It turns out that all these 5 star reviews were right! Our Bradford White water heater was leaking despite being less than 2 years old. Doug was able to come and take a look the day we reached out to him. He explained what was wrong (the tank had failed) and how he could tell. He reassured us that it was not an emergency, but it had to be replaced. The next day he took care of the warranty replacement through the wholesaler, and installed the new heater for a very competitive price. His first and second plumbing services were not bad as expected and even his charge were high. For recent services, I found he did not replace bad/problem parts with the new parts which normal plumbers should do (no doubt right). So a couple of days later after his service, you noticed the problems were still there and not really fixed so you needed to call him back again and he would still charge you for changing his used/defective parts he replaced at the first place at the beginning with new parts (hopefully). I am really still unbelievable this things happened to me more than once to make me realize the issues. Doug just finished finishing an issue in our shower. We originally called one of those plumbing companies that does a lot of great marketing. They came in, didn't even bother opening up the trim and sold us a story about how we needed to get all of this work done, and they would give us a discounted price in the thousands of dollars. We got Doug's information from a friend who's used him, contacted him and he was able to come the same day. Kuttruff is our GoTo plumber. He fixes what is wrong not upgrades and adds on to his work. He is one of the best plumbers if you want your plumbing fixed, first time, every time. He just finished replacing some washers in old fixtures, opened a water line and replaced a toilet flush handle. At no time did he suggest that we tear out the wall, tear out the pipes to put new faucets that don't stay repaired, and don't last. He shows up, on time and calls before. My husband finally decided to change the water filter under the kitchen sink. He ended up breaking the handle off the 1/4 cold water valve and water started spraying out of the valve. Quickly fixed a leak under my sick and two toilets that had flushing problems!

8:45pm after a long day, and about to put all our kids down to sleep and we hear this loud steam/hissing sound coming from inside our water heater closet. Open the door and water is spewing/leaking out. I close the valve and give Doug a call hoping that he is available at this hour (he serviced our shower over 3 years ago and did an excellent job). Doug came within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, fixed/replaced the parts that were leaking, cleaned up all the water that had leaked out on the bottom, and he had our water heater up and running in about 30 minutes!
