This bakery located at a small plaza at Creskill. Parking lot in the front. Not much traffic. Great bakery merchandise, savory, sweet, creamy and many different cakes to purchase. The staff is very nice. They packed all the stuff nicely in the bag for us. I thought the TLJ reward program is national but they actually don't accept it there. The sitting area on the second floor is spacious. Very clean. Good hangout spot for friends or just by yourself. read more

Tous Les Jours - 'Nuff said. The thing is, I can get some things at TLJ that I can't get anywhere else, like the premium red bean bun, which has become one of my favourites. This store appears to have a smaller overall selection at first glance, but they still have everything I need. The only issue is that I don't live within a driving distance. They have their own parking spaces right in front of the shop. You bet I'll be back. read more

Stopped by the TLJ to get some bakery goods and a birthday cake. There was still good enough inventory even though we came late afternoon. There were good cake options to pick from. We got the bear cake. Got knife and candles with it. Cake was excellent. Only annoying part was there credit card POS wasn't working, so we had to pay cash. read more

There is a $10 card minimum, but the cashier did not tell me until after they started making my coffee. Then she told me to get a bakery item, which I declined so she said she would make a one time exception. Then she proceeded to curse / bad mouth me in Korean, which I could understand -- she clearly thought I am not Korean. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you don't want to pay the 2% credit card fee, charge me an extra 50 cents but don't curse me out and think I'm not going to know. Truly disgusting behavior from the cashier. read more

The place itself is nice and very clean. Not to many choices for pastries, lots of choices for cakes. Pastries are very basic types of breads. We prefer Paris Baguette. The pillow bread was good. It looks like a typical Korean coffee place without "regular coffee." I walked in just looking for a simple small black coffee. They don't have it. They offer Americano. After hesitating for a second I said ok. Then they charge me more for the Americano. A coffee place that didn't have coffee so they charged me more to get an americano. Classic bait and switch. The young gentleman up front did not have a pleasant tone either. Seemed related to owner or something. What a shame. read more

Tous Les Jours far exceeds Paris Baguette in both quality, freshness and flavor. This location in Closter is very spacious, clean and offers a good selection. The staff is polite, helpful and efficient. I went in to buy some baked goods and a cake. I got a free cup of coffee which was very nice of them! The coffee was pretty good! Clean, quaint bakery that makes its pastries and bread on site. Selection is smaller I assume due to Covid. Went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 and very slim Selection. It's better than having left overs I suppose from the owners perspective but it leaves customers a very small window to pick up fresh pastries. The selection of breads is always fresh and good. They have a unique purple potato loaf I would like to try. I picked up a garlic, cream cheese bun and it was so delicious we finished it in the car. They have classic go to Korean pastries with red bean and their other original seasonal flavors are good as well. I honestly have not had an bad pastry here and their cakes are not as sweet as other places. Would definitely recommend but with the caveat the selection greatly depends on when you go. read more

Background: Not only do I come here once a week to buy sandwich bread and pastries but I also order all my cakes from here. I always special order a certain cake since it's the only one that both my husband and daughter like. (They don't normally eat cake). I placed a special order for that particular cake again earlier in the week, picked it up on the requested day and went home. Later when it was time for the cake, I opened it to discover that the cake was smaller than normal and that it didn't taste anything like it used to. Overly sweet but the cake itself was dry. We visited TLJ location due to positive reviews plus we've been to other locations and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We were intrigued by other reviews of more seating and brunch menu. Therefore, wanting to try their brunch items. We ordered 2 combos waffle with coffee and soup bread basket with small coffee. But before we actually placed the order. We asked what was the toppings that came with the waffle. A middle age lady was annoyed we were asking a question and was sighing* Then her younger coworker(male) answered for her. We was then approach by the lady who then speak Korean to us. Then we clarify we didn't speak Korean. She gave us a glare of dismay and was barking at her coworker to take our order. Waffle was stale, fruit toppings of blueberry finding growing mold on two pieces and fermented overly ripe bananas was a true disappointment. Upside was strawberry and whip cream was fresh. Coffee was decent. $9.50. Soup bread basket with clam chowder soup. Bread was fresh but the soup was ultra salty as if they got a can of chunky soup and poured it into the bread. They forgot my coffee. $6.50. From the beginning obnoxious service to stale rotten food to unclean restrooms. I would never return and will warn others. If the lady was to work at the counter she should be retrained how to greet customers with a possible smile and be helpful. Not a hostile work environment even though we don't understand Korean language but certainly can read body language, facial expressions and tone of voice. This TLJ should be ashamed of being associated with this franchise! read more

Stumbled upon this place after church. This being the first bakery/korean cafe out of the city that ive been to, i didnt know what to expect. This place is actually bigger inside than what it appears. The 2nd floor is designed for seating and studying. Plenty of seats, but not sure of outlets. I had the honey castella, and the crusted red bean bread, and a large honey chai latte. They were all good and tasted fresh. The wide selection of specialty breads were very aesthetic. I know some bakeries seem very generic. Background music was on but very low which provides a perfect chitchat/study vibe as well. read more

