Went there for our anniversary. They set us close to the bathroom which smelled like urine. Very strong. The place was just dirty and the food was below par. The place had just opened so no excuse for the filth. Sad that such a cool place was so awful. Few years back a waitress stole our CC number and paid for a friends meal. We will never go back to BWW in Longview Texas. read more

Put in order for curbside and went to pick up my order almost an hour later, since I live out of town and drove all that way to pick it up, called and told them I was picking up the order and they told me they would bring it right out. 20 minutes later I called because they still didn't bring out my order and they told me yes we will bring it it right now. 10 minutes later with both my kids screaming I still didn't get my food. I call back to talk to the manager and she said that my order was made as a future order and that it wasn't ready, which on my receipt it was a pick up ASAP order. So if even the manager lies because they can't get my order out to me within a timely manner then they don't deserve my business. I canceled my order and ate elsewhere! read more

The service was awful. It took us nearly two hours and it was completely unnecessary. Kaylee was our server and she started out great, but turned for the worst. After appetizers, she went MIA and didn't take our order for a very long time. Again disappeared and we were sitting, waiting on the check. My and my 1 year old daughter left while my husband stayed back to find a manager and pay out. After finding a manger, the service didn't get any better. The manager didn't accommodate the whole table, only did the minimum or what he was asked. As you looked around, you could easily tell each table was upset with the service. On the other hand, the kitchen was great. Food was very tasty and fresh, if only service could keep up. It's a shame. read more

Man what a disappointment. My wife and I went there Sunday to watch football. I would assume a franchise like this had better standards. The place was filthy. The floors were so dirty i could see the food and grease on the carpet. The tile was so greasy my wife almost fell in the ladies bathroom. Both bathrooms were filthy and smelled like urine. Every time someone opened the bathroom door you could smell urine coming from the bathrooms at our table. We ended up spending 90 bucks and left at halftime to escape the odor and filth. Thanks for ruining our anniversary B-dubs. We won't be back. read more

The fry's were decent the wait was 40 minutes and wings were drenched in the sauce and severely overcooked definitely not worth the $56.87 that was spent on food. I've had gas station deli wings that were better than the experience we had tonight. read more

food is good , really good. but honestly service is mid and the wings take forever to get out to you. only reason i never want to go.

Horrible customer service and the food wasn't that great. The only reason we went was because we had a gift card. It took forever for someone to take our order and I just was not impressed read more

omg !! staying at Hampton almost 2 minute walk.. I am by far a big fan and a must have wing kinda guy.. this place is horrible !!!! not enough staff ,why even keep it running , call it quits ! Ashari has always been my waitress, well I'm here to say ,be smart and stay away !! I always go in on tuesday for buy one get one 50% ,I got six and my bill was $28 !! No veggies so I had told her separate food from beer .. we'll I drank 3 and that bill was also wrong .. she charged me for 4 beers ! How do you argue that when you have consumed alcohol so manager is not gonna take my side so I just paid .. it takes congress for them to even come to your table . No napkins so I sucked my fingers and wiped on my pants .. that was like my 5 th trip here and hasn't changed . I always go alone and watch and I'm like heck I'm not the only one getting ignored.. stay away !!! This is my last visit here.. read more

.Absolutely the worst experience in this place I've had in any restaurant experience. I joined a party already sitting watching a fight. After 30 min I asked the asst manager Kim could I order a drink and she said why didnt I ask the sever. Who was fixing a messed up order and walked off immediately. After sitting another 45 min never had a server offer a drink. Will not be back .... read more

This place has gone through an ownership change, full remodel along with taking out the smoking section - AND a menu overhaul. The place is much nicer, and the food is actually getting better! This is a regular goto spot now. Much less rif-raf around. read more

