This Paris Baguette felt spacious, clean, and had a variety of baked goods. A good addition to this plaza. You can grab a tray and choose your sweet or savory baked goods, hot or cold sandwiches including egg sandwiches, and coffees and teas. They also sell whole cakes or by the slice. Their sandwiches like the chicken salad are good but not amazing. I have enjoyed their chocolate chip scones, quiche, and apple turnover. They came out a few times to refresh the baked goods which was nice to see, as other ones often run out of items. Their seating also had outlets which encourages people to sit and stay awhile. It's good to get the app because they offer discounts which can pay off. Their rewards program is earn 75 points (each $1) and get a free pastry or drink so it can take awhile to accumulate if you don't go often (though definitely not a cheap place). And the points expire at some point if you don't use them for awhile. Sunday is a good day to go to avoid crowds since the retail stores were closed. Parking is usually a pain on Saturdays. Outstanding! I got an iced mocha Nutella latte and it was to die for, much better than Starbucks which has been decreasing in quality. I also got an egg salad sandwich and it was PERFECT. I didn't have high expectations as this is a small chain i believe but wow everything from service to quality to taste to atmosphere exceeded my expectations and I will now be making this my go to coffee spot. Franchise or not, customers pay for the Paris Baguette brand standard. My recent experience at the Ramsey location was a total failure in both product quality and customer service. After being sold an inedible, "cream-only" cake for over $50, I was told that "franchise" status excuses a lack of consistency. Hiding behind a brand name while delivering a sub-par product--and having management refuse to address the customer--is unacceptable. I've reported this incident to customer service with zero follow-up. I'm sharing this to warn others: do not expect the "premium" experience this brand promises at this location. read more

Incredibly disappointing. I placed an online order for pick-up the next morning. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar Croissant, warmed, without cheese for $6.99. I added a 20 oz Chai Latte, 2% milk, extra hot for $6.79. Including a 20% tip, the total was $17.45. What I got was a pre-made pre-packaged sandwich. The cheese was still on it, and it was cold. They did offer to open the package, remove the cheese, and toss it in the microwave to "warm it up." I declined. The 20 oz extra-hot Latte morphed into a 16 oz lukewarm beverage. Granted, the foam was really yummy once I got to work and heated it. I thought this was a bakery that made their own pastries. You know, like CROISSANTS!!!!! I'm guessing that all sandwiches are pre-made and pre-packaged. I did eat the sandwich after removing the cheese. I put it in the microwave to warm. The bacon was incredibly thin and limp. I showed the sandwich to my coworker, and she said she wouldn't eat any part of the sandwich. The egg and croissant were just okay. I didn't try any of the pastries so they might be amazing. The sandwiches? Not so much. Next time I'll go to Starbucks. Venti Chai Latte - $5.65. Bacon, Gouda, Egg sandwich (without cheese) - $5.45. Total including tip - $12.08. Lesson learned. read more

Stopped into this immaculate location for coffee and was in awe if the cleanliness, well stocked bakery items. They had a plethora of sweet and savory options. I have never been to a Paris Baguette before, so when I saw that this location opened right across from ShopRite, I figured why not? First, I thought PB only had things like croissants and bagels. Boy, was I wrong! They actually have some yummy looking quick bites to eat (dying to try their smoked sausage bread). I bought the cheese soft cake for my mother and she loved it, and I bought the chocolate chiffon cake that absolutely blew my entire mind! It can be hard for me to find a chocolate cake that is soft, "airy," and moist. When I say I want chocolate mousse, this is what I mean! It would have tasted even better with a layer of whipped cream. This space is actually really cute to do some work. I saw a couple of girls with their laptops. The workers there are nice as well. I had the Hash Brown Bread with Ham & Cheese and was very disappointed. There was virtually no ham on top of a dry, tasteless, undercooked hash brown. So excited to have a Paris Baguette nearby as a fan of their cold brew and salt/ butter rolls!They even introduce new seasonal items like this fig and prosciutto pastry for the fall and biscotti donut and cakes last season. Received a bad coffee and so did two of my coworkers and I decided to walk there since I go everyday and told them. Instead of asking if they could help me with a different coffee the owner said that was crazy that that wasn't possible for the coffee to be bad. Until I said I was just going to throw it out. They offered a refund. The coffee was sour with a horrible after taste. Not the first time I hear this happen. The selection is good. The service is not. Associate seemed over it, when they finished my order no bag was offered they just said ok. Wow seriously another associate who made the coffee which I repeated at least three times did not get the milk printed on the sticker btw or the number of shots correctly . When I stated what I had ordered the first looked at me deadpan and practically rolled her eyes stating that was my coffee when I asked to double check. The kind of milk served in a latte is the salient point. The coffee person just huffed and corrected the error. No apology was ever said. I do not think it is too much to expect items handed to a customer when they are done packing my many bakery items it is the least that can be done. Love this place! My kids raved about the almond croissants and mochi donuts, while I loved my almond milk cappuccino and chipotle chicken sandwich. So yummy! My only regret was not getting more fresh baguettes to go - one certainly was not enough. Will definitely be back for more though! read more
