The burgers are fresh and made to order. I got a double cheese burger and sloped on the shake. There was a lunch rush so feel the room and just get you food and get out. The parking lot was packed so you know that's a good sigh. This is a place that if you know you know. It's a great local spot. And if you're at the b ball HOF it's only 8 mins away.

Instead, what I got was a small, spongey, insipid roll of inferior quality. The meats were pre-cut and rolled into a small "cigar" that went into the grinder roll. This caused the sandwich to be unbalanced: when taking a bite from the left side, I got some meat, but when biting from the right side, all I got was veggies and bread. The sandwich was a chore to finish and I only continued to stave off hunger. Overall, the quality wasn't great. I have eaten much better Italian grinders at lesser known establishments. My wife complained that the cream of broccoli soup had an overpowering flavor of onions. I tried and spoonful and have to say I agree. The one redeeming quality is that the food was relatively affordable, with the "Classic Italian" costing $10 and the cup of soup costing $3. Maybe other grinders or pre-made dishes are better, but after considering what we got, we will not be back.

Service: I kept getting text updates with what my family wanted so as they came in I added each one. They all came with plantain and the woman mentioned in a VERY calm and considerate way that it would be more helpful if I let her know ahead of time if there were going to be more because she made the plantain fresh for each one. Ambiance: I got take out but while I was there some folks were eating and they looked very happy with their food and service. Clean, casual, quiet and well lit. The mushroom and cheese burger was ordered specifically with no lettuce, tomato and onion. It arrived with all of them and cold fries. The missing pepperoni pizza arrived while the rest of us eating. The sausage pizza came when the rest of us were just about finished. We didn't dare order dessert because dinner already took 90 minutes. We did order decaf coffee. The coffees were delivered after the check was delivered, after we paid and we asked again for the coffees. Tabitha is an awful waitress. Nice lady. Awful waitress. She took no money or dinners/drinks off our tab. She never made the manager aware of the problems. We could see the manager dealing with another of her tables where their food didn't arrive. I use the ladies room before I left. One of the toilets wasn't flushed, and there was no soap in the dispensers. When we left @ 9:00pm, Tabitha told us to "Have a good afternoon!" Food was OK.
