I recently placed a mobile drive-thru order at your McDonald's location. I had also added a Rewards item that I wanted to redeem. When I arrived at the window, the staff seemed confused and acted as if they didn't know why I was there. Even though I provided all the details and they could clearly see my order in their system, it took them a long time to locate and prepare it, despite the order being small. After I finally received my order, I showed them my QR code for the Rewards item I had ordered through the app. However, one of the employees -- a slightly heavyset woman of Hispanic appearance -- told me that I couldn't place more than one order and that they wouldn't serve me. I politely asked to speak with the manager, but she said she was the manager. When I asked for her name, she refused and said, "I don't have to tell you my name, just drive away." Instead of resolving the issue or honoring my Rewards order, they ignored me and started taking other customers' orders at the next window. I was treated very disrespectfully and left without receiving proper service. Please look into this incident -- I would appreciate it if you could review what happened and take appropriate action. read more

The service is so terrible! Not only do they treat you terribly, they are so slow. They will constantly tell you there credit card machine is broken and then when you don't have cash they will give you a problem with picking up an online order. It is the same story everytime. It's McDonald's and pictures are unnecessary. This one is on Route 17 North in Ramsey, NJ (#11679). The time was 9:23pm and the cost of the order was $31.83. Yes, I was ordering for a lot of people. And yes, it has happened again! They forgot part of my order, a six piece chicken nuggets. A simple thing but McDonald's all over the US keeps doing this. WOW, this McDonald's is far from the McDonald's you were used to in the 80s and 90s. Growing up, I used to think cars would be able to fly by now. This location brings some of that futuristic wonder to life! You walk in and gone is that old, dingy looking brown tile they used to use. The place actually looks clean. Go ahead, place your order & pay the futuristic way all in one place on one of four kiosks. Not a fan of change, you can still place your order & pay at the counter with a live person. Either way, if you are dining in, you will get a plastic number tent to display on your table so your food can be brought to you when ready. The food is the same as all other McDonald's locations, so I guess you could call that consistent. The only thing I encountered to merit a less than perfect score was forgotten items on my order as well as at least two other customers' dine-in orders while I was there. read more

This Mickey D's was conveniently on the way off Route 17 so I pulled in to take care of business. The place itself seemed clean, as was the bathroom. Typical McD's look, decor, and menu. this mcdonalds is in a great location right off of RT17. I usually stop here or at the dunkin donuts on 17 on my way home from newark airport when i have extremely late flights or red eyes. As far as mcdonalds go they have everything all the others have burgers fries and chicken. I went here last week and the burger i had came out hot the snack wrap was room temp not warm at all but that dosent bother me. If you are on RT17 and feel like MCD. this MCD is in a great location to stop at or if you are traveling upstate its quick and easy to grab a bite to eat. Whenever I come here there are always out of ice cream. I understood in the summer when it was hot, but now in the winter when it's cold, they still oddly do not. And if you go after 11pm, their credit card machine mysteriously doesn't work and will only take cash, I've had this happen four times to the point where I no longer bother to go there. I call this place a scam and should be shut down. There is another McDonalds up the road that has much better customer service, working machines and actually has food, go there instead of going to this one. Went here last Tuesday and order from the self serving kiosk. I ordered for 2 honey mustard sauces, 2 ranch and 2 Buffalo with my big order. When I received my food, the girl only gave me 1 of each sauce. When I simply asked if I could just have the other sauces like I ordered she rolled her eyes at me and said "I'm not dealing with this" and another woman came up to me and started to raise her voice and yell at me saying "no you are not getting the extra sauce you no pay" when I proceeded to show her my receipt of my order stating that I did in fact order 2 of each she kept yelling at me saying "no we no give you, you have to pay if you want extra" so in return I said ok fine I will pay and that's when she kept yelling at me saying "no not giving it to you" and I said " I will pay for the extra even though it was suppose to be included in my order." In return she charged me an extra $.80 for something that was originally supposed to be in my order the first time around. When she gave me the sauces she threw them at me on the counter and when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and ripped it and shoved it at me. Funny enough, I had my boyfriend go in a few days later and order the EXACT same thing and they gave him the extra sauce with no charge or without any problem. When I read these comments about other women having the same attitude and disrespect issues, it seems as if this is a reoccurring problem here and should be addressed. It has more to do with how the employees treated a simple situation and automatically handled it with pure attitude and disrespect. Every customer, girl or guy should be treated equally with respect. I ordered an m&m McFlurry from this McDonald's tonight and dare I say it was delectable. I can't even put together enough kind words to describe the absolute masterpiece this ice cream was. Not only was it filled to the top, but you could not even see the vanilla ice cream on top because the entire thing was filled with m&ms. The whole top, every bite, and the best part, the pile of extra she put at the bottom on my ice cream. I don't know who made this, but I truly feel like she deserves a raise and probably the entire staff tonight just for being in the presence of this godly McFlurry. Please take my word and order a vanilla McFlurry with extra m&ms because right before this I was having a slight breakdown but this ice cream literally wiped every tear off my face and if I could I would give the lady who made this a big fat kiss on the mouth. Did not add any condiments when specifically asked for. Did not place in utensils at all either. I do not recommend this location as it is a disgrace for all McDonald locations. There is a fully functional Wendy's down the road that would be much more recommended. I eat at a McDonalds regularly but would never recommend this location to even my worst enemy.
