Outstanding service and friendly waitress who took care of our every need. Large group who thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

What more can be said about Chili's other than it is the standard Mexican cuisine that everyone goes to for great tasting food that doesn't hurt the wallet. Depending on what time of day you go, you can expect the crowd side to be anywhere between mild to moderate. Out of the 15 times that I've been here, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The staff are very attentive and will always make sure you don't go dry on your refill. Chili's is focused on showing sport games by the bar area hence the ambiance in the establishment is very sporty oriented. I ordered a steak with loaded mash and by grilled asparagus. The steak was medium rare which I liked very much. Beautifully seasoned, had a nice char to it. The loaded mash was delightful, it almost had this creamy airy consistency to it. The asparagus had good flavor but it had much to be desired I believe it was over cooked. I continue to come back here because of the good food and amazing service. read more

My food looked and tasted like it had been cooked a week before and just sat and got hard. I could not even bite into the wings they were so hard. The big mouth bites were disgusting and tasted very bad. I will not be eating there again and was mad that I had to pay high price for such crap. read more

Terrible. The service sucks, the kitchen sucks, the management sucks. They will argue with you tooth and nail over the complaints. Guacamole had the rine and the steam end in it. My steak was less than rare.. "oh that's medium" The shrimp was cold. The drinks have pure sweet and sour. I really wish I could give -5 stars. Kilgore finest trash works here. read more

We decided to try chillis Kilgore one last time last night. No better than 6 months ago. The wait staff bar one or two try so hard to make the visit enjoyable . The your greeter girl does a great job as do the hard working stuff. But the food sucks. Our order was wrong again! Plus they've stuck they're prices up a gain. _$117 bucks Inc tip for ribs a beer for 2! Forget it. We had planned to go to back porch but it was closed for July 4. Take my advice BP prices are great. The food is great. Try the chicken fried steak and green beans the best I've tasted in 20 years. Forget chillis they've now got some real competition in Kilgore at last. The remodeled Back Porch is the place too be. At this rate chillis will gone soon .. read more

We enjoy eating at Chili's, both dining in and ordering for pick up. They have a varied menu with lots of choices.

We eat about once a week at chilis and have sampled many of the menu items. My favorite isthe salmon, which is prepared with two sauces, neither of which I can remember the name of. But I order it with the asparagus, and must have eaten this dish about two or three hundred times. Needless to say, it's good! I want to make a special shout out to our friend Samantha and her cohort for their attentiveness and hustle. We eat out a lot and chilis in Kilgore has earned a spot in our rotation, a lot due to the service. That and the bad to the bone margaritas. read more

It has been awhile since I had a great old timer burger like the one I had today at this location. The double patty old timer was fresh off the grill! The server William was very attentive to my group. The service and the food was great! read more

Ah, good old Chili's. I've eaten at Chili's more in the last 4 months than I ever have in the first 30 years of my life since we started our project in Kilgore. This place always seems pretty busy during lunch time and is one of the top go-to places for dinner and drinks in the evenings. It's like every other Chili's - laid back atmosphere with a pretty varied menu. My experience here has always been good, and today was no different. Our server was very attentive, keeping our drinks full and constantly checking in. The food was great. I had the Old Timer Burger with a black bean veggie patty - my favorite dish when I come here! We will certainly continue to come here during our time in Kilgore. read more

We had dinner tonight at Chili's in Kilgore this was the 3rd time and final time to eat at this location. Let's start we get our waitress she takes our drinks come back and takes our order. Then she disappears for the rest of the night. The service was horrible and either messed up the order or forgot to get our order out right. Tonight I had the 3 for me. The soups came out fine but my appetizer did not. Next the food came out I had to ask the runner about it. I am done eating when it finally shows up. I ask to talk to a manger he or she never came to my table. I paid for the meal and we left. At the door I was greeted by the manager and I told him what happen and was apologetic about the situation because he was never told about it. I am not sure if anything will be done about it but is sure is disappointing when they have good flavoring on the food but the service is horrible. I always leave at least 10% as a minimum but tonight was such a disappointment and the fact that I could not speak to a manager made it even worse. read more

I give this Chili's location in Kilgore TX a 5 star but with an asterisk...my 6 oz sirloin with grilled avacado and asparagus was delicious, but the house salad I ordered extra was difficult to eat in such a very small bowl...I was had preferred it in the dish it normally comes...I hope this isn't how I'll get my salad from here on out. read more

Buddies and I had some samplers while we watched some basketball. Very delicious! Will recommend their friend pickles to!

