Every time my family or I have ordered from BWW though Door Dash and Grub Hub, they have f'ed up the order and made it impossible ti resolve. Every time. Roughly 5 to 6 minutes later a different waitress walks up and asked me if I had been taken care of, I told her someone took my drink order but that was roughly five or six minutes or so ago so that waitress went and grabbed my drink order. Roughly about 5-6 more minutes went by and the second lady comes back and says thatshe is going to take my order to help out my original waitress. I was able to place my order. I stopped my original waitress as she walked by and asked her if she would give me some southwest ranch with my order . She told me to remind her whenever my order came out. Well, when my order came out, the general manager (a guy) actually brought my food out, and I asked him if he could get me an order of southwest ranch. Approximately 15 minutes later, no one had came to my table so I had to stop my original waitress and tell her to cancel the southwest ranch order because I was already done with my food. Not one time did anyone asked to refill my drink. Not one time did anyone come by to check on me. And the general manager never returned to my table. (Which I would have at least expected him to apologize for never grabbing my requested ranch). I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy, but they were not super busy and I was literally by myself. I will make sure to never come to this restaurant again. Just felt like they didn't seem to think I deserved much attention since I was by myself. I still tipped them only because I know they are there to make money. Food is good, we always sit at the bar so we always check out our favorite sports teams or fight updates. They show the UFC fights so that's always great to watch while having a drink and appetizers. It's comfortable enough here to sit there for a while. The bartender that we really like is a small thin girl that I understand to be a trainer. My wife had the boneless wings with teriyaki. It's a milder spice with a nice Asian kick of flavor. They forgot my wife's fries but made sure to take it off the ticket. She ended up eating mine, anyway. Since it is boneless wings Thursday, it was a little busy. But they kept up! They gave us a ton of bleu cheese dressing and that earns major brownie points with me! The food was great! What wasn't great how long it took to get here with only one other table seated in the entire place. After bringing out of food they forgot ranch, sour cream, and guac. Hmm. Not sure that I'm a fan of this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. We've gone to the one on 71st multiple times and have always had a good time. We came during an off hour to grab something to eat and it was pretty barren inside so we were hopeful that it was going to take no time at all. We had a preliminary waitress who took our drink order, but didn't know anything on tap since she wasn't old enough and stated "I'm the wrong person to ask". The second waitress we had was on her game and provided excellent service the rest of the time we were there. There were about 10 waitress all who seemed to be under the age of 21 hanging around the hostess station and throughout the dining area, but no food was being served. We watched as more people filtered in, but still no food was coming out for anyone. After 30 minutes, we finally received our meals where I ordered 12 wings and my boyfriend had a pulled pork sandwich. The meal itself was fine, but not the greatest.
