There was a roach in the dumplings and the food was very stale and tasted old, the sushi tasted very raw service was poor.

Hot and Sour Soup, Egg Drop Soup, both solid choices, and not loaded with MSG. - Four metal bowls with various soups are arranged on a buffet table, including hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, and others, with a food tray of chips nearby.

For what it is, a buffet that's not expensive, this place does quite a good job. You can eat a fairly healthy meal from the Mongolian-style grill, reasonably good sushi, and big fruit selection. You can pig out on fried everything, and eat the number of chicken drumettes you'll lie about later. You can be timid about exotic "foreign" food and grab some bad pizza, fries, and wings. Or like me, you can walk a tightrope and do a little of each of these. The selections are usually pretty fresh, or the guy at the grill will cook to order. The sushi guy asked today if I preferred sashimi, though I was too full to accept. Most of the desserts look prepackaged, and taste weird and stale to me, which is not optimal. But by the time I've tasted everything else, I'm okay with sticking with a little fruit and a bit of that soft-serve "ice cream." Don't expect gourmet exquisite quality here, just a good solid buffet with more choices than most.

Below (clockwise, staring top L): Mystery item, sweet and sour chicken, spicy fried rice, vegetable lo mein - A foam takeout container holds Chinese dishes such as fried chicken, lo mein noodles, and fried rice, with some sweet and sour chicken visible.

C told me about the Too Good To Go app, he saw it on a friend's FB profile. Good to Go is about making sure food doesn't go to waste. When you pick a place, you don't know will be in your surprise bag. We gave it a try with Buffet King Sushi and Mongolian .. for $5 we got enough food for both of us! Vegetable Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, fried rice (spicy), (fried?) bananas, egg rolls, fried donuts, and a mystery item. While the fried donuts were bland, everything else tasted really good! Best item for C, spicy fried rice; for me, fried rice and lo mein.

The image shows a plastic tray with a caterpillar and several round, yellowish food items, possibly eggs or desserts, on a textured surface.

The lady is really disrespectful in front and the food is trash there was a bug in my food so I took it back and the lady said they make mistakes sometimes why is there even a bug in the kitchen to begin with nasty!!!

Sitting area - Indoor restaurant seating with a wooden table, black chairs, and a chandelier, featuring neon signs for ice cream and drinks in the background.

Did not have a reservation on this occasion, but they always make me feel welcome and manage to fit us in. Sat on the outdoor covered patio that was cool and shaded. The atmosphere is modern and lively, making it a great spot for a weekend brunch. Started the meal with cocktails including Lycheetini with Deep Eddy Vodka, Giffard Lichi-li. lemon, cranberry, I cut the cranberry. Also had a Fresa Paloma with Socorro Reposado Tequila, Contratto, strawberry, lime, grapefruit, five-spice that was very sweet and garnished with a flower. You are given a card where you can mark your dim sum selections. I ordered the Shrimp Pancake, Snow Crab Ball and Chinese Sausage Sticky Rice. The standout was the shrimp pancake that had a really great texture and flavor. The snow crab ball had a strange texture with shrimp surrounding the snow crab claw. The Chinese Sticky Rice is always a favorite. Also ordered the Truffle Egg Fried rice and Birds Nest with Seasonal Vegetable. The Truffle rice is so flavorful like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Birds Nest is made with fried potato shreds which contain the a variety of vegetables including cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms and asparagus. The nest is also edible and has a crunchy texture. The presentation of the food is amazing and everything came out hot and fresh. The flavors were on point, and you can tell there's attention to detail in the preparation. Service was attentive outdoors and the pacing of dishes felt just right for a relaxed brunch. This restaurant is truly a gem whether you come for brunch or dinner service. Will definitely be back.

The flavors were spot on and delicious. The only challenge we had was that they would not allow split checks or at least partially split checks - so we spend a huge amount of time figuring out what everyone owed. I wouldn't do a large group here in the future, but I'd definitely come back for a date or small group.

Lent is a 40-day period of spiritual preparation for Easter, beginning on Ash Wednesday (symbolizing the need for repentance) and ending before Easter. Its main goals are reflection, repentance, and renewal. After observing Lent, our treat was brunch at Ciclo (Four Seasons Hotel). Ciclo hosted Easter Brunch and an Easter Egg hunt including the hotel's lake-level ballroom. The celebration included live music and lawn activities for hotel and brunch guests. The brunch included a cold buffet, hot buffet, carving station, benedict station, and dessert buffet. You also could order customized omelets from your table. Ciclo's brunch features gluten-free and vegetarian choices. OMG...the Four Season's Hotel and Ciclo restaurant looked as though a lush bright flowered garden had been quietly grown there. Flowers spilled over every surface from the hotel's entrance to the Ciclo restaurant out onto the patio. The floral arrangements were stunning. They also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. In addition, we ran into ole friends at brunch, which was a pleasant surprise. The standout for us was the lamb chops (one of my favorites) and callosal-sized shrimp. The sweet potatoes and ham were memorable as well with perfectly spiced sweet potatoes. All desserts were good today, however, the Oreo cheesecake and sugar cookies were the highlights. Our server was so attentive and pleasant. Also, Abribal, the restaurant manager, came over to inquire about dining experience. Such excellent service... Dining a Ciclo today was superb! She walked us through the cuts of meat, explained how long to grill each item, and gave honest recommendations that ended up being spot on. What really stood out was how attentive she was without hovering. Our grill was changed out promptly, drinks were refilled without us asking, and she checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect. Even during a busy service, she stayed calm, friendly, and on top of everything. Dining at a place like Gyu-Kaku can feel overwhelming if it's your first time, but Genevieve made the whole experience seamless and fun. Excellent service truly elevates a meal, and she absolutely did that for us. We'll definitely be back!

It's got everything you dread, if only you'd had the misfortune of previously encountering them: - tiny portions - few staff who are MIA half the time, notably the half when you need them - poor guidance on cool times and ordering Seriously, I watched a table of grown men struggle to keep it together while their untouched pitcher of beer sweat its way to room temp. You've got to bring your A-game, and maybe a handful of very attractive women, if you hope to succeed here.

This place is so worth it. The turkey was 12/10. It was nothing like I have ever had. It had flavor and was juicy like chicken. The pulled pork was 10/10. The slaw was not much to my liking but the beans and potato salad were good. There were cups for free water. They had vinegar, normal, espresso, and spicy barbecue sauce. I do not normally like barbecue sauce but Franklins is great. The spicy one was perfect. Overall, I thought waiting an hour was great. With the food we were able to get I understood why people wait hours. I recommend bringing a water for the wait and comfortable shoes while you wait in line.

The potato salad is more of a mustard base, and cole slaw isn't too wet but I filled up on everything else and didn't eat much of it. After we finished eating, we even got a tour of the smokers! She showed up 5 or so min later and took our food order - she even wrote it down. 20 min go by and she asked if we were ready to order. We told her we already had and she asked us to remind her what got & walked off in a rush. I had to use the restroom so I went the same direction and saw her feverishly punching in our order because she had completely forgot. We then didn't see her again until well after we were done and looking around for our check. We again had to ask someone to find her. We chalked it all up to an off day and do hope she was ok!
