Roughly 5 to 6 minutes later a different waitress walks up and asked me if I had been taken care of, I told her someone took my drink order but that was roughly five or six minutes or so ago so that waitress went and grabbed my drink order. Roughly about 5-6 more minutes went by and the second lady comes back and says thatshe is going to take my order to help out my original waitress. I was able to place my order. I stopped my original waitress as she walked by and asked her if she would give me some southwest ranch with my order . She told me to remind her whenever my order came out. Well, when my order came out, the general manager (a guy) actually brought my food out, and I asked him if he could get me an order of southwest ranch. Approximately 15 minutes later, no one had came to my table so I had to stop my original waitress and tell her to cancel the southwest ranch order because I was already done with my food. Not one time did anyone asked to refill my drink. Not one time did anyone come by to check on me. And the general manager never returned to my table. (Which I would have at least expected him to apologize for never grabbing my requested ranch). I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy, but they were not super busy and I was literally by myself. I will make sure to never come to this restaurant again. Just felt like they didn't seem to think I deserved much attention since I was by myself. I still tipped them only because I know they are there to make money. This is a nice location to kick back and relax. The food is consistent with BW3 and that's all I expect. Not the greatest, not the worst. They are located on 41st street right off I-44 in the back yard of this BOK Financial Center we've been working at. I usually recommend the wing specials (bone-in on Tuesday; boneless on Thursday). Tonight, however, I chased down a Southwest Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I think this is exactly how I'd make it if I was making a Philly sandwich. Thin sliced prime rib in what I'd call taco seasoning, add queso cheese and some really punchy pico de gallo all on a hoagie roll. I wasn't a big fan of the natural cut French fries. No worries. My wife had the boneless wings with teriyaki. It's a milder spice with a nice Asian kick of flavor. They forgot my wife's fries but made sure to take it off the ticket. She ended up eating mine, anyway. Since it is boneless wings Thursday, it was a little busy. But they kept up! They gave us a ton of bleu cheese dressing and that earns major brownie points with me! We came during an off hour to grab something to eat and it was pretty barren inside so we were hopeful that it was going to take no time at all.
