One of the Worst chicken sandwich's I have ever had. Completely flavorless with grease still dripping from it - needed to dry it off before throwing it on the bun (not that it would have helped) Ranch tasted watered down. Waitress didn't seem to want to even be there - attitudes showed through the entire time. if I could do a half star I would, our table had words like "fu*k you" and "fu*k" carved into it. when I first grabbed the drink menu I noticed it was greasy and planned on asking for another one while looking at the drinks and turning it to different sides it turns out the greasy feeling was spaghetti that was dried onto the front of the drink menu. my double glazed ribs looked like they were a dry rub my fiances "omcheese burger" that is covered in cheese had maybe 3 pieces of sprinkle cheese. **Great Food and Excellent Service** We arrived to a very quiet restaurant. We ordered our food quickly and received it just as quick. There was a small hiccup with the temperature of the food and it was resolved with no hesitation. The way an issue is resolved really stands out to me. We enjoyed a platter of appetizers, the kid's Mac and cheese and the brownie dessert. It was generously portioned, full of flavor and greatly priced. Our server was responsible for every table seated in the restaurant. Although she was pulled in many different directions, she still took great care of my family. There are much better options out there. Table and seats were wet when seated. Our waiter was missing most of the time; he never brought refills. Another waitress checked on our section more than him. Backyard blackberry lemonade had zero alcohol in it. Restroom floor is both sticky & slippery. Place was not crowded, yet our food took a lon g time to come out. Place was not crowded, yet they seated people in the same area so it felt uncomfortably packed, while I'm looking at empty sections. The food was way too expensive for the experience of slow service, the tiny booth, & loud people seated around us. The most irritating part is my teenage son was doing the endless wings, etc. When they finally brought his first plate (a few little ribs), he immediately told them to get another ready. He was done eating the few pieces in minutes, & we waited 20 min before the second plate ever came out. He again told them he's going to have another, he's done with his plate in minutes (tiny portions to reduce waste - that's reasonable) and sitting and waiting close to 20 min for the next plate. This happened each time he'd get another plate - lots of sitting & waiting with no food. By the time he got his 3rd plate, the rest of us were finished with our meals. I guess the plan is to have him waiting so he'll start filling up on our food first lol. We had to stay at the restaurant waaaay longer than necessary, just because he had to wait so long between plates. And no, he didn't eat a ton - the amount he finally ate was the same as what you'd get with a regular entree. Positives: Our food was fine, the 2 women taking over for our waiter's tables were helpful, and the hostess was really nice. I hope management is aware of who is doing the work & appreciates them adequately. read more

My bf and I got the 2 for $25. I had sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. He had the cheeseburger with fries. Mozzarella sticks for appetizer. All of it was great. But very confused by the service. Our "server" took our order and brought us our drinks...She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and never once smiled. Then a different server brought us our appetizer then ANOTHER person brought us our meals. Then our original server checked on us once before bringing the ticket. Had no idea where the tip was going because nobody deserved it! On top of all this, my bf was putting our son in his car seat. A hostess SQUEEZED between him and the table behind us(very tight space) to sit another couple. No excuse me, didn't even look at us. I've been coming here often with my friends. We are always having fun and a good time, until tonight. Someone from another table heard me mention I was gay and complained to the staff we were being "to loud". We weren't, we were just as loud as everyone else in the place. After that the staff and manager was being rude to us. They kept staring at us the whole night and was rushing us out. Our waitress was at least nice to us and we believe she was rushing because the manager was telling her to. The whole time we were there, the manager was sitting down, either on her phone or staring at me and my table. By far the worst experience I've ever had in Longview! The waitress didn't want to serve us any alcohol at all. The manager stated we had too much alcohol and we only had 2 drinks. The food was (ok) but took over 45 minutes to an hour to receive. But we as customers were wrong because they were under staffed! We didn't know to use an iPad or whatever the device was to pay. Had not eaten here since Pandemic beg an but decided to try it yesterday. Ordered a grilled club sandwich. Had a good taste but within a few minutes the bread became so soggy that it fell apart and was not edible. Iced tea was so weak it tasted like water and was warm. Had to ask for extra ice to chill it down. Salad was limp lettuce with two halves of a cherry tomato and a few pieces of shredded cheese which cost $2.50 extra. Second, after a few bites into my burger I found that the paper patty wrapper was still on the patty!! I ordered the steak quesadillas. After I ate the first "section," I realized there wasn't much meat in them. I opened up the other sections and was shocked - there were 2-3 very small pieces of meat along the edge to make it look like there was a lot of steak and nothing inside but cheese and tomatoes. Took 10 minutes for our cocktail drinks to reach the table, once my drink reached the table automatically seen a long black hair inside my drink. My drink was removed, but not remade UNTIL I politely asked the bartender if they was working on my drink after 15 minutes past (because we had no idea where our waitress was) the bartender responded "Oh it was suppose to be remade?"
