection of homemade pasta. Their bakery has a lot of things from muffins to pies and cakes; I'm personally not the biggest fan of dry cookies and cannoli type items but they are busy for sure. They also have regular grocery store items but usually not great deals. I see this not as a regular shopping experiment but as an "every once in awhile if I want something they have" type thing. I also dread coming here because of the parking lot; a contributing factor is that when I do think of coming it's at a busy time and the lot is right off of 17N. It's next to a 24 hour fitness and Houlihans and Chik-fil-a.