Four stars. Came here on the day after Christmas. This place is very spacious with lots of desks and chairs, although they aren't too comfy. There are limited number of outlets, so make sure to come with your electronics all charged, or take a seat close to the wall where the outlets are. I ordered 12 oz ginger tea, which I saw them make mixing the store bought jar of ginger tea. As a result, the drink is very sugary. Overall, it's a great place to come and hang out with friends, or do some work. They have their own private parking lot, which is always a plus. Free WiFi. read more

I have come here regularly to buy bread for years but found the behavior of the man working the counter very rude and unprofessional. My son had picked out 3, very hard, muffins he wanted to get and was carrying them when the man ran over making a fuss about kids deforming the bread by handling them. My son was only carrying the ones he had picked out and not playing with anything else on the shelves. The rating is really for the spacious upstairs than for the food, which was so so. There were lots of donuts but just not enough variety. The coffee was good -- ordered Americano, which is gourmet black coffee for those familiar with the Korean fare in coffeehouses. The upstairs sitting area is incredibly spacious and large. One of the best open area in a cafe that we've seen. You can use your laptop, chitchat and do anything and everything. Lots of teenyboppers were lounging about when we were there. read more

Tous Les Jours is not unlike Paris Baquette and Caffe Benne, which are all Korean themed French cafes. They serve a variety of French pastries, Korean pastries, and some fusion pastries. Everything is laid out very organized and makes the whole process very straightforward. The various pastries all looked very fresh and very pretty. It's self-service where you select what you want and place it on a serving tray and pay at the counter. At that point you can choose to either eat-in at the large and clean 2nd floor seating area comprised of tables and bench seating, or take your food to go. Ordered a regular 16oz. coffee and was happy to see they serve illy coffee which is one of my favorite brands. I still think illy coffee is some of the best tasting coffee you can enjoy. For the pastry end I selected a sugar donut twist and a red bean paste filled fritter. Both were fine, but honestly nothing special. The donut twist was solid but not as flavorful as I would expect. It was a tad oily as the paper it was served on revealed a fair amount absorption from the donut twist. The red bean fritter was solid too. Red bean filling was not sweet and a little bland. The fritter was again just a little oily. The 2nd floor sitting area is very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is very coffeehouse casual where you can connect to their free wifi and lounge for a few hours. Solid choice for some really good coffee, but I would think twice on what you pick up in terms of food. read more

Great place to do work. Plenty of tables, but not a lot of outlets so maybe charge up before you go. The caramel iced latte is so so good. Only thing is that since they carry one size for iced drinks, this iced latte has a lotttt of espresso in it. I'm usually super wired by the time I finish it. No complaints though considering the price, how tasty it is, and the amount of good espresso you get. Staff is always super nice, and every pastry I have tried so far was really good (different types of croissants, muffins). I often study in cafes. I found this place to be a good place to study during midday, when there are less people. It can get loud. I always make sure to bring bring my earbuds. That way I can listen to music and tune out the constant chatter. Wifi is free and the coffee and pastries are decent. They also have a small selection of savory items like sandwiches and croquettes. Well appreciated during the long hours I ended up in here. I can't recommend the chicken salad sandwich though. It turned out to be the greasiest chicken sandwich I've ever had. They have a fairly good selection of freshly baked goods. Like other French themed Korean bakeries, their cakes are light and not too sweet. I often buy cakes from here for special occasions like birthdays and holidays to bring to work, which the coworkers enjoy. read more

My coworker told me about Tous Les Jours after I was raving about Paris Baguette which is also awesome but quite a drive for me. It's nice to find a delicious local Korean bakery. They have a wide variety of pastries and cakes. I purchased a strawberry vanilla cake for a birthday, it was a decent size and $28. I love that they provide candles and a spatula, it's the whole package. The cake itself was so light and yummy. We never finish whole cakes that we buy because they're so sweet and heavy. This was perfect and everyone was left wanting more! If you've never tried Korean baked goods before I definitely recommend trying it. This is what dreams are made of! read more

I love the fresh sandwiches they make in the morning in the refrigeration section. They sell fast in the mornings. I get the ham sandwich or the egg salad sandwich omg those r bomb!! This place is great for getting some work done! There's a ton of seating in the upstairs area, along with outlets which is an essential for students spending hours there doing work on their laptops. The coffee is a bit overpriced in my opinion ($4 for a small latte), however the baked goods are sooooo good. I've never cared much for macaroons before, but the macaroons at this place are delicious (nutella is the BEST). read more

I ordered a medium Oreo cake in advance and when I went to pick it up, they said they made the mistake of making a large one.
