I thought the menu was intimidating. There are so many choices and combinations. The nachos could definitely be shared. If you are looking for a casual dining experience stop here. We like the food but it takes longer and longer to get our food. We came in at 11:00 on Friday 5/23/25. It has been 30 minutes and no food yet. Has been 15 minutes since any food has come out. They keep taking orders but nothing is coming out. The food is good here but not worth being treated like this. We ate there on taco Tuesday when they discount their tacos. It was around 9pm and they close at 10. My husband loved his traditional tacos, but since this is my review, I'm going by my shredded chicken tacos. It was very small and my first bite nearly choked me. I got a huge hunk of very tough chicken that I could not chew. I had to take it out of my mouth or choke on it, so I discreetly took it out and went for another bite. I couldn't believe it, but the second bite was the same. I told the girl at the counter and she said, " they boil the chicken in a huge pot and it would be impossible to get it all shredded". This used to be our go to for Taco Tuesday. had lunch with a friend on Friday, ordered a me taco called hot honey chicken taco and I ordered a grilled shrimp taco and a drink 12.00. I was so disappointed as hot honey chicken taco was loaded with sooo much lettuce after finding my chicken it was a small chicken strip cut into 4 tiny bite sizes.. like what?? for $4.50 the grilled shrimp taco was 4 tiny sized shrimp hidden in a ton of cabbage. super disappointing and will not go back. read more

Service was great! We got our food so fast and it was delicious!!! The restaurant was clean and the wait staff were so nice.

First off KK at the register is awesome polite helpful and just gives a great experience from the time you walk in. Secondly, the kitchen staff is always great and very helpful and friendly as well. The food is great if you like street style tacos, along with a broad spectrum of other tacos and cuisine, you won't be disappointed and also the facility is very clean, including the bathrooms. I think that helps us know the condition of the kitchen which is partially open, and appears to be very well-maintained to. read more

My first time there this weekend and I was blown away by a simple taco place! I tried the limited time chicken elote tacos and made some pretty weird moaning sounds each time I took a bite. They were delicious! I had a marg on the beach which was strong and tasty. I finished my meal with Oreo churros and my oh my... soo good! We went twice this weekend! This location does not have a bar, but it does serve alcohol. When I walked in, I looked for it but it was nowhere to be found. The cashier said the location in Tyler has one (stifle a snarky remark--my hotel is a block away so doubtful I would drive 45 minutes away to go to a Fuzzy's bar). I ordered a top shelf margarita. It was well made and she gave me an extra shot of tequila in a green test tube. Funky. My tacos were as expected. My usual tacos are the spicy pork and tempura shrimp on corn. I always ask for a bottle of habañero sauce because their regular butt kickin' sauce is like sprinkling vinegar and tomato sauce on the tacos. I didn't like their borracha beans. It was too salty and tasted too soft and old. Fingers crossed I don't turn into a gas machine. I do normally like these soupy beans from other locations. They do have several TVs to watch sports. The tables were a little sticky. Staff was friendly and helpful. At 8p on a weeknight, the place seemed a bit disheveled. read more

Meh. First visit to Fuzzy's in Longview, but we've ate at them in DFW. The food is mediocre, but they include big quanities. I feel like the garlic sauce is to cover the bland taste of their food. The price is incredibly reasonable. Restaurant was not bussed well, although you could find a place to sit. The service was weird. You stand in line. When we went, it did not move quickly. We ordered four bottles (not even draft) and got our appetizers before the beer. We finally had to get our beer. The line also got long (Friday night, hello!), but they never openes another register. I've been to this establishment twice with a group on a Saturday night only to have the doors locked 45 minutes BEFORE its posted closing time. We visited this past Saturday afternoon for a quick bite this was are second time to visit. Our first visit was when they first opened and it was pretty bad. Thinking we may have better luck since it's been open a while they would had, had time to work out the kinks by now. Service was virtually none we both ordered taco plates my husband had crispy beef tacos I had fajita tacos when we picked our order up it looked great but then after the first bite we realized they must had ran out of cheese but decided to substitute feta there was so much cilantro and some gross melted cheese it was in edible. I have eaten at Fuzzy's in other locations. This one is tucked back behind the loop several blocks, so not highly visible from the main drag in Longview. Tacos are probably the best thing, next to enchiladas to get at this place. The "Burn Your Butt" sauce is great on tacos. I usually have ground beef, but the fajitas steak crunchy tacos are also very tasty. Cilantro-lime rice and Mexican potatoes are always a must for this place. I have had the refried beans before, just not from this location. Also, the chips and salsa/guacamole, is a definite MUST TRY! I love the spices they put on the tortilla chips, and the guacamole has great flavor! One ding for this place is that I do not feel they put enough lettuce in the tacos like other Fuzzy's locations do. They need to fix that. Also, my Mexican potatoes were a bit on the cold side, but since it was my lunch hour, didn't have time to have them reheat. We went during the summer and sat out on the patio at the noon hour and were totally comfortable. There is a nice breeze that blows through the side garage doors that they raise, so dining outdoors is pleasant here. Overall, a good place to eat. I think if they fix the food service issues mentioned here, would likely get me to raise to a 4th or 5th star. read more

