This location has always been on par for some fresh hot wings. Which is good, because the service is usually miss. Wait staff that ignores you waving them down is never good for business. I have been eating at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location for over fifteen years and I have had consistently had awful service. I have held off from ever leaving a bad review because I understand how cutthroat the restaurant industry is, but after my experience tonight I had to do my due diligence. We arrived with a party of eight at 6:47 and spoke briefly with the hostess to get on the list for a table. We were told that we would be seated in twenty minutes. We were then ignored for the next hour and a forty five minutes along with a host of about twenty other individuals, with many of them leaving after the awful treatment. I understand that it's difficult running a sports bar during big sports events, but there is no excuse not to have additional servers and someone communicating with patrons. Walked in and stood around for a while waiting to be sat. We assumed it was sit yourself so we did. Bartender was friendly, efficient and knew her stuff. Food was great, the burger was cooked perfectly, not dry and was well seasoned. All of the veggies on it were fresh and the fries were hot and seasoned evenly. The bun was soft and fluffy and was surprisingly very fresh as well. Wings... fried crisp, sauced fully and not over cooked. Beer was COLD so no complaints on the food at all. My daughter took us to eat there Saturday night. It was the weirdest service we have ever gotten. Everything was late getting out, I got my food about 25 minutes before she and my husband got theirs. All the food was brought out by the kitchen except for my early meal. We had to beg for my husband's beers. After my husband waited about 20 minutes for his second beer, we asked our waiter what the problem was and he said the bar was so backed up. This specific location likes to change their hours because they are LAZY and don't want to take anymore customers. I walked in at 11:15pm on a night where they close at midnight and waited 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the hostess station just for them to say they're closed to which I replied "the door says you close at midnight". After about 10 more minutes of back and forth between the employees, and after telling me "yes we can seat you" and then turning around and saying "oh wait it says we're closed on the whiteboard", they finally denied service stating "We close in 30 minutes". If I could give a negative star review, I absolutely would. I've worked in the food service industry and I'm appalled by the way they acted and treated their customers. The only good worker they have (night shift wise) is the manager, David. As for the Mexican hostess and the rest of night shift, Do better and learn your closing procedures and store policy!!! If you can't work a customer service job correctly, do us all a favor and find a less difficult job for yourself to handle. This is an updated review...the last time we entered this location was 3 years ago. At that time the food was awful, the interior was dark, musky and in disrepair and the staff offered little service...so we swore to never return. Friends had stated that it had improved and the food was back to its old school bar food glory...so we decided to try it once more. From the moment our server, "Joe" (Joseph III, we later found out) greeted us with a bright wonderful smile, he was warm and attentive, well spoken and truly polite. We were impressed to say the least. We ordered a variety of the bar foods we loved from the past and even a new dish (to us) and were very pleased. Serving sizes seemed more than fair, everything was cooked to order and the flavors were back from the abysmal depths we had experienced the last time we entered this location. We were pleased to say the least, there is just something about good, fresh, unhealthy "bar foods" that, on occasion, warms the heart. Me and my family came to eat around here at 12:04am.. we have waited for at least an hour for our food... and everyone was receiving there food while we had to wait.
