Note the beef, pork and lamb meats are fresh frozen. You take your bowl to the counter where it is weighed and then you're asked what selection of broth that you want. My wife and I did bone broth while my kids selected the spicy broth. The more stuff in your bowl, the heavier the cost per pound. It comes out to your table in a large bowl in hot broth. I had a mix of fresh veggies, beef and pork, cob corn, and shrimp. After we finished our bowls, we treated ourselves to bingsoo with strawberries. It's finally nice that we have a place in Columbus with bingsoo. I loved it in Seoul and at the Asia Mall in Minneapolis. Total with three drinks was $99 for four people. The bingsoo was additional, about $14. Service was ok but there are no instructions or signage on how things work. Finally a waitress came over to explain everything. They do have rice bowls and noodle bowls as well if that's your preference.

The mom was very accommodating and was working very hard to try to correct the mistake on the order. Everything was nicely packaged and easy to transport in my car.