I've been to Fuzzy's twice now and can safely say I simply don't like it. The tacos are not that good. The sauce (once you find it) is not good and the sides are awful. I don't know what they put on the chips (some sort of brown powder) but it makes them taste worse than they already are. It's in an out of the way location (for now) and I don't think there has ever been more than 8 people in the whole place the two times I've been there. Servers are nice enough but nothing can overcome the fact that the food is not that good. With Mi Casita, Tacos Goyo and other locally owned taco places, I can't see where Fuzzy's is going to make it in Longview. Frowny face. read more

Definitely our go-to place for tacos. The special ground beef nachos are always a favorite, but I recently tried the grilled veggies taco (I wasn't that hungry) and it was spectacular.. So much so that I went back to the counter and ordered another when I was finished. The second one was made a little differently than the first but still delicious. This was the first time eating here and wow, the food was fantastic! I had the grilled shrimp burrito which was delicious and the hubby had the fajita chicken quesadilla which was amazing! Neither were spicy, which is perfect for me, but they can easily be spiced up if desired. I almost forgot to mention the portions are very generous and reasonably priced. (We spent just under $20) The decor leans towards industrial cantina and proudly displays a huge American flag. Everything is nice and clean. There is some upbeat music playing, but it's not blaring so conversation is easy. There are several tv's but they are not distracting. We are looking forward to visiting often so that we can explore the menu in depth. Can't wait to try their breakfast tacos. We fell in love with Fuzzy's in Texarkana and we're so excited to see it only 45 min away in Longview! Our office manager ordered us 6 chicken and 6 beef tacos (which the menu says includes garlic sauce but personal experience shows the cooks forget to include this on ANYTHING) with garlic sauce so she made sure to ask for it ON THE TACOS. She also ordered 6 cheese enchiladas and 2 orders of queso for our office lunch. (Did I mention the 45 min trip to get said special lunch?) We got the tacos, about 40% had any sauce on them, and the chicken was DRY. The enchiladas were covered in garlic sauce but no queso (as they are supposed to come). And she only got 1 of 2 queso orders. Called to complain and the manager (second person she had to talk to after asking for a manager) offered to replace the meal. Picked up the replacement today and the staff and on duty manager gave our Team Lead a major attitude about the fresh order as well as only 1of 2 queso, again. I'll update tomorrow if the replacement was correct but I think we may stick to special trips to Texarkana for our Fuzzy's... read more

We always like some tacos. JG score for our visit a couple weeks ago was 4/10 (+1.5 for food, +0.5 for atmosphere, +1 for price, 0 for no Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for typical service and +1 for we would return) The California Heat was our favorite taco. Tempura Shrimp, avocado, bacon and spicy heat make it the best taco we had. Spicy Pork was our 2nd favorite and Shredded Brisket taco was dry and our least favorite= it needed the "Butt Burning" sauce from the table that was not really hot at all but added flavor. Before our tacos, we had a bowl of Queso with chorizo and a basket of chips powdered with a red and spicy powder and these were very good together. The atmosphere is like others in the franchise and nice with the outdoor sitting area with the raised garage type doors was where we sat. Lot's of TVs too. The TVs were on "Divorce Court" but thankfully they changed it to the NFL. Our table looked like a surfboard. The price was under $15. No Diet Dr Pepper, only Diet Coke or Coke Zero. The service was typical. We would go back sometime. It was good. read more
