First time here recently. I had no plans on hanging out here as long as I actually did. I only came here to catch the end of the SEC men's basketball championship game. Of course, they have lots of TVs here, so this was the perfect atmosphere. They offer a pretty good draft beer selection - they specifically had my fav pernicious ipa on draft. We came with friends to watch the Michigan game. This is the only place around where I figured we'd be able to see the game on TV. Service was just ok. Oh my gosh! I am appalled by the service I received tonight. Let's talk about it. My family and I are in Birmingham for the James Fortune and FIYA Convert and decided to grab something to eat after. Buffalo Wild Wings was close and who doesn't enjoy a good wing. Upon arriving, we advised the hostess we had a party of 5 and inquired as to how long of a wait it would be. The hostess advised there wouldn't be a wait, however, the waiter who's section she would be sitting us in had ran to his car and asked us to give her a few minutes. 13 minutes later, we went back to the hostess stand and there was a new lady there. We advised her we were waiting and asked if the waiter we were advised of had returned. To my dismay, the new hostess said that "he was in the bathroom" and we would be able to be seated shortly... By this time, we had been waiting about 20 minutes and multiple parties had come in after us and been seated. Finally at minute 23 of "no waiting" we were seated. The waiter came to our table and introduced himself as Cameron. Cameron was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. He immediately took our drink order and gave us time to review the menu... Once he returned with our drinks, we placed our orders for food and my brother ordered a strawberry lemonade. Ok. At this point it was time to throw the night away. The appetizer of Fried Pickles came out BEFORE the strawberry lemonade did. Furthermore, our server was seen near the kitchen engaged in conversation with staff as we awaited the strawberry lemonade. Finally after 8 minutes, my sister got up and went over to where he was and inquired about the strawberry lemonade. Once she inquired Cameron brought the drink to the table within 2 minutes. Who knew it took 10 minutes and 1 reminder to make a strawberry lemonade... To add insult to injury the restaurant wasn't the cleanest. Empty tables were left uncleared for long periods of time which really was a detracting visual. The food didn't take too long and I was happy as I was ready to eat. I ordered the BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER. The burger consisted of: DOUBLE PATTY / HAND-SMASHED AND SEARED WITH BACON / AMERICAN CHEESE / YOUNG GUNS HATCH CHILE PEPPERS / GRILLED ONIONS / PICKLED HOT PEPPERS / HATCH CHILE AIOLI / CHALLAH BUN / and a side of NATURAL-CUT FRENCH FRIES. Oh! My! Gosh! The Burger was Amazinggggggggggggg. I mean absolutely AMAZING. The marriage of the burger, bacon, chile peppers, and grilled onions absolutely made my soul melt. This burger hit different. I have NEVER in all my years had a burger that executed a level of spice that was so perfect it elevated the natural goodness of a burger. Furthermore, the smashed patty was perfectly seasoned and enhanced by the hatch chile aioli. **For the record, I have no idea what hatch chile aioli is but it truly is a perfect marriage to a good burger.** Overall my experience at this location was not one of total enjoyment. As such, I have to break down my rating: Service - 3/10 Cleanliness - 4/10 Ambiance - 8/10 (traditional sports bar vibe) Food - 10/10 If in the area and in the mood for some wings or a burger, do yourself a favor and place your order online so you can pick it up and go. read more

