Panera is an easy option when I've been in a frantic rush for a quick meal during the work week. They have great hours as they open before I get to work and after. I've ordered breakfast on my way into the office and a quick salad for lunch some days. Their pricing has definitely gone up, as has everyone with inflation. Portions remain the same but if you want extra dressing in a salad always check! Same with if you ask for utensils or something from the bakery, the times I haven't checked my order on site something is almost always missing. Also people have gotten extremely lazy with walking to Panera and I've seen people park out front in the fire zone, handicap spots, and pickup only just because they don't want to walk and it makes the entire trip chaotic. Inside is usually clean and staff are very polite and helpful. read more

It's your generic panera bread but cleaner. The staff was kind. They saw me struggle with my order and offered to help but I kindly refused- cause I can do it and I did. We ordered the Madagascar coffee and customize to one less pump and it was still helluva sweet. My mom ordered the green smoothie and a Southwest salad. We opted to eat our meal outside which is nice! You get a view of the mountains . Their dining tables and chairs are sturdy.. Make sure to stir your flavored drinks otherwise all the sweetness stays in the bottom- happens to me all the time. The Southwest salad was not up to par. Most of the avocado slices weren't ripe and you couldn't bite through them. What a waste of $$. Mom enjoyed her drink , she gulped that down. I came here for a deal lol. But since you're in the plaza there are other things to do. Like, go to Aldi's and buy a ripe avocado for your salad... read more

Located in Ramsey Square, this store sits in a competitive location with several restaurants in the same shopping center. Even so, Panera finds itself getting many customers during the day. The dining room is clean and expansive, making it a great dining place. Often, people will use the space for studying and getting work done. It's often pretty quiet. It's usually a quiet atmosphere. The food has always been cooked and served well. The bread always tastes fresh and the fruit never disappoints. The main dishes always hit the spot as well. I'm confident that the ingredients are fresh at all times. The online pickup/delivery section is managed well. The orders are usually ready on time and packaged properly. All the staff members here are nice and are happy to assist customers. If you are looking for a good Panera, or calm place to work/study, this is the spot for you. Great food, ambiance, and staff. Everything you want out of a Panera is here. read more

The food is always delicious and fresh. But, why did you do away with my favorite sweet. BEAR CLAWS? You need to bring them back.

food was good, good service. everything was on point. I always come here after work when I don't cook. The best

I'm really grateful to have a Panera close by. This place is always crazy busy, but it's by shopping, and a lot of businesses, so you kind of have to accept that as it is - it's going to be busy. The food is great, and every time I've been here lately they've been handing out free samples (smart move), it was so good we ended up getting a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. I will tell you this, the staff here work incredibly hard. In my 40 minute visit, I watched a bunch of people rudely leave their empty plates on the table, drop stuff on the floor, etc....it's kind of embarrassing that people can be so sloppy. The staff were on top of it but honestly the clientele here are a little less than patient. read more

Fine Panera. Plenty of parking in the lot out front like most paneras. Sometimes the run out of ingredients later in the day which can be annoying. Tried to do curbside pickup today because I was a nasty sweaty mess after a summer run but they never came out after about 15 mins I just dragged my nasty self inside the restaurant to grab my food that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time getting cold ‍ read more

This Panera Bread is disgusting! Me and my brother tried them three times and the food was either made incorrectly or made with rotten ingredients! Immediately, I could smell that the milk used was sour and my avocado chicken sandwich was made with rotten avocado pieces! Never again will I go there God willing. read more

Way way way overpriced for what you get!! I used to eat at Panera all the time and it just seems that their prices go up and portions get smaller and smaller. Stopped by for a quick snack, got the small bowl of Mac n Cheese and was shocked when my order was brought out. Sure it tasted amazing but did absolutely nothing to satisfy my slight hunger. I don't even think my 3 year old niece would be filled up. The place itself is nice, bigger than most Panera's I've been too. On this particular evening it was slow yet I had to wait over 10 minutes for my ridiculously small snack Again, Panera has gotten way overpriced and sorry to say but I probably will not be coming back anytime soon!! read more

It had been a while since I visited this location and my experience in the past had always been good. I went on a Tuesday evening around 5:30 p.m. and noticed the parking lot was pretty empty. I went in only to buy some french baguettes and noticed that the bread basket where they normally are found was empty - bad sign. I waited on line to be helped and while looking around noticed that dishes, utensils, etc. were stacked up high by the nearest garbage can which I never saw before at this location ever - another bad sign. I also saw that they had absolutely no bread left available for purchase except two loaves of tomato basil bread. When I asked the counter person if he had any french baguettes left he simply looked at the bread basket and said "Nope". I asked if he had any in the back and he said "Nope" and I said ok and walked out. Will I be going to this location any time in the near future? Nope. read more

