Boba N Chai is a cute shop with nice decor and several tables for dining inside. The business is located in a shopping plaza with shared parking out front. I was greeted when I walked in. The shop offers a variety of drinks such as tea, slushies, and shakes. They also have rolled ice cream and baked goods. I came in the evening and all of the baked goods were sold out with the exception of a variety of macrons. After reviewing the menu and with the assistance of the clerk, I decided on a strawberry lemonade slushy. The clerk asked if I wanted to add boba to my slushy. Since I was unfamiliar with them she let me try a couple of the flavors. I decided to add the popping strawberry boba to my slushy. I got my order fairly quickly. I enjoyed my drink. It was refreshing and the boba added a nice touch to it. I also got the biscoff cookie shake. It was amazing! The biscoff went well with the shake and it wasn't too sweet. We have given this place a try one too many times, and it's never been good. Today was the worst, so we won't be going back. When we arrived, a few people were sitting at the tables, waiting for their items. It took a bit of time for someone to help us. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, which is my go to at every boba tea place. I asked to have oat or almond milk instead of regular milk, and was told they don't have those options. Seemed odd since I've never had an issue with changing out to a nondairy milk. My husband ordered a strawberry milk tea. We waited about 15 minutes. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the owners (assuming the owners) were struggling to figure out how to make the drinks, their counter was covered in containers and very disorganized. They kept looking at cheat sheets hung up on the wall as they made the drinks. After that 15 minutes they put mine on the counter- it was not brown sugar. There was no brown sugar in the cup. There was no sweetener in the cup. It was a fruity/flowery tasting tea and milk with some ice. The owner (again assuming the owners), tried to tell me it was a brown sugar tea and she "could make it again". After already waiting the 15 minutes, and watching my husband walk out, and he never walks out of places, I said no. My husband didn't take his drink, because they never even made it. I didn't ask for my money back, I just left with a weird tasting tea that went directly into the garbage. * I am only giving a 1 star because the one owner gave me a tiny sample of mango cake that tasted like vanilla cake was actually pretty good. read more

Went here once and it was a nice experience. Very large menu of a good variety. The staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed the fruit tea drink I got with popping pearls. The desserts looked yummy too! Unfortunately nothing in the desserts were gluten free, even the macarons because they were contaminated by being stacked on top other pastries I was told. So not gf friendly for foods but still looked good for non allergies! I would probably come back to try some other things. They had a cute phograph wall too. read more

Went here once but will not return. I got disappointed with my order. I ordered a "Mango Power" drink, as you can see, it should have mangoes and whipped cream. Should be color yellow and white. But when i got my drink I got a coffee like drink. What the heck?! I told staff that this wasn't my order. But told me that was it, the drink on the menu board is AI and they are not correct!!!! Who owns this store? I expect my drink to look similar to picture you're displaying. This would be my first and last. Whoever owns this store, make it right please. Came here a yelp elite event around 7pm on a week day. No line or wait. The cashier was great at helping us figure out what kind of drinks we could get. I got the dirty tiger and it was delicious! New boba spot in town. The place is so cute! A nice spot to relax, enjoy an iced or hot tea with or without boba, ice cream or a snack. But first off, this is not a common Taiwanese boba place that you normally go to. This is owned by Indian so when it comes to food, they offer their specialty, Indian food. Also, chai means tea in Hindi and Cha is tea in Mandarin. The first time I came here, I got boba and both samosas. I enjoyed both. They offer condiments by the door if you need them but I like my samosas without any. They were good, filled, packed with flavour. The mango pudding looked good but I didn't get some. Maybe next time. At the first go, the drink was good but not as pretty as I wanted it to be. It would be nice to see the price for both sizes of drinks. So if you get a large, the price is not listed. Like other boba place, you can get your drink customized, amount of ice, sweetness, and kind of toppings. The second go, I got the Taro Treasure -Bliss Latte with strawberry jelly and this was pretty because of the jelly. If you need a drink to be additionally customized because they are children, they can do that for you. They are very nice and will work with you. I give them more a 4.5 due to pricing but it's a nice spot to come to for snack, telework, socializing, or simply to a nice cup of tea and snack. Do not be discouraged when you try your best to open the door and it doesn't open, the lock is a bit faulty. read more

This new boba shop is incredible. It's got such a cute ambience and large collection of various types of boba teas, coffee drinks, milkshakes, desserts and snack items. I've met the owner and she is just extremely nice. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and even offered us some free samples and snacks to try. So far I've tried the Paan Kulfi Tea, Pistachio Kulfi Tea and the Mango Tart dessert. All were really good. I also got the lychee and mango jellies instead of the boba--highly recommend! Be warned-they have quite an extensive drink menu so lots of options to choose from. Can't wait to explore more items from their menu. read more

I went in with my family to try this place and fell in loveeeeeee! When I walked in I was greeted with a clean smell and the decor was so nice, greenery and the decor wall is so beautiful. The whole place was bright, clean and now their menu was spectacular. They had too many yummy drinks and desserts. My mom got a rose tea ice cream and enjoyed it, my sister and son got milk teas and they enjoyed as well. They had samplers of some of their drinks and they were yummy. Pretty sure anything on that menu is good. They also sell the famous trending DUBAI CHOCOLATE and it isn't $15-$20 dollars. I thought their prices were good too. I can't wait to go back and try something else although I still want another biscoff milkshake. The owner is super sweet and welcoming. The young ladies working were nice, courteous and answered all our questions and were patient with our indecisiveness. Cashier wasn't knowledgeable of the menu and when trying to assist was very half hearted and quietly mumbled. One of the two teas was very watered down in flavor and the other had boba so hot that it burned my partner's tongue as they took their first sip. Warm milk tea with some ice chips wasn't helping the boiling hot boba. Beautifully decorated shop and the manager was lovely. Double Dirty Tiger was supposed to come with boba, but did not receive any. I called the store to ask to make sure I didnt have to add it & pay extra & they stated that it comes with boba & I have to make the selection, but I told them there is no topping selecton for free, there's only add-ons for 75 cents. Lady on the phone states it wasn't their problem & it was Doordash. She didnt even offer any compensation or to remake the drink & come pick it back up. Very unprofessional & will never return. I ordered here before & they also messed up my drink by adding in toppings I did not ask for, but it wasn't a big deal. After being spoken to like that on the phone, I chose to be nice & just write a review because she obviously wasn't trained correctly in customer service. I come into this shop after my exhausting days of work to reward myself. I walked in today, and like always, all of the employees greeted me with beautiful smiles. I love taro milk tea so much, and I've tried it in countless boba shops. Boba-n-Chai has made the best I've had! Furthermore, the shop feels so comfortable and is always clean. My friend and I always love taking pictures of the flower wall. However, they decorate their ice cream beautifully as well! I had a matcha ice cream with edible gold and teal sprinkles! The first bite I took felt like reaching the light at the end of the tunnel, especially after work today. It was so incredibly relieving. Whoever made the recipe is a genius. It was perfectly sweet without overpowering the rich taste of the matcha. I also had their macaroons for the first time today! The textures were simply perfect. The outside was smooth, yet crunchy, and beautifully melted into my mouth after the first bite. They were soft and lightweight. The pistachio flavor was my favorite by far! Lastly, I truly love the workers from the bottom of my heart. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they're never annoyed with my plethora of questions about the menu. They're incredibly creative as well with new items slowly being added to their incredibly unique menu. The shop has successfully collected the best flavors across Southern and Eastern Asia.
