Richard, the owner is a total sweetheart and is honest and fast. He's helped me on a number of occasions and has been more than reliable and generous. His employees are efficient and hard working and very professional. Most plumbers try to get as much money from you as possible but these guys tell the truth and try to get the work done as affordable as possible. He undercut my latest plumbing quote by $2500 and the only reason I got a quote from another company, is that I didn't know Bubbles did sewer lines (which thank God they do) I won't use another plumber again. A big no show Called on Saturday ask for a plumber on Monday they ask if the could come that day. I said sure they called back a couple of house latter to say they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for Monday at 1pm. at 10 am got another call can't make it but will be there Tuesday at 10 am. Tuesday rolls around another no show. These guys are awesome. They were highly recommended on my neighborhood's facebook page and now I know why. They only work locally so they are quick to stop by and take care of whatever needs taking care of. We have a fixer house and they have provided exceptional advice and service whenever we need it. We will use them to re-pipe the house, install tankless water heaters, and remodel bathrooms. He was was totally up front about what needed to be done vs. what we could do to have some of the conveniences of a modern home. I had a major main drain line stoppage. Richard and his crew were on-time, diagnosed the problem and made 2 recommendations. I chose the cheaper (which was hydrojet). When Richard checked and found his preferred supplier was not available until the next day, he called around until he found one which was available. During that time I had more opportunity to consider the more expensive option (replacing the broken portion of the drain) which I finally chose. His crew managed to restore the flow that day (they had to dig a 5x5x5 foot hole), and completed the repair early the next day. Even the more expensive option was more than reasonable and I couldn't recommend them more highly. A year earlier I had a quote for the same job and it was 3 times higher. read more

We had a leak inside a wall, and we asked for plumber references on our neighborhood blog. Several folks highly recommended Bubbles. We planned to get an estimate from a few companies for what appeared to be a huge job that would involve dismantling one of the 2 bathrooms that share the wall. Bubbles came on a Friday afternoon and the plan was to cap off the area so we could at least have water in the rest of the house for the weekend, and return Monday to complete the job. After opening the wall a bit, Julio worked on it and then said he thought he could fix it then and there. He called 2 coworkers and the job was finished with almost no damage to the bathrooms! They were so nice, professional, clean, and talented that we called the owner that evening to thank him. The bill was very reasonable. We will be using Bubbles forever more. After a horrible experience with another plumber, we called Bubbles. So glad we did. Richard came out immediately on a Monday morning and determined we needed to replace our hot water heater. The water heater was under factory warranty and he said the magic words "I'll take care of it." Such a relief, he returned the defective unit and installed the new one, no hassle and very reasonable labor cost.
