I have enjoyed Fuzzy's in Richardson and was happy to see them come to Longview. I really wasn't overly impressed by them in the past but after having visited this location a few times I have become more of a fan. The baja aka street tacos are well done and are not too pricey. What I have recently discovered is the quesadillas. These are large and full of meat. On my last visit I tried to pork quesadillas and it was even better than the chicken. Learning how to order here is something that takes time. Much like other taco restaurants that have several menu items, you have to learn what items are and how to order what you want. I notice that most customers have trouble ordering and have to ask questions of the person taking the orders. You wait in line to make your order and when you have a few people with you it can take a moment to sort it all out. I have finally gotten used to the menu and Fuzzys is becoming a frequent stop for us. I suggest either the queso or the picante sauce appetizer. Both are not very expensive and come with fresh chips. Don't forget the cups are refillable on your next visit. read more

Had it for the first time a couple of nights ago. Definitely not a fan. The ground beef taco's were the absolute most bland, tasteless tacos I've ever had. Seriously, shouldn't there be some type of seasoning in the meat? That was my first and last time I'll waste money on the food. Fuzzy's is a bit of a dive. You can build your own bowl, burrito, taco, or whatever. Choose your meat, sides, and veggies. The chips are hot, though, and it's good enough without being overly expensive. I would give it 3.5 stars, if it were an option. read more

This place is okay. The food was okay. The gentleman who took my order didn't know the menu or the policies. And the kicker: they charge for salsa. Without it, my food was bland, so I asked for some, got the run-around, and finally was told I needed to buy it. I don't know why I'd go here again when there are better options. read more

Today was our first visit to Fuzzy's and I am definitely going to be retiring to try more of the menu out. It was very clean and the staff were nice and attentive. Making sure our meal was ok and if we needed anything else. Breakfast is served all day and they serve beer as well as margaritas. You should give it a try !! You won't be disappointed. I had the breakfast burrito with potato's bacon - eggs - cheese and salsa. My husband had huevos ranchero and loved it. read more

We went on Wednesday for their margaritas and apps. The margaritas tasted like watered down lime icee and ended up only ordering guac and chips. The guac was great, but chips were stale. We ended up going to OTB and had a much better experience and way better drinks. Went back again with my husband for their tacos and the meat was miniscule and hidden by all the veggies. The tacos here are great and affordable. The nachos are huge and they could seriously feed 2 people. They are covered in their queso and I reccomend the fajita chicken nachos. The service is kind of weird, and I personally dont think you should tip them because you buy your food at the counter, pick up your food, and throw it away. So last night my wife and I, we are by the way am an older couple, walked into the shop in Longview Texas. I was not wearing a mask and have a badge that I wear describing my condition that prohibits the wearing of a mask. I did not even carry a mask but my wife had hers. My wife was in front of me and placed her order but when I approached the counter we were denied being able to finish ordering because I was not wearing a mask. I showed my badge and explained that I had a condition but to no avail. I looked around the place and the closest table to us had people without mask and in fact every table in the place had people without mask even though they were not all eating or drinking at that time. There were even people walking around picking up orders without mask. After pressing a little and starting to video what was going on we were offered that we could be escorted to a side patio to even be able to finish placing our order. I ask if they were treating us differently because of my condition and they insisted that they were not when it was obvious they were. I videoed all of this and realize that if anybody out there has any disability that Fuzzy's Taco does not want your business or if they do they will harass you and treat you differently than the other people coming in. I made the decision to leave because honestly I thought our food might be compromised if we went ahead and ordered and also I do not like being singled out for a condition that I cannot help. I will be dealing with this in the appropriate manner and handling everything in a very civil legal fashion while continuing to uphold my rights to have the same treatment as others. To top it all off, I ate there two times in the last two - three weeks when my wife was out of town and did not even have my badge with me but was allowed to order and eat without harassment when I explained my situation. We left and went to a locally owned restaurant and had no problem and actually had a better meal than they serve. My message would be to eat at the local places and do not support corporate businesses that put policies in place that discriminate against people and are not even consistent from visit to visit. read more

Used to love this place, especially the taco platter and the combo platter. They always gave you enough without overdoing it like regular Mexican restaurants have a habit of doing. Went there a couple of days ago and got the Taco Platter. I could have gone to Taco Bell and gotten better. Tacos looked smaller and were half filled. The serving of refried beans and Mexi rice wouldn't fill a soup spoon. Made a comment to the guys behind the line who acted like they could care less. Employees in the past have always been nice and try to please, not this time. Is this place under new management. It'll probably be a while before I go back. read more

Really good tacos and burritos. It's no Torchy's, but it is head & shoulders above any of the Longview area fast food taco shacks. The burrito smothered in queso is really tasty and will feed two people. The cold beer in ice cold mugs is great as well. read more

The food was just so so. More than that I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. When we arrived the hallway you walk down to make your order was completely blocked with boxes. We had to maneuver through the restaurant to get to the order station. We also had difficulty finding a clean table. Either they had dirty dishes on them or had not been wiped down. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I informed the person at the register that this was my 1st visit and she didn't say anything, just a blank stare and offered no assistance. We ordered chips and queso but didn't know to give the ticket to the kitchen and wait for the chips, therefore our queso was cold. I was appalled that other customers were able to paw thru food sitting at the kitchen pick up area. When our food arrived, we had no salsa and we asked the young lady at the register and she replied that it costs extra, we said no problem, again the blank stare. Tried Fuzzy's last night and went into it knowing they were new. The two girls taking orders were sweet but having computer input issues with another patron wanting to customize her enchiladas. The guy who was expediting at the window got it worked out and even offered that woman a free taco to make up for the issues. The chips and queso came out so fast, and tasted great! Couldn't quite pinpoint what the seasoning was on the chips but it was okay. The food also came out relatively fast, considering how busy they were. The chicken tacos had no flavor, the brisket taco was amazing but they put an exorbitant amount of cilantro on it and left off tomatoes at my request, husband really enjoyed the tempura shrimp tacos. Borracho beans tasted like someone dumped a whole can of beer into them right before plating. Mix-mex rice was nothing to write home about, I actually ordered the cilantro rice but they gave me the wrong kind - I'm sure if I had spoken up they would have corrected it, but I figured I would give it a try anyway.