We enjoyed the food. Service was friendly and timely. Quaint ambiance. We will go there again.

The food was great, the service was great. The only major issue was the very loud explicit music coming from the kitchen. It was so loud that Shazam picked the music being played from the kitchen over the music from the main speakers. read more

What a great place for lunch.. The Siesta burger was Awesome. The waitress did a great job checking on us throughout our lunch. The atmosphere is wonderful and the prices are resonable. Most definitely will return 5 Star :-) I do think you could work on the temperature of the draft beers, I couldn't finish mine because it didnt seem to be cold when I received it. Secondly let's not forget about Covid-19 precautions...‍‍‍ The gloves in my opinion are unnecessary because she couldn't sanitize after touching "everything". How about sanitizing station through out the restraunt? Seems more sanitary. ** Keep up the Great Work Guys!!** read more

When we visit Kilgore, we always stay in the Comfort Suites. After long days full of family, we often end up stopping by Chili's for drinks and to recover :-D Sure, you can get Chili's almost everywhere and there is better Tex Mex in Kilgore, but the service here is fantastic! The team there always takes great care of us and is always patient with my crazy family. My grandfather said when eating their chili burger, "there sure is a lot of meat in this here burger!" A hearty recommendation that makes sense when you remember he's eaten a lifetime of mini #3s at the Char-burger (which we also love, but very different)! Oh and of course, Nancy is the best!! read more

i left my $50 water bottle there and they threw it away. like straight up just threw it away because i accidentally left it there, and then i called the manager worked there and he said 'im sorry you left your water bottle here but thats not our fault.' i tipped half my bill too which i regret. totally rude staff and i hope the manager gets fired truthfully, ive never had a ruder phone interaction in my life. read more

One if the best Chili's franchises I have ever been to. Food is always hot, staff is always friendly, and drinks are always refilled quickly. Way better option than many chain sit down restaurants. read more

I have been a pretty regular customer for a few years. It's been one of the best places in Kilgore to eat until today. 12.28.19. The broccoli was going bad and the potato chunks in the loaded mashed potatoes weren't cooked. The coslaw had a weird taste to it and when we talked to the manager he said it was lemon juice they put in it... this has been at least the second or third time this week that we have came here and each time I gave gotten the coslaw so it's hard to believe it changed that drastically. The steak my husband ordered was raw and when taken back they cooked on one side and when it came back out half was cooked a bit more and half tasted fishy... yuck! The manager was nice about our concerns but I would recommend staying away from this chili's for awhile... well give it another try in a few months when things have settled hopefully. read more

The CHILI'S IN KILGORE isn't anything like the chili's I remember. The food is just shy of being on the same level as drive thru fast food. Gone way down hill in my opinion. I started going to chili's in the 70s in Houston. Over the years it got better and better....... but not anymore. It's barely recognizable. Wont be getting my money. read more

I love getting Chili's to-go curbside. Especially here. It's always so easy to get my food & it always tastes amazing! I choose to-go since the only negative I have about Chili's is the inability to enjoy dinner with someone eating in the restaurant because it's always so loud. It feels like I have to scream for them to hear me. read more

We live in Tyler but happened to be in Kilgore last night with my family... decided to pop in for dinner. Place was a little busy.. requested a booth and they quickly cleaned one off for us. Ordered drinks and appetizers.. rec'd quickly! A full restaurant but a short wait. The atmosphere was great, service fast and consistent, and the food was good as always. Good portions and quick friendly service! This place is especially busy at lunch time, but fortunately empties out just as fast.

