Our Kitchen sink backed up and in water started leaking under the sink. I called Richard at 5pm on Wednesday and he promised to arrive between 8 and 9am the next morning. He arrived at around 8:45am as expected, cleaned up the mess under the sink, opened up the drain pipe and used an auger to clean it all the to the outside of the building. Put everything back together and tested all under 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself as well. The cost was $110, out of which $100 was for labor (minimum) and $10 for auger usage. This is a bit higher than some others, but the whole process was quick and hassle free. read more

I had a terrible smell in my bathroom for 2 months. My wife and I thought an animal had died in our wall. It was so bad that the bathroom was rendered useless, and we were contemplating selling our house. I called a random plumbing company from the valley and not only did they not fix the problem, they charged me almost 2k in testing fees (smoke tests), and they partially dug up my sewer line (totally unnecessary). Said plumbing company wanted to rip up our bathroom, but I decided to get a second opinion first. A friend recommended Bubbles Plumbing and I gave them a call. Richard was so nice on the phone and he was sympathetic and sent his team over immediately. When the team arrived they diagnosed the problem immediately as a broken vent pipe. Within a half hour they had replaced the broken pipe and my bathroom was free of death-smell. I was railroaded by a different plumbing company, but Bubbles saved me from thousands in expenses. Bad experience with the bubbles company they were so rude . I call them to tell them i was going to be late 10 mins. And they didn't even remember our appointment... then they called saying that the guy was going be here at some point (1hour later) cause he had have stuff to do and he was so busy So they will come anytime. Richard is very responsive. I called about 7:30 at night for a sink blockage, and he and his crew was able to get out to my house early the next morning and fix the clog. I also had a slow moving drain in my tub, and after explaining that I was going to be doing a complete renovation of the bathroom, he told me to save my money, and just replace the drain pipes when I get a new tub. Richard and his team are excellent! I love the fact that they can just swoop in and take care of a big job and be done. Also they don't just do plumbing if you need some reframing done or some painting they can do that too. Which in my case I had a bathroom which was all rotted out in the floorboards, and they were able to fix it the same day instead of me having to get somebody else and get different bids, and hold up the rest of my retiling job. Bubbles Plumbing saved the day! I had a routine inspection with the gas company that identified a leak somewhere in my house pipes, resulting in my gas being turned off until repairs could be made. I came across a referral for Bubbles, checked the Yelp reviews, and gave them a call. Richard told me he could have a crew out to me in a couple hours and that he did! Isidro and Paco found FIVE leaks and fixed them in under 2 hours, and for a very reasonable rate. The gas company returned the next day and confirmed the repairs, and turned the gas back on. This is not the first time I've called Richard after hours and he picked up immediately. He was very polite on the phone and sent someone over the next morning. His guy came over and quickly figured out what the problem was and recommended I hire a sprinkler guy to fix my problem because it would be much cheaper. Left without charging anything. That was on Saturday morning. Another time, we had ominous noise coming from our water heater and after walking me through some possible emergency checks (again, after hours), Richard determined the problem was curious enough so he came over himself. Saw some standing water in the base that was there because another appliance for which the drain broke had started dripping into it. Richard drilled some holes, it drained, and problem was fixed. No bill. Again. Another time and that was the first time we called Richard, our water heater was truly busted and he came and diagnosed the issue, quoted me a price, and replaced the whole thing the same day. Did some fixes around as well. We weren't home for any of this, just left a check for him. The price was reasonable and the level of service excellent. We've had him do other things throughout the house and the service is always excellent, the prices reasonable, he work done professionally, and the response immediate. I love these guys! We had them out to run a fiber optic line for our internet that AT&T couldn't do in an aesthetically pleasing way to our restored craftsman home. They sent two guys...didn't get their names...but they did an amazing job. We added an additional request to the order while they were there to change out a light fixture which they cheerfully accommodated. We were so happy with their work that we decided to call Bubbles again for a couple of minor plumbing issues we'd been procrastinating on. The fine fellow sent out for that was able to fix a leaky faucet by replacing a screw that our previous plumber said could not be fixed. We lived with that leaky faucet for way too long. Now fixed and we didn't have to replace the entire fixture which made me super happy because it was an expensive fixture. All around, two great experiences with fantastic professionals.
