Bubble tea shop located in the Garner 5th Avenue shops on the side facing the highway. There is ample parking in the lot and the shop itself is good in size, plenty of seating. I came an hour before they closed on a Sunday to go, however there were a few people that had just ordered for in. It was a nice quiet atmosphere, but not the quiet where you feel you need to whisper. The shop looked clean and very organized. Based off of my receipt, you can save a little bit of money if you use cash however I was still charged a card fee while using cash for some reason. My classic Moomoocha with boba came out pretty fast and tasted good - definitely could taste the black tea. The boba was nice and chewy. I think this is a great bubble tea shop for Garner.

Classic milk tea with Boba

First time here. Love the vibe of teashop. Clean & neat. Lady behind counter really friendly & nice. Would be great if they serve food like toasties/ quiche/ sandwiches as well so we can make it a meal next time.

I was in the mood for a refreshing drink so I looked up the closest Boba spot. This location was a little difficult to find for a first timer. It's located on the backside of the strip complex. Way to miss. However, when you walk in, you're instantly stepping into a world of color and excitement. It's cute, quiet, and pink. The service is quick. I would have liked for them to offer suggestions when communicating it was my first time there, but no biggie. I enjoy my frozen strawberry lemonade with boba.

I can't believe I've never heard of MooMooCha, especially since I consider myself a boba fanatic. Well, I was in the area and got a Classic MooMooCha with boba, less ice, and 75% sugar. It was good - the boba was chewy, though I'd prefer it to have a sweeter taste. The milk tea tasted pretty similar to Milklab's Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea, which is a good thing since I live for that drink. I stopped by 5 PM on a Saturday, and it wasn't very busy. The interior is well decorated and has indoor seating. Location-wise, it took me a second to realize that you had to drive around back to find a whole other line of shops, including MooMooCha.

We purchased the Classic Moomoocha with boba pearls and the purchase was pretty nice. The shop was very pleasing to the eye. As you walk in you're greeted with such vibrant colors and sweet gentle spoken people. The only complaint is the tea tasted like it was left sitting in the keg for a while but you can't expect too much from such a hidden tea shop.

The Taro smoothie with boba was good. The customer service needs a lot of help. The two young ladies were on their phones and I was the only one talking. Gave my order and they continued with their conversation. Customer service was not friendly at all. I will not return or recommend due to this.

Recommended place for boba tea, bubble waffle ice cream, and other beverages! They have a variety of items available clearly displayed on a large menu. The employees are helpful and efficient. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The store was busy, but we were able to place an order soon after arriving and find a table to sit at while waiting for our drinks. The establishment has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Our drinks were ready first, a boba tea and a pina colada with lychee jelly and pomegranate poppers. I was very impressed with the pina colada. The drink was packed with toppings and very refreshing and flavorful. The bubble waffle ice cream took longer to arrive, but was worth the wait. The waffle is tasty and the strawberry ice cream had a good flavor. We did not add any additional flavors, but they do offer flavored waffles and toppings. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this establishment to others!

Dine in area to sit and relax

I ordered the Thai Moo Chai (right) and the Peach Paradise (left) they both are amazing!!!!! Everything is so cute and the people who decorated this place really put thought into every detail!!! It shows they care for this place!!! I will be coming again soon!!!! The menu prices aren't expensive if you compare with other Boba places. I would really suggest to try MOOMOOCHA here in Garner!!!!! Great for teens to come and hangout or for like first dates!!

This place was ordinary. It took FOREVER to order and get our drinks. The boba wasn't that tasty and no one in my group liked their order.

I am shocked I have not yet written a review for Boba Baba, when I go all the time!…read more I am a huge fan of their strawberry matcha, and more recently, of their butterfly fresca! Both drinks are delicious, and bonus points for also offering lactose-free/plant milk! But be warned, they do not offer the plant milk for certain drinks, since some are pre-mixed. Definitely ask before ordering! I would also highly recommend the puff pastries and mochi donuts! I had to search through my photos to find my favs: the ube puff pastry & the strawberry mochi donut. The puff pastry is a large portion, and heavier, so you can definitely share. The mochi donut is nice and light, so these are better to get more than one flavor to try.