Suppa with the bride! On average, this location is just average. There! I said it. ... However, the last few visits have shown some improvement. We always try to dine in the bar area. The waiter last time was good. The waitress this time was real good. She didn't crowd us but was timely. The beer mug was filled timely. Ask for Liz! The food was pretty good. We had the 2 for $20. We had the 2 new items, some chicken dish and the butter sirloin. I wasn't disappointed. Heck! I originally marked this a 3 star. I'll move to 4 star. I'm just feeling good! read more

First of all I want to say that I loOoOove the waiters and waitresses at this location! (Connor!) Now to the food... It's as good (or bleh) as any other chilis I've ever been to. Both of my parents worked for Brinker for over 15 years and managed plenty of Brinker restaurants so I have been to many a chili's. The chicken tenders are a classic, and wings over buffalo. I love all the classic menu items but am not too fond of the new menu items. Food usually comes out hot and fresh, which is almost a rarity now-a-days. The drinks... Are... Well... Weak. Once I think my order was confused for juice... One time it was brought to the manager's attn and he fixed it... Then remembered us the next time we came in... Lol. And the next time it happened, the bartender told us we could buy an extra shot. Hmmph :/ Come for food and deserts and excellent wait staff, not drinks. Ordered lunch through the online site via Yelp. Said it would be ready in 30 mins. Figured it was a busy lunchtime so I didn't have a problem with that. I was 5 mins late and this is the crap I picked up! VERY dry patties, bun & fries felt like they went in the microwave! Now I remember why I haven't been here in almost 3 yrs. Be dang sure I won't ever go back!! Didn't want to post any star but it won't let me so I TRULY give this place ZERO stars!!! read more

Five cus, Dustin and Kathy! This water and manager are the best since forever. The food is Chili's + meaning real good Chili's. This place gets slammed so the wait can be a bit crap. The quality fluctuates with the cook on duty. They may be slow but they are attentive and when there is a good cook they kick ass and bubble gum it all the way home. Best Restaurant in Kilgore. We were in Kilgore this weekend for a wedding. Went into Chilis about 10pm for a late dinner. I must be spoiled as this is simply the worst Chilis I have ever been in. There was a pile of dirty glasses(18) next to me on the bar. I nearly left as I waited nearly 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence at the bar. When the bartender finally appeared I placed a drink order and waited another 7 to 8 minutes for my beverage. The bar top was dirty, looking like it had not been wiped of in a few hours. As I sat there i looked around and the facilities looked like a good cleaning was in order. The staff seemed to be more interested in the latest gossip rather than taking care of their customers! Having been in retail management I would be very disappointed in the staff if i was responsible for them! Next time in Kilgore I will find a drive-through. read more

While I can review the service and atmosphere here at the Chili's, Kilgore, I cannot review the food because service was so bad, we had to walk out without ordering anything to eat. I have never given a one star review before, but I guess there is a first time for everything. We went in for a late-night meal. We hadn't been to Chili's in quite awhile and needed a little time to look over the menu. Our server came up three times in a row in the first five minutes, trying to take our order before we were ready. We very politely asked him each time to give us a few more minutes as we wanted to look the menu over first. He was extremely rude, walked off, and never returned. Twenty minutes later, we walked out, while he was sitting at a booth with friends talking away. In addition, the tables and chairs were sticky and the floor messy. Needless to say, we can't comment on the food. If we had been given a different server, our experience could have been totally different. read more

My wife and I have been eating at Chili's for 40 years all over the state and have never had a bad meal. This trip was real close to bad. She had the Southern Smokehouse Burger for $11.39. For that price it should have been a little special but it wasn't. It was basically lacking flavor even with all the stuff piled on it. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta for $12.49. They need to rename it to Cajun Pasta because it was sure lacking in the chicken part. I had to dig around to find the 4 or 5 pieces of chicken. It was also a disappointment. Our waiter's name was BJ, I think, since he mumbled so much. He did not smile the entire time spent at our table. He could at least fake it. Giving this trip an average rating is being nice. We were not happy. read more