I waited patiently at the counter. The weird rude guy came to take my order. He acted as if he was annoyed that he had to take my order at all. I asked for my hamburger to be made without some condiments, which I have done multiple times at Buffalo Wild Wings. I repeated my request. I waited in my car for 6 minutes and went inside to get my order. I had a bad feeling about this encounter. But I would get my order and go. He sat the bag on the counter in a pool of sticky spilled drink. I did not complain. Although, I hated to take this bag and place it in my car. When I opened the bag and checked the hamburger it was made completely wrong. I took the hamburger back. Against all health codes, he snatched the burger back and simply threw the tomatoes off. No tomatoes was not my only request. There was no way he remade the hamburger in 10 seconds. This time I checked the burger as he was walking away. I said ''Sir" in a normal tone. He rudely point to a sign that said no yelling over the counter. I did not yell at him. Hard to believe but this guy was picking at argument over a hamburger. He trying to manipulate the situation. He wanted a dramatic encounter. I insisted on a refund; when I simply had wanted the burger remade. I just did not want to deal with this rudeness any more. The manager came out when I asked for a refund. He said he would give me a refund in 2 to 3 business days on my card. I agreed and said thank you. He gave me another batch of fries that were awful any way. I was nice. I did not complain any further. I took my hamburger and left. I am still waiting on the refund. Maybe it will be processed; maybe it will not. I can not believe this establishment would continue to employ such a rude employee. We threw the food in the trash. The wings were dry rub. But instead they were just too dry. The drinks were flat. I just asked for the burger to be made as requested when the entire meal was awful. I have no intention of ever going here again. Not my first rodeo, review or visit to this location. I generally love the food and have lots of good things to say about a lot of them. Friday, 7/28/23 around 2:30 (not a busy time of day), my buddy and I went and sat down in the bar area. And we sat. And we sat. After 25 minutes, we sadly left and went up the street to Moe's to get some wings (which were quite good). It's really sad the way this place has declined. I know people are shorthanded, but the bar tender and some other guy with his arms folded were just chatting it up. There's no way they didn't see us. It's been awhile since I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings, and I stand with my four rating. Service was good. We love the buy one get one bone in traditional wings special on Tuesday nights. Also their garden salad with white wine vinagrette dressing and a side of garlic toast is really good if you are looking for a healthy option. In the main dining room they have three 75 inch or so large screen TVs plus 15 + smaller TVs, so don't worry about not getting a good seat with a view. One thing I do want to point out is that it can get really loud, but what do you expect it is a sports bar! read more

Finally after months of issues with supply chain they are back. Curds are my kids favorite. This time we got traditional wings with jammin jalapeño and Asian zing sauce. Always good sauces but the service needs help. The teenagers are rude! And we are always missing items we ordered. We went here for our son's birthday on a quiet Monday evening. It was just like it always has been, and probably will be for the foreseeable future...so no surprises. It was well prepared, tasty, and presented nicely. Only dropping a star because it is a tad pricey for what it is. We had 6 guests (including a child ordering off of the kids menu). 2 of the guests only ordered 10 wings each with no side. Total bill was a few dollars shy of $100. BWW is a place where if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Come to this location way too often, and lately customer service is the LAST thing on anyone's mine obviously. Today 2/12 (evening shift) It seems as if hovering in a corner or mingling at a table gossiping is way more important to this new crew that they have. There is a couple behind me complaining about this same issue. And no it wasn't everyone on this particular day the only person with an ounce of good customer service was the lady that brought out our food with the long red braids. At the end of the day this is their job whether they want to be here or not and I expect some type of customer awareness if I'm spending my money here.... This was not a matter of it being a busy night at all which I'm sure footage would show. This location has to do better at some point with the staff and how we get to our customers. The batter was thicker than I prefer, but the pickles were hot and not greasy. Jenny like the creamy dipping sauce. The wedges with cheese is a winner. Along with Asian Zing wings, we tried desert heat, Thai curry, and teriyaki. Desert heat is a dry rub, the Thai wings had a mild yellow curry flavor, and the teriyaki wings were sweet. Wife, daughter, and I agreed that the Asian Zings were our favorite. It is sticky, sweet, and a bit spicy. We arrived at 11:00 so the restaurant was empty. We sat outside with the pup. Secondly, when I call, I've been placed on hold without even being asked to be placed on hold or I've been left on hold too long. I've only been to this BWW location once, and it had to be the longest wait I've ever had. I did come during a football game which me and my friend had no interest in, but had to wait almost an hour for a table. Once we finally got our table, our orders and food were brought to us rather quickly, but after that we sat there several hours before our checks came. We were done eating our food probably in the first 20 minutes of getting there, and every time I tried to flag down the waitress she just walked past us. Please let us pay so we can leave. That's all we wanted to do. We had gotten there wanting lunch around 1 or 2pm, but by the time we left it was dark out. After 6:00pm! Almost dinner time. As for the food, it was just as good as any BWW. I got the mild boneless wings and queso fries. Very filling. There's not much bad to say about this BWW location. I came in for their Tuesday Special half off traditional wings for dinner. The location was clean and staff was attentive. I ordered a large traditional wings with Caribbean Jerk and Honey BBQ. They came out with large, meaty wings with plenty of sauce on both sides of all the wings! The food came out relatively fast compared to other BWWs and our waitress was kind and attentive. I'll be making more stops at this location in the future! read more

Although I think Baumhower's has a slightly better food menu. I think Buffalo Wild Wings has a better sports watching atmosphere. Here you can actually hear the game, whereas at Baumhower's they play loud music to the point where you cannot hear the game you're trying to watch. read more
