Panera is an easy option when I've been in a frantic rush for a quick meal during the work week. They have great hours as they open before I get to work and after. I've ordered breakfast on my way into the office and a quick salad for lunch some days. Their pricing has definitely gone up, as has everyone with inflation. Portions remain the same but if you want extra dressing in a salad always check! Same with if you ask for utensils or something from the bakery, the times I haven't checked my order on site something is almost always missing. Also people have gotten extremely lazy with walking to Panera and I've seen people park out front in the fire zone, handicap spots, and pickup only just because they don't want to walk and it makes the entire trip chaotic. We ordered the Madagascar coffee and customize to one less pump and it was still helluva sweet. My mom ordered the green smoothie and a Southwest salad. We opted to eat our meal outside which is nice! You get a view of the mountains . Their dining tables and chairs are sturdy.. Located in Ramsey Square, this store sits in a competitive location with several restaurants in the same shopping center. Even so, Panera finds itself getting many customers during the day. The dining room is clean and expansive, making it a great dining place. Often, people will use the space for studying and getting work done. It's often pretty quiet. It's usually a quiet atmosphere. The food has always been cooked and served well. The bread always tastes fresh and the fruit never disappoints. The main dishes always hit the spot as well. I'm confident that the ingredients are fresh at all times. The online pickup/delivery section is managed well. The orders are usually ready on time and packaged properly. I'm really grateful to have a Panera close by. This place is always crazy busy, but it's by shopping, and a lot of businesses, so you kind of have to accept that as it is - it's going to be busy. The food is great, and every time I've been here lately they've been handing out free samples (smart move), it was so good we ended up getting a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. I will tell you this, the staff here work incredibly hard. In my 40 minute visit, I watched a bunch of people rudely leave their empty plates on the table, drop stuff on the floor, etc....it's kind of embarrassing that people can be so sloppy. It had been a while since I visited this location and my experience in the past had always been good. I went on a Tuesday evening around 5:30 p.m. and noticed the parking lot was pretty empty. I went in only to buy some french baguettes and noticed that the bread basket where they normally are found was empty - bad sign. I waited on line to be helped and while looking around noticed that dishes, utensils, etc. were stacked up high by the nearest garbage can which I never saw before at this location ever - another bad sign. I also saw that they had absolutely no bread left available for purchase except two loaves of tomato basil bread. When I asked the counter person if he had any french baguettes left he simply looked at the bread basket and said "Nope". I asked if he had any in the back and he said "Nope" and I said ok and walked out. Will I be going to this location any time in the near future? Nope. read more

I've been a regular at this location for at least 8 years if not longer and love Panera as a healthy fast food option so have been to many locations. However I love this particular location because of the ample seating, clean tables, the consistently amazing customer service, and on-site management overall. My main reason for going as often as I do is to work there but I'm always tempted by the food and surprisingly not sick of it after all these years. I've tried a wide range but my personal favorites are their mediterranean grain bowls with chicken, their turkey blt avocado sandwich, their vegetable and chicken noodle soups, and the Greek Goddess or mediterranean salad. I would stick with the deli for bagels but they have some tasty options like cinnamon crunch. Our favorite desserts are the smoothies, chocolate chip cookies, and all the muffins. I love when they come out with seasonal stuff like frozen strawberry lemonade.Probably the only issue Ive had is occasional mistakes with the side options but its not a big deal esp when they get busy during lunch hours. And the coffee is much better than other fast food alternatives. If you need to go to a panera location, i highly recommend this one because I've found the service to be pretty good over the years even during this tough hiring time. read more

The descriptions of their sandwiches are so vague, I always find myself asking a million questions when ordering.....is there tomato on it? is there mayo? what kind of cold cuts come on this? I'll pop in for from lunch time to time. Soups, sandwiches and their mac and cheese are pretty good. The price of food doesn't match the quality. There is ample parking as it located in a strip mall right off a local highway which makes it a convenient location to meet a friend and it's never super packed compared to other locations in Paramus or Woodcliff Lake. I popped in this morning for breakfast and I was pretty impressed by the menu. A good selection bagels, fruit and egg dishes. I've never had breakfast here before but really enjoyed an egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche roll. It also wasn't too busy at this time which will make it a nice place to stop on my way out in the morning without losing too much time. read more

It's less packed during peak hours unlike the Tice's corner location, and parking is ample. We don't come here often, only during sick days so we order soups and chai tea lattes. This Panera Bread chain was one of my favorite place for comfy food. I had ordered curbside pickup many times last year during the peaks of the pandemic. But this year something had changed.. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered had only 1 slice of cheese, and the top slice of the bread is almost like half of what it should be. So the content of the sandwich is all exposed. For the Chipotle Chicken sandwich that I ordered for my husband, there were very little chicken pieces. He said it still taste good, but It's definitely not like the way they used to be.
