All nestled in top of a freshly made corn tortilla. I found out it was still hot when I tried to pick it up. No matter, I moved a bit of the nestled tapa topping to let the steam escape. In the second attempt, success led to an amazing combination of crunch, cheese, tender pulled meat with diced onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa... Twilight Zone experience. I could not believe the activity over there. What looks like a gravel driveway and a couple of food trucks is a destination for the weekend. We don't usually get out much these days, but I am a big fan of Halal. This seems to be the only Halal food, the side of Austin, which was very exciting. If you haven't tried it, go head over there and give it a try. They gave me a couple of samplings which really turned me in that favor. And if you like spicy food, I say pour on the hot sauce. I double dare you! in San Francisco I always order a combination over rice. They have something very similar and very rich in flavor. When the nights warm up a little bit more, I will spend my time eating over there. They have several picnic tables. it's all lit up and they have board games.
