Put in order for curbside and went to pick up my order almost an hour later, since I live out of town and drove all that way to pick it up, called and told them I was picking up the order and they told me they would bring it right out. 20 minutes later I called because they still didn't bring out my order and they told me yes we will bring it it right now. 10 minutes later with both my kids screaming I still didn't get my food. I call back to talk to the manager and she said that my order was made as a future order and that it wasn't ready, which on my receipt it was a pick up ASAP order. So if even the manager lies because they can't get my order out to me within a timely manner then they don't deserve my business. I canceled my order and ate elsewhere! read more

The service was awful. It took us nearly two hours and it was completely unnecessary. Kaylee was our server and she started out great, but turned for the worst. After appetizers, she went MIA and didn't take our order for a very long time. Again disappeared and we were sitting, waiting on the check. My and my 1 year old daughter left while my husband stayed back to find a manager and pay out. After finding a manger, the service didn't get any better. The manager didn't accommodate the whole table, only did the minimum or what he was asked. As you looked around, you could easily tell each table was upset with the service. Man what a disappointment. My wife and I went there Sunday to watch football. I would assume a franchise like this had better standards. The place was filthy. The floors were so dirty i could see the food and grease on the carpet. The tile was so greasy my wife almost fell in the ladies bathroom. Both bathrooms were filthy and smelled like urine. Every time someone opened the bathroom door you could smell urine coming from the bathrooms at our table. We ended up spending 90 bucks and left at halftime to escape the odor and filth. I normally don't do this but the service was terrible. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what.. but my waitress wasn't very helpful. I had to wait for my food for an hour and a half, I never got refills for my drinks, never got napkins or silverware until I was partly done eating and she never checked on us once. This place is terrible and for some reason we have returned several times over thinking it might be better but then regretted the decision to return. The staff is unpolished and the waitress we had this time was gruff and unwilling to do anything above and beyond. Every question we asked was met with resistance and a condescending tone. We asked for all flats and were told she couldn't do it. We once ordered all Flats and they came out mixed. The food took about 45 minutes. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, and boats for out individual food. We asked for a hefeweizen beer and she said I don't think we have that. She couldn't even pronounce it or knew what it was. My perception is she just didn't even try to ask. This is an establishment with a vast variety I beers, the staff should be familiar with them. Every time we have been there, our dirty salad plates are left at the table along with any paper trash from our napkin rings to straw wrappers. There was a lot if trash on the floor under the booth we sat in. One time our order was so messed up and we told the manager how greatly disappointed we were, we were offered no compensation or gratis. Had their Medium Traditional wings as I've usually ordered at other locations. They were spiced as if they were Hot and drenched in sauce. A very unpleasant experience. On the other hand the server was extremely friendly and helpful. Asked if he could do anything about the wings but we decided we could take them home and wash the sauce off and reheat. I had only been to one other Buffalo Wild Wings before, in Dallas, and after I had mixed feelings about that one, I figured I would give this one a go while waiting for a movie to begin in an hour and a half. From ten minutes in, I knew I would be afraid to drink any of my soda because I knew it wasn't going to get refilled. The only time we saw our hostess, it was for our drink order and our food order. After thirty minutes of waiting on our food, I indulged myself in some trivia and a Pittsburgh college game in Detroit. After my excitement for a touchdown was over, I realized just how long it had been since placing our order. I stood up and walked over to the waitstaff-only soda machine and got my own drink, since it wasn't getting full any other way. I can guess the two snickering waitresses knew I wasn't supposed to be doing that myself. After getting the food (I got the 'Slammers' and my mother got a few lemon pepper wings) we dove in, since we were about to have to leave for our movie. My Slammers weren't 'built' already with the veggies, so I pulled off the top bun, attached to the patty, and attempted to pick up the soggy under-bun. The food was okay, and the fries weren't bad. My poor mother hurt her lips, though, from the sheer amount of pepper from the DRY lemon pepper seasoning. There's a Wing Stop across town, and we knew we might be breaking a cardinal sin by coming here. We tasted temptation...and it wasn't good. Two stars for the atmosphere. I walked in to the BWW in Longview like I normally do, used the restroom, sat at the bar and the bartender said the manager told me not to serve you because you are intoxicated. I was dumbfounded. Not wanting a confrontation from an individual that has such an intuition of a potential paying customer, I left the premises, never ever to return again. I have witnessed patrons receiving multiple shots of liquor, multiple mixed drinks within 20-30 minutes of each other. All I wanted was a beer and probably a $20 order to go. Never again at any BWW. A gentleman was kicking chairs and over reacting due to the football game . So someone on the patio called the restaurant and complained and the manager busts out the patio door yelling "who called the store and is saying there's a drunk guy out here" like it was very unprofessional as a manager... luckily this is not my hometown and not my everyday Buffalo Wild Wings. Buffalo wild wings has steadily declined in service, quality of food, and manners. When my husband and brother-in-law and I went a couple weeks ago it took an hour to get our chips and queso, and an hour and a half to get our food, and almost an hour and 45 minutes for my brother-in-law to get his wings which were obviously dry and they looked like someone just pulled them out of a microwave and sprinkled seasoning on them. They were not seasoned all the way around, you could pick it up and the underside of the wing was completely bare of seasoning. We got charged for fries we never received and we had to have our waitress redo the ticket three separate times because it was wrong. I do not frequent Buffalo wild wings anymore because of how terrible the restaurant has gotten and the quality of servers is terrible. read more

The staff alternates between confused, bewildered, unhelpful, and finally unprofessional. The management team is straight up worse--very rude. The cream really rises to the top here. This being my only personal experience with this store, I can only say it's filthy and I could see a lot of people getting bad service with just a cursory glance. My friends who did eat there earlier in the night said the food was cold or just plain sub-par and the service was worse.
