I did favor the crunchy shell though I could see how it might not be for everyone. The bagel was also way too hot when the cream cheese was applied and as a result, the spread was rather liquid-like and difficult and messy to eat. There were tons of friendly employees eager to take your order, the bathrooms were freshly painted, and parking was not an issue.