This place is terrible and for some reason we have returned several times over thinking it might be better but then regretted the decision to return. The staff is unpolished and the waitress we had this time was gruff and unwilling to do anything above and beyond. Every question we asked was met with resistance and a condescending tone. We asked for all flats and were told she couldn't do it. We once ordered all Flats and they came out mixed. The food took about 45 minutes. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, and boats for out individual food. We asked for a hefeweizen beer and she said I don't think we have that. She couldn't even pronounce it or knew what it was. My perception is she just didn't even try to ask. This is an establishment with a vast variety I beers, the staff should be familiar with them. Every time we have been there, our dirty salad plates are left at the table along with any paper trash from our napkin rings to straw wrappers. There was a lot if trash on the floor under the booth we sat in. One time our order was so messed up and we told the manager how greatly disappointed we were, we were offered no compensation or gratis. We wouldn't have them redo it as it had already taken over an hour to get our meal. We made a pact tonight to remind each other that we will not return. read more

Had their Medium Traditional wings as I've usually ordered at other locations. They were spiced as if they were Hot and drenched in sauce. A very unpleasant experience. On the other hand the server was extremely friendly and helpful. Asked if he could do anything about the wings but we decided we could take them home and wash the sauce off and reheat. They were much better that way. We will not be going back to this location. Bill read more

I normally don't do this but the service was terrible. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what.. but my waitress wasn't very helpful. I had to wait for my food for an hour and a half, I never got refills for my drinks, never got napkins or silverware until I was partly done eating and she never checked on us once. I never got the check until I asked for it and that was after she told me my gift card wasn't activated. I understand everyone has a hard days at work but wow. What an experience. read more

Sucked. Horrible experience. Never will dine here again. Not just this location. Been to others. Same thing. No service. Rude service.

Have stopped at this location multiple times. Dont get me wrong I love the food but every time we come here we have to wait over 45 minutes to get our food. This location has a terrible rating for a reason. If you are hungry now this is not the place to go. read more

Decent service and food. The flatbreads are delicious & dunks are pretty good too. I love the atmosphere & can't get enough of the never ending sports. I cannot come here without paying the trivia game...I'm totally addicted. However the past couple of times we've come the wings have been DRENCHED in sauce, which is not our preference. read more

Can't go wrong with BWW but restrooms needs cleaning. Watched Astros game and restrooms kept getting worse throughout the night

I wish I could of given them 0 STARS. I am surprised they are still open in Longview. Me and a friend and our kids went last night. Was not packed at all. Took 15 minutes to take our drink order then another 15 to get them. Took 45 minutes to get queso and chips. We were there for hours before we got our food and still never got 1 order. Spoke with the General Manager who attempted to tell me they were understaffed and he shouldn't of even been there. He was supposed to be playing golf. Will never go back. read more

Slowest service/food delivery. They were running short on silverware and we had to borrow from our neighbors until they found plastic ware for us 20 minutes later. They comped a few beers because of the wait, but that just wasn't enough in my opinion. When the food was brought to the table it was mediocre at best, yes they forgot one of the orders. An hour and 45 minutes worth of Buffalo Wild Wings jail. I'll order a pizza next time. read more

I had only been to one other Buffalo Wild Wings before, in Dallas, and after I had mixed feelings about that one, I figured I would give this one a go while waiting for a movie to begin in an hour and a half. From ten minutes in, I knew I would be afraid to drink any of my soda because I knew it wasn't going to get refilled. The only time we saw our hostess, it was for our drink order and our food order. After thirty minutes of waiting on our food, I indulged myself in some trivia and a Pittsburgh college game in Detroit. After my excitement for a touchdown was over, I realized just how long it had been since placing our order. I stood up and walked over to the waitstaff-only soda machine and got my own drink, since it wasn't getting full any other way. I can guess the two snickering waitresses knew I wasn't supposed to be doing that myself. After getting the food (I got the 'Slammers' and my mother got a few lemon pepper wings) we dove in, since we were about to have to leave for our movie. My Slammers weren't 'built' already with the veggies, so I pulled off the top bun, attached to the patty, and attempted to pick up the soggy under-bun. The food was okay, and the fries weren't bad. My poor mother hurt her lips, though, from the sheer amount of pepper from the DRY lemon pepper seasoning. There's a Wing Stop across town, and we knew we might be breaking a cardinal sin by coming here. We tasted temptation...and it wasn't good. Two stars for the atmosphere. I guess all the beer, televisions, and (for some) the indoor smoking help them ignore the horrible service and sub-par food. read more

