I really wanted to try this place out because I was scouting out good places that were nearby in Raleigh. I got the matcha milk tea with oat milk substitute, but I don't think that they remembered to add sugar to my drink (I asked for 100% sweetness) because it did not taste sweet in the slightest, minus the custard. I had to add brown sugar in my drink and it tasted great afterwards, but the drink was honestly a bit unpleasant without the sugar since I usually get boba drinks for the sugar. The egg custard was good and helped offset the lack of sugar in my drink but not by much. The boba shop was nice with cute decorations, and it was clean for the most part (minus some empty straw wrappers on some tables). Everyone else in my party liked their drinks (we ordered taro milk tea, thai milk tea, mango smoothie, and mango green tea). For the most part, it wasn't bad, and service was good and timely. All in all, it isn't a bad place to try out. I wasn't really happy with my drink, though, since sugar is such a big part of the drink for me (it's a pick-me-up for me). This spot is in a decent location, and close to other Asian food spots. The inside is cute, but kind of tacky? We came on a Friday night and were immediately off put by the sticky floor. Didn't really think much of it, but after receiving our drinks (matcha milk & dirty milk teas), we felt that this place is just meh. My matcha was okay, but both of us had boba that wasn't fully cooked and was still tough in the middle. The main item I did love was the nutella taiyaka! Came here for a Yelp event and we had a great time! I tried four different boba drinks and all four were good. I think my favorite was the Jasmine or the plain Thai milk tea, but my wife also especially enjoyed the taro. Their Nutella taiyaki was doughy and delicious. We even bought a few macarons to bring home, and my favorite had to be the matcha berry. And the place itself is rather nice inside with plenty of seating. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful, even through what was clearly a stressful night for them. Loved their taiyaki, it is full of filling inside. You can get many different fillings beside red beans. It is fresh and hot in a bag when they hand it to you. I haven't had bubble tea since I stopped working in Flushing Queens New York. I was ecstatic to find a place near work to fulfill my craving ! This place is adorable. They have a cute little insta grammable area for you to take cute pics with a floral back drop and a bumble bee. On the streak of boba places! Bumble tea is in a shopping plaza I usually don't even think about. It's a great little space though. Plenty of parking and nice comfortable seating. They also have taiyaki which I am a huge fan of. I'm so glad that it's been a hit and I don't have to buy the frozen ones at the grocery store anymore. We enjoyed our tea and a Nutella taiyoki. Oh my, I have been to numerous boba tea places and this one is by far my favorite. Not only do they have incredible beverages, but they also serve taiyaki. Compared to a regular Thai iced tea, it has black tea added so it's a little bit more not as "heavy" and more balanced. It works well. I've ordered the Bumble Thai Tea and the Classic Thai Tea as I was curious as to what the differences are. I preferred their Classic over the Bumble. The Classic was creamier while the Bumble was richer on the dairy. It's really just a personal preference, so I'd still recommend both at the end of the day! This is one of my favorite boba place in Triangle. I love that I can bring a mason jar to purchase boba because *SAVE THE TURTLES*. Some places will push back on the reusable containers, but Bumble Tea knows what's up. Also, they have little punch card that if you buy 10 boba, you get 1 for free! For someone like me, this is a perfect motivation to come back and get more. My favorite flavor at Bumble Tea is Honey Milk Tea. I'm a milk tea fanatic and Bumble Tea does milk tea right. Milk tea also isn't complete without the addition of boba! The boba here is the absolute perfect texture with all its softness and chewiness. The only downside to this place is that it seems like they only offer one drink size (which doesn't affect me) and honestly if that's the only issue - this place is pretty good. I'm also a little obsessed with bubble waffles (they're sorta my weakness!) and any place that knows how to make 'em has my business. I rarely update reviews but it's been a while since I've been to BumbleTea but the staff and service is still as friendly as I remembered it the last time! I stopped by today to try some of their new items like the variety of taiyaki and, bumble fruit tea, and (tiktok famous) dalgona coffee, but stayed to make a purchase of a few macarons (I got 2 tiramisu and one cookies and cream. The tiramisu are my fav!) and a large dirty milk boba. You can't go wrong and it's nice to treat yourself on a gloomy Friday! They were busy making to go orders but yet she didn't rush us at all. My 4 yrs. old grandson had the green hulk, my 11 yr old grandson had the honey milk tea . My daughter had the tao ( it was purple) and I had an AMAZING DIRTY MILK TEA with the Crystal Bubbles. The inside is super cute with painted walls and clean. The "bumble" thai tea which has half-n-half in the drink mix was tasty. But, I can't give it a two thumbs up, because the boba. For a boba shop, the boba was very underwhelming and wasn't chewy as a tapioca ball should be. You'll end up biting into semi-hard bobas near halfway through the one size drink. The one size looks like a venti from Starbucks. There is a reward program where you collect stamps working yourself up to a free drink for those who enjoy these benefits. For a $5 iced tea beverage, I want better boba quality please. I am willing to try this place out again too. read more

This place is soooo cute!! It's in a large shopping center, so there's plenty of parking. The outside is unassuming, but the inside is adorably bee-themed. The tables are hexagonal, and instructions on the wall tell you you can push them together to create a "honeycomb." I love sweets, so I really enjoyed the bumble waffle with chocolate drizzle and powdered sugar. I also really enjoyed the milk tea with boba - I'm definitely warming up to the taste of tea (I'm usually a coffee drinker).
