When the beer came it was served in an aluminum cup, no, they do not have a regular pint glass that you find in every other establishment on earth that sells beer. I had a coke, which is served from a fountain, my favorite kind. When the server finally came back to ask if we needed anything, I asked for a refill, he just casually points to the coke fountain and says "you can get it yourself over there". I've been in a job facing customers for over thirty years, sure it was self service, but any good server would have taken the ten steps to fill up my cup and then say "if you want more, the coke fountain is right ovet there" especially if I were working for tips. It's a shame that some place that could have had my business four times a week has to fail at every aspect of running a pub, ugh, restaurant.
