i don't recommend this place to anyone at all. it is now run by a shyster. and the lady who works…read morein the morning, Linda, steals money from the laundry. she has her own side business going on. she offered to finish out my laundry (i was in a hurry) for cash. at first i said ok. when i went to the counter to get my ticket, she wanted me to pay her by CashApp. I didn't want to do that and she got upset. she wasn't going to put my order in the computer at all! something fishy with this lady. i suspect that she's been pulling the wool over the owner's eyes all this time and doing things behind his back. of course the owner is probably turning a blind eye. he's just as crooked as she is i think. upon closer look at the washers, they are very nast and disgusting. there is mold and green slime around the rubber seal. i can't believe that i washed my clothes in such filth!! i will never return to such a nasty place. run and spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I had 4, 4 load washing machines ready when I walked in and by the time they were done I had 4 dryers ready! I spent $50 and used 5 huge washers and 5 dryers total. So much clothes.... 2 hours of folding. Smells very good inside, they open doors and spray air freshener when people bring in stinky stuff. The floors were swept every 20 mins by another staff member. Trash cans available at the ends of every row Will be coming back & no need to search for any other place. Even when my washing machine is repaired I still want to come here anyways! They offer load & leave services and much more! I'm so shocked by how great my experience was and I'm disappointed this place doesn't have better reviews. With a huge king blanket, sheets, lots of clothes and towels each week it takes about 2 to 2.5 hours there of washing, drying and folding as opposed to....,probably 8 to 9 hours of being stuck at home over the weekend waiting on the one washer and dryer to finish. Not only that, but most of the time we're in a drought situation and with a well, we have to be more conservative with water use. It has now been over two years that I've been going there. Depending on which day I'm there I can always count on seeing the same really sweet and helpful people. It's easy to go in, load the card given to you with $ and start washing. Love the oversized washers and dryers available too.

Just don't come hungry, because the vending machines are way way WAY overpriced. Like predatory levels of overpriced on some items, several dollars for a tiny bag of chips that would cost $0.50-$1.50 at a grocery store or convenience store is sold for up to $5.00 sometimes. Not sure if this if the owner's doing or if they are renting that space to a vending vendor, but it's really off-putting in a world filled with shrinflation and ever-present corporate corruption.

This last visit was on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Barely found a parking spot, but my big issue was the dryers. So many had clothes sitting in them, the cycle done but no one taking care of it. Not a great look when it is not busy but when it is so busy there are no open ones do better. I wish the laundromat had some kind of rule or did something if it is sitting there too long, at least when it is this busy. But otherwise it was fine. None of the TV's have ever been on, though that is one of the selling points on the wall. The first visit back in 2019 had one of them going. Since then not at all. They do sell cans of soda, water, and chips if you are going to be there for a while.

They don't communicate when they're dropping off your clothes. The last and final incident, they ruined 7 shirts. I told them about it and they said they'd send it to a specialist. The shirts were delayed by 5 days. They were returned even worse. They then offered $50 credit. I kept having to complain and I'd get passed to another customer specialist. Finally they offered a cash reimbursement. That was almost 3 weeks ago. The cash was supposed to hit my account 10 days after the interaction. I contacted customer support today, the reimbursement hasn't even been processed. They now swear it's officially in the works and their leadership team is in the loop. I should get reimbursed in the next few days. At this point I've accepted they have just ruined several of my favorite shirts and it's now my problem. Do not use them, however convenient it is.