I'd give this place a solid 3.5 stars--round up to 4 stars for nice customer service. Living in NC,…read morethere really isn't an abundant amount of boba places to venture to, but it seems like this place is highly recommended by college students and local boba enthusiasts. Being so used to many boba options back in CA, it kind of makes it feel weird to struggle to find a boba place nearby. The location is pretty convenient for college kids or adults to chill with friends. Lots of tables and even a shelf with some board games you could play if you had an hour or two to pass in the area. I can't remember the name of the drink, but I remember it having butterfly pea and lemon... or yuzu. Drink is aesthetically pleasing, but I'm not sure if I tasted what the drink mentioned. Still, nice attempt at being trendy with the boba menu. Maybe they're known for their milk teas here? It was quite busy when we can on a Saturday evening before closing. :) Drinks took around 10 ish minutes to make, but staff were quick to take orders and make drinks. If I remember correctly, there were two people working that day-- least in the front!

Khao Sen - Khao Soi

Definitely coming back. Khao Sen has been added to my local Top 10. Very open, bright, and inviting…read moreenviornment. They offer table and booth options with available seating at the bar as well. The "front of the house" are, from what i can tell, an all woman brigade, ranging in ages, and they are all so awsome!! They all bring their own spirited personality. Khao Sen can get busy at times, and these amazing women "get to it". I've seen impatient customers get annoyed after 5 mins of waiting and it's super unfair to this amazing staff. The menu has selective, authentic flavors of Thailand, and every option will have you coming for more. For appetizers we've snacked on the vegetable gyoza (GYO PAK), crispy crab sticks served with sweet chilli sauce (so delicious), Tofu Tod, which i have to emphasize this part. In over 10 years, i've not once taken a second bite when it comes to tofu. Khao Sen has their tofu lighlty battered and fried so deliciously, with their sweet chilli and ground peanuts sauce to dip in. I not only had a second bite but i ate the entire appetizer. Even my vegan friend raves about the Tofu Tod. Ok ok, moving on......ohhh it really is good though, haha. Ok, next we've lip smacked on their steamed dumplings, stuffed with ground pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, onion, scallion, and cilantro, served with a sweet soy sauce (KANOM JEEP).....yes!!!!!. Lets talk chicken wings. Seriously, dang!! Their spicy Thai-style fried chicken wings served with sweet chili sauce (KAI ZAAP) are noise makers. Take a bite and tell me you didn't go "mmMMmm". Making our way on down the list is the tender baby back ribs coated with their southern Thai-style curry paste (SI - KRONG PAD PRIK). These are topped with saffron and very much another delicious option. That's it, we left some still on the menu for next time. Entrees!! I'm between favorites at the moment. The spicy tom yum soup with egg noodles, pork and shrimp dumplings, shrimp, ground pork, fish roll, fish ball, bok choy, cilantro, scallion, crispy wontons, ground peanuts, and fried garlic oil (BA MII TOM YUM) and the northern Thai-style curry, crispy skin chicken thigh, egg noodles, crispy egg noodle, cilantro, scallion, picked radish, shallots, and lime (KHAO SOI). Both are different in flavors but equally devine in their own respects. Now direct your attention to Khao Sen's roasted duck and gravy over rice with steamed Chinese broccoli, pickled ginger, cilantro, and scallion; served with a side of sweet dipping sauce (KHAO NA PED), another eye rolling meal!! You have the option of choosing a rice, white, fried, or berry (purple rice)...... i suggest the berry. The beef broth, thin rice noodles, sliced NY strip, stewed beef, beef tendon, beef ball, cilantro, scallion, and Chinese broccoli will have you talking while eating. My cousin couldn't stop raving about the flavor while eating. All this food talk has me thirsty. I can't get enough of the Lychee Tea which is green tea, lychee, and lychee jelly. My drink magically disappears the first 2 times, everytime, the waitress sets the glass down.....poof just disappears. So, i'm forced to order another . Their peach bellini and lychee saki mojito are aMAAAAZziiing. Delightful and refreshing. Seems to really be a common theme here. Everything is flavorful and refreshingly delicious from the food to the drinks. Khao Sen offers beer, wine, ciders, sake. For non-alchoholic drinks there's fountain drinks, coffe and teas, fruit teas, milk teas, fizzy drinks, milks, annnnnd water. Parking can be limited during rush hours. There is a parking garage currently being constructed, but for now there is a parking lot and street parking. Come one Come ALL!