Worst service ever there are about two servers here that know what they are doing and everything else is a hot mess. No management visible at all. Sad for a chain that's so successful in other locations. Where is corporate?? Maybe you need to visit Longview and make some changes. read more

Service is very slow and not very attentive. Sat at the bar at 2:30 in the afternoon. It took 9 minutes to get a beer. Got up and got my own napkins since I was eating wings. Bartender seemed to be out of place behind the bar. I never felt very welcome at bww. read more

We walked in super hungry and we had to wait 10 min for someone to seat us. When we finally got seated another 10 min went by and finally we got asked what we wanted to drink, the drinks were fast. DONT expect napkins cause it took us an hour to get those. read more

I walked in to the BWW in Longview like I normally do, used the restroom, sat at the bar and the bartender said the manager told me not to serve you because you are intoxicated. I was dumbfounded. Not wanting a confrontation from an individual that has such an intuition of a potential paying customer, I left the premises, never ever to return again. I have witnessed patrons receiving multiple shots of liquor, multiple mixed drinks within 20-30 minutes of each other. All I wanted was a beer and probably a $20 order to go. Never again at any BWW. And I'll spread the word. All my clients will know that the Longview location of BWW is not a place they would feel welcome. Good luck. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Checked in online to secure a spot an hour before I planned on going. I got there when it said 5 minutes to go just in case they were ready. And the front said at least an hour/ hour and a half wait. What's the point in checking in online to secure a spot if the are not going to honor it. Pathetic big corporate chains for ya. read more

I can not for the LIFE of me figure out why this location has such horrible reviews. I just moved to town and visited here last night. I did to go and Savannah took my order. Stopped to get a quick bite . Ended up being the longest wait at any Buffalo Wild Wings I got some naked tenders and small boneless wings .... then on the same day the most stupidest crap was happening on the patio . A gentleman was kicking chairs and over reacting due to the football game . So someone on the patio called the restaurant and complained and the manager busts out the patio door yelling "who called the store and is saying there's a drunk guy out here" like it was very unprofessional as a manager... luckily this is not my hometown and not my everyday Buffalo Wild Wings. O AND THE FOOD WAS COLD! which some warm food would of been nice due to being on the patio on a chilly day. read more

Buffalo wild wings has steadily declined in service, quality of food, and manners. When my husband and brother-in-law and I went a couple weeks ago it took an hour to get our chips and queso, and an hour and a half to get our food, and almost an hour and 45 minutes for my brother-in-law to get his wings which were obviously dry and they looked like someone just pulled them out of a microwave and sprinkled seasoning on them. They were not seasoned all the way around, you could pick it up and the underside of the wing was completely bare of seasoning. We got charged for fries we never received and we had to have our waitress redo the ticket three separate times because it was wrong. I do not frequent Buffalo wild wings anymore because of how terrible the restaurant has gotten and the quality of servers is terrible. read more

Great place, love the food and service. Kim the GM sure knows how to deliver excellence.

Well don't send anyone else to pick up your order, they'll accuse you of fraud, keep the food, and still charge your card. The staff alternates between confused, bewildered, unhelpful, and finally unprofessional. The management team is straight up worse--very rude. The cream really rises to the top here. This being my only personal experience with this store, I can only say it's filthy and I could see a lot of people getting bad service with just a cursory glance. My friends who did eat there earlier in the night said the food was cold or just plain sub-par and the service was worse. Sounds about right, guess I'm not missing anything here, except maybe my time and money. read more