I really try not to write negative reviews, so I will start with saying the food always tastes good and service is polite and helpful, but this is the 2nd time we've ordered sandwiches to find them skimpy or should I say more like bread with a topping LOL .... again the food tastes good, but it's not inexpensive,.. if you're going to offer a steak sandwich, try to honor the spirit of it by providing more than two thin anemic slices of meat.. read more

I've had delivery from this place during Covid. Food comes fast. Very good. Fresh. Hot. Never a problem

Menu: why aren't there descriptions of their choices? The descriptions of their sandwiches are so vague, I always find myself asking a million questions when ordering.....is there tomato on it? is there mayo? what kind of cold cuts come on this? A girl likes to know what she's getting....cough up the details Panera. Food: I'm a big fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, probably the only reason I will ever go out of my way for Panera. The rest of the their food is alright and nothing more. I ordered a cookie once at this particular location and it was as hard as a rock....wont make that mistake again. The Staff: very friendly. The lady today even came around taking peoples dirty trays when they were done eating....which I thought was really nice because it is meant to be a self clean type of set up. Side note: today I ordered the Italian combo sandwich which came with one of those green spicy peppers (blanking on the correct name of them). I loved this because it gave the sandwich an extra flavor, which it was in need of. Anyway, I went to take my last bite and realized I had a huge stem in my mouth. Why didn't they cut the stem before serving it inside a sandwich? Pretty sure that's a choking hazard. read more

Average Panera. Usually go for the you pick two, soup and sandwich. Got the french onion soup. It was a bit salty, and it was served warm, not boiling hot the way I like. The cheese wasn't even melted. Got the grilled cheese too. Good bread, good cheese, decent melting, but not enough butter. read more

This is one of the best Panera's around. I spend around 50$ a week on Panera between 3 locations. I recommend this location out of all the ones in Bergen county. read more

I'll pop in for from lunch time to time. Soups, sandwiches and their mac and cheese are pretty good. The price of food doesn't match the quality. There is ample parking as it located in a strip mall right off a local highway which makes it a convenient location to meet a friend and it's never super packed compared to other locations in Paramus or Woodcliff Lake. I popped in this morning for breakfast and I was pretty impressed by the menu. A good selection bagels, fruit and egg dishes. I've never had breakfast here before but really enjoyed an egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche roll. It also wasn't too busy at this time which will make it a nice place to stop on my way out in the morning without losing too much time. read more

I've been a regular at this location for at least 8 years if not longer and love Panera as a healthy fast food option so have been to many locations. However I love this particular location because of the ample seating, clean tables, the consistently amazing customer service, and on-site management overall. My main reason for going as often as I do is to work there but I'm always tempted by the food and surprisingly not sick of it after all these years. I've tried a wide range but my personal favorites are their mediterranean grain bowls with chicken, their turkey blt avocado sandwich, their vegetable and chicken noodle soups, and the Greek Goddess or mediterranean salad. I would stick with the deli for bagels but they have some tasty options like cinnamon crunch. Our favorite desserts are the smoothies, chocolate chip cookies, and all the muffins. I love when they come out with seasonal stuff like frozen strawberry lemonade.Probably the only issue Ive had is occasional mistakes with the side options but its not a big deal esp when they get busy during lunch hours. And the coffee is much better than other fast food alternatives. If you need to go to a panera location, i highly recommend this one because I've found the service to be pretty good over the years even during this tough hiring time. read more

This location is slightly out of the way for us, but their customer service is unparalleled to other locations. It's less packed during peak hours unlike the Tice's corner location, and parking is ample. We don't come here often, only during sick days so we order soups and chai tea lattes. If and when they mess up an order, they are quick to fix it and usually throw some free stuff in as well. The staff is very pleasant and seems well organized behind the counter. read more

This Panera Bread chain was one of my favorite place for comfy food. I had ordered curbside pickup many times last year during the peaks of the pandemic. But this year something had changed.. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered had only 1 slice of cheese, and the top slice of the bread is almost like half of what it should be. So the content of the sandwich is all exposed. For the Chipotle Chicken sandwich that I ordered for my husband, there were very little chicken pieces. He said it still taste good, but It's definitely not like the way they used to be. I am very disappointed about the changes. read more

Sandwich looked crazy. Paid for extra bacon, got 1 strip, tomatoes look old, bread is soggy, asked for light mayo, literally like a gallon of mayo. Super disappointed & annoyed cause it was a grab and go. So I was already home. If I could put zero stars I would. And to make matters worse, there was a hair at the bottom of my daughter's soup. Needless to say she was mad as hell after already eating it. read more
