Antonio was great to deal with. I was initially scheduled for tomorrow, but he was able to fit me in today. He replaced a pipe that was leaking and had to crawl under the house to install. Everything looks great and he clearly explained everything he did and why. read more

Despite being evacuated from his home in Altadena due to the Eaton fire, Antonio came to my house in Downey and quickly diagnosed a problem (of very strong sulfur-smelling water) that 3 other plumbers had not been able to fix. He tried the most inexpensive solution first, but ended up having to replace an old hot water heater. He was quick, conscientious and professional and upgraded the equipment with a leak pan and exterior drain so the new water heater could be flushed on a regular basis to avoid future problems. I highly recommend that you call Inbound Plumbing for any issue you are having. We ALL need to support small businesses in Altadena! read more

Antonio is a knowledgeable professional that is a great problem solver. While I initialy hired him to place a spigot on the property of my home destroyed in the Eaton fire, Antonio's dilligence is testing the water supplied identified that there was a break in the water main. We discussed solutions available to solve the problem. I hired Antonio to replace the main and today, just 4 days later, we replaced the main, installed the spigot, and put in a T connection to provide water to the irrigation system that will be installed at a later date. Antonio and his crew were professional and go the job done in a timely manner with everything in its place an the work site clean. He is great! Use him. read more

Antonio provides a professional service with great communication, prompt and knowledgeable, great value. Highly recommended!

A major plumbing repair is nothing to be happy about. I thought it would be done fairly quick when Antonio and Eric pulled out the large auger snake. Nope. The cable promptly got stuck so hard they had to leave it overnight. Antonio laid out exactly what would be done on the next day. They would start at 7:30 am, dig down exposing the clogged pipe, cut out the pipe, releasing the snake and taking out the root clogged pipe from a prior inferior installation. They would replace a broken clean out and reconnect a drain in the proper place. They did all of that. This was not an inexpensive repair, but it needed to be done and was done professionally. Antonio uses top grade parts and holds his work to the highest standards, explaining the process as he goes. If you want a cheap repair that will break down in a short time, don't call Inbound. If you want it done right, this is your plumber. read more

Fantastic work at a great price. Tidy, polite and efficient. Our new go-to plumbing crew!

I've been working with Inbound plumbing for years but I wanted to take a moment to appreciate all the consistent and hard work they have done for my home over the years. First of all I thought Inbound Plumbing was a very big company because of the way Antonio the owner carries himself. He is very professional, his truck is in great shape. He is very responsive to texts and calls. He is very courteous and respectful. And his price was very reasonable based on other quotes I received over the years on projects. I was taken for a ride by a big plumbing company many years ago and I have never felt over charged by Inbound plumbing. Antonio tells you the price upfront and is very prompt with his service. Highly highly recommend him to anyone. read more

Antonio at Inbound Plumbing was so nice to work with. Polite, communicates well, punctual. I have some minor plumbing skills and attempted to change out my kitchen faucet. I was able to remove the inbound water connections, but I could not remove the actual faucet because it had "frozen" tight and I did not have the tools or experience on how to get the faucet out . . . without doing damage. I called Inbound Plumbing and spoke to Antonio, the owner. He was not able to come that day, but set up an appointment for 8 am the next day. He immediately assessed the situation and told me he would have to saw the faucet off. I also had a garbage disposal to put in, which I could do myself, but since it usually takes me 3 days to do what would take a pro an hour or so to do, I asked him if he'd put that in, too. I thought the price was quite reasonable for the two jobs. A few days later on a Sunday, I had to call him back because the dishwasher overflow valve was spraying water all over the place. What had happened was that his assistant had forgotten to pop out a plug that was in the disposal. He came over within 30 minutes. He would have come over sooner, but he was already at another home. I was very impressed with Antonio's professionalism. He was prompt, patient, knowledgeable, open to answering all questions, clean, and willing to make the job right if anything went wrong. I think Inbound Plumbing is a relatively new business, so he's trying to make a name for himself. Which is why I'm writing this review. Not because he asked, but because I wanted to help him out by spreading the word about him and his company. I strongly recommend him to you. I will certainly be calling him back for any plumbing needs, big or small. read more

I called because of a leaking toilet which was fixed by installing a new wax ring. Antonio also checked my water pressure (which was fine) and water heater and saw that the gas line was corroded, so he replaced it. Antonio knows his stuff and is friendly and professional, as is his colleague Gabriel. I appreciated that they were very neat despite the messy work. I called Inbound Plumbing after reading the many rave reviews which I now know are totally deserved. Highly recommended. read more

Antonio was very professional from start to finish - on the phone during booking to completion of the job. He understood what needed to be done, and did so in a clean and positive manner. He answered my questions and displayed patience. I appreciated that he and the plumber assisting him both wore shoe coverings upon entering my home, and that they protected the work area and cleaned up when they finished. I am very satisfied with the work completed on my bathroom sink and faucet. read more

I highly recommend Inbound Plumbing for your plumbing and heating home repairs. I had Antonio replace a burst pipe awhile back. He did a great job, so I had Indoor Plumbing return to replace my faulty gas wall furnace. He and his assistant were professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. They worked within my schedule and completed the job within a few hours. They installed a brand new wall furnace, new thermostat, repaired the loose vent pipe, and repatched the tar on the roof vent. The new gas wall furnace works great! A big thanks to Inbound Plumbing. read more

Inbound Plumbing is professional, do an excellent job and a company you can trust. Our toilet continued to get backed up even after paying a couple thousand dollars to a previous plumber before calling Antonio. Antonio and his team came to the house, took pictures of the poor condition of the crawl space (due to leakages) and sloppy work of the previous plumber. Antonio wrote up an estimate and showed us exactly what was wrong with the pipes and what he would do to address each concern. My husband and I are delighted with Antonio's work and highly recommend Inbound Plumbing. read more

Antonio came to me highly recommended by a friend, and he still exceeded my expectations. He quickly assessed the situation, and recommended several possible solutions. We just purchased a new washer but it could not be installed due to problematic faucets so we had to call a plumber and have it fixed before it could be installed. We have had people come by before but they were often unreliable so we decided to give Antonio a try this time. A phone call and a very short time later, he arrived, repaired the faucets and even gave us helpful advice as to what to do in order to prevent the same problem from happening again. Thanks again Antonio!! read more

He diagnoses the problem swiftly and takes care of it. He has great communication in terms of what the issue is, how he can fix it and charges a very fair price. After a polite and sincere apology for a late response to my message, Antonio stopped by my home to evaluate my water heater. Despite my attempts to light the burner, he got it running in minutes. Surprisingly, he would NOT accept taking any payment as much as I insisted. Thanks Antonio, that was a true act of kindness, but more importantly, a reflection of your character. read more

Antonio was referred to us by our next door neighbor. Antonio returned my voicemail in a timely manner and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 10am and 11am. He arrived on time , examined the work to be done (clogged bathroom sink) and gave two options for service. He completed the service immediately, cleaned the work area and left two business cards.
