Despite being evacuated from his home in Altadena due to the Eaton fire, Antonio came to my house in Downey and quickly diagnosed a problem (of very strong sulfur-smelling water) that 3 other plumbers had not been able to fix. He tried the most inexpensive solution first, but ended up having to replace an old hot water heater. He was quick, conscientious and professional and upgraded the equipment with a leak pan and exterior drain so the new water heater could be flushed on a regular basis to avoid future problems. While I initialy hired him to place a spigot on the property of my home destroyed in the Eaton fire, Antonio's dilligence is testing the water supplied identified that there was a break in the water main. We discussed solutions available to solve the problem. I hired Antonio to replace the main and today, just 4 days later, we replaced the main, installed the spigot, and put in a T connection to provide water to the irrigation system that will be installed at a later date. A major plumbing repair is nothing to be happy about. I thought it would be done fairly quick when Antonio and Eric pulled out the large auger snake. Nope. The cable promptly got stuck so hard they had to leave it overnight. Antonio laid out exactly what would be done on the next day. They would start at 7:30 am, dig down exposing the clogged pipe, cut out the pipe, releasing the snake and taking out the root clogged pipe from a prior inferior installation. They would replace a broken clean out and reconnect a drain in the proper place. They did all of that. This was not an inexpensive repair, but it needed to be done and was done professionally. Antonio uses top grade parts and holds his work to the highest standards, explaining the process as he goes. If you want a cheap repair that will break down in a short time, don't call Inbound. If you want it done right, this is your plumber. read more

I have some minor plumbing skills and attempted to change out my kitchen faucet. I was able to remove the inbound water connections, but I could not remove the actual faucet because it had "frozen" tight and I did not have the tools or experience on how to get the faucet out . . . without doing damage. I called Inbound Plumbing and spoke to Antonio, the owner. He was not able to come that day, but set up an appointment for 8 am the next day. He immediately assessed the situation and told me he would have to saw the faucet off. I also had a garbage disposal to put in, which I could do myself, but since it usually takes me 3 days to do what would take a pro an hour or so to do, I asked him if he'd put that in, too. I thought the price was quite reasonable for the two jobs. A few days later on a Sunday, I had to call him back because the dishwasher overflow valve was spraying water all over the place. What had happened was that his assistant had forgotten to pop out a plug that was in the disposal. He came over within 30 minutes. He would have come over sooner, but he was already at another home. I was very impressed with Antonio's professionalism. He was prompt, patient, knowledgeable, open to answering all questions, clean, and willing to make the job right if anything went wrong. I think Inbound Plumbing is a relatively new business, so he's trying to make a name for himself. Which is why I'm writing this review. Not because he asked, but because I wanted to help him out by spreading the word about him and his company. I strongly recommend him to you.
