Terrible customer service for a loyal consumer. I see why their reviews are so bad for this specific location across multiple platforms. Ordered tonight through a 3rd party, and the same plate I eat every time I visit is EXTREMELY spicy and incredibly salty. It has never had any spice (I'm sensitive and take appropriate caution). As in, the chef made a mistake and fired it out anyway. DD refused a redelivery or refund, as I was honest that I received the right order. I called the store directly, explained thoroughly, and asked if I could return it and pick up a new and correct order before they close. After politely arguing around 4x, telling the manager what DD said, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is not true - they could give a courtesy re-fire for a loyal customer, but refused. Wasted $30 for nothing. The cook is either a poor employee or bound to know they messed up and sent it out anyway. read more

She got our menus, and started walking to the bar, mom asked her if we could sit away from the bar and you would think we insulted her in a major way. My food was disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The meat was tough and tasteless, the bread hard and dry, no sauce or cheese which a Philly cheesesteak should have cheese! And barely any onions and peppers. Everyone else's food was delicious. My mom got the California chicken sandwich with fries. My best friend go the California chicken flatbread without bacon. I couldn't choke down any more of my nasty food so my best friend shared hers with me. We got Pizookie's which were delicious. I think I've had just about enough of BJ's. I went there and got the Soup and Salad, with Broccoli Cheddar soup in a Bread Bowl and a Caesar salad with a root beer. The soup itself was okay, it just needed more flavor like some bacon or at least some more seasoning like Cajun seasoning or salt and pepper. I know it's a gluten-sensitive dish, but some things need gluten. The bread bowl was, for all intents and purposes, a publicity stunt. I've never had to put salt on a piece of bread before for it to taste better. The Caesar salad was good, but why should I pay more money for Caesar salad at BJ's when I could just make it at home? You tell me, BJ's. That's another thing. This place is overpriced for what you get. I looked at the pastas on the menu. Over $20 for spaghetti and meatballs. I've had it in the past, and I can do that at home for cheaper. Even the Italian restaurants I've been to in the area don't charge that much. Also, service was slow to get anything, including the to-go order we put in. There were maybe five or six tables full in the whole restaurant, so they were not busy. One thing that really concerns me is that the food server didn't carry our meal out on a tray. She just carried the plates in her arms. That's not safe. I'm going through a food manager's course at the time of this review, and food can become contaminated that way. They carried out orders for bigger tables on trays, so why can't they do it for me? When I walked to the restroom, I saw the other waiters just casually talking as if the dirty tables didn't need to be bussed. The only reason this review doesn't get a one star is because the food wasn't disgusting. Sorry, but I've had better experiences at other restaurants that I prefer. read more

Where do I start off? I know, thanks to the most wonderful person who works here, shout out to Genesis! Thank you, you have been the most polite and sweet person who served us; ever actually! So besides the HUGE shout out to her, the food was immaculate! We ordered the 'Ahi Poke' and thank Goodness we did because it was so fresh, delicious and amazing! I will order this dish again and again honestly. Then we got the 'Fried Couscous Mac and Cheese Balls' which were great as well. For Dinner my husband got 'BJ's Kickin Chicken Sandwich' which he very much enjoyed! The chicken was a bit dry but he didn't mind because it was so good overall. Personally, I got the 'Enlightened Pacific Poke Soba Noodles' and to tell you the truth, this is the ONLY Specialty Entree that I will be ordering again. The ahi tuna was more fresh than I've had in a while and the buckwheat soba noodles were delicious at room temperature (slightly on the colder side) perfect as a creamy noodle ahi tuna salad 'type'! It's not a hot meal! (Which I liked a lot). My goodness best thing I've had, wish I knew the recipe and how they made this so I can make it myself for dinner. An incredible selection of craft brews in everyone's preferred styles and flavors. Their brewery produces excellent beer across all the genres of beer, and their bartenders work a little Mixology to bring about some more good brews. My favorite is the Red Buffalo which is a mix of their Jeremiah Red and Tatonka Stout. It enhances the already great flavor of the Jeremiah Red and reduces the heaviness of the Tatonka Stout. This has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I've experienced in about ten years. Two couples came tonight, a Saturday, and it wasn't that crowded. We ordered two pizzas and three salads with drinks. It took a while for the drinks to arrive, but a little over an hour for one of the pizzas and one of the salads to arrive; the other pizza came twenty minutes later and was the wrong order - still nothing on the two Caesar salads. The incorrect pizza was sent in for a re-do, the pizza that arrived correct was cold (obviously sitting for a while). The comedy continued - the "redo" pizza came out thirty minutes later, followed by (finally) the Caesar salads. Our waitress, Cheyenne, attributed it to them being slammed - despite it not being crowded - although she seemed to have a lot of time to visit with other tables, deliver their food, and turn the other tables. We finally asked for our check- that took another 25 minutes - and the late and "redo" food that were promised to be taken off the check were still on there, including a third pizza order for their mistake. It took some time to get the check corrected. I don't know if this is prevalent within tis specific location of BJ's or if Cheyenne is just a bad server. Regardless, I would highly recommend you avoid coming to this restaurant. read more

BJ's is one of our favorite places to each. Great food, They have wonderful gluten free options, and calorie continuous choices. We always love the atmosphere. Tonight we came in with a bigger party. The hostesses worked to get are party seated right away. We had the best server (Bree) that we have ever had. We always have great service, but Bree was very sweet and helpful.
