This place has such a great customer service and friendly atmosphere. The staff is always so sweet and Dre our waiter is the best and our favorite!! He has such a great, positive, uplifting attitude! Loud music with tons of TVs! The music level is similar to a particular road house (TX). You do have to raise your voice to talk to those at your table. I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak (add jalapenos). Although I would recommend that the beef be chopped a bit more, I had a hard time biting through some pieces. The pizza is ok - not the best but not the worst. For the pizza being hand tossed the crust is much more thin than what I was expecting. The 33 bacon burger is excellent. The meat patty itself is better than most places (33% of the meat is ground bacon). We've gone twice, once for dinner with fast delivery of our food (ordered at 530). The second time was for lunch, it took about 30 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered and it didn't look like the restaurant was super busy at the time (ordered at 1120). read more

Bubba's just opened in Midland we went on Sat 12/10 we did have a wait of about 20 min but when we were seated a server come right over for our drink order and appitizer order. we got our drinks and appitizer right away which was the chirozo dip and it was very good ordered mushroom burgers they come right out and were very tasty the pattys were juicy and very large had to smash mine to get my mouth around it we will be going back great service and great food read more

Hayden is the absolute worst server I have ever had. Excuses for everything... Food and bar drinks were good except every single thing we ordered or asked for was put in incorrect or came incredibly late. Went to this restaurant tonight the staff was pretty nice.. I ordered hot wings and the first batch had a long black hair stuck in it, I showed the manager and she brought out some more wings on the house. The food was average at best. The salad was dressed so heavily it could have been a soup, the beer was luke warm, and the fish and chips were mainly black pepper with a little fish. Along with the food being poor, the dishes were ALL dirty. To top it all off the waitress was not friendly at all. Went with my family for lunch, to try something new. The service was bad , it took about 10 minutes before we ever say a server to even get drinks ordered. I know it was busy due to it being a holiday, but the server was pretty much nowhere to be found. They tried to give our food to someone else as well. The wait is atrocious and the actual waiting area is extremely cramped. The most recent time we went there was a panhandler right next to entrance. The food is ok and the drinks are good. We have had exceptional service everytime. My husband and I absolutely love Bubba's 33! It was one of the first restaurants we decided to try when we first moved here to Midland. We love how many options they have on their menu to suit everyone's palette, and we just wanted to say what an amazing experience we had tonight! Our server, Unica, was so attentive and was extremely polite! She got us exactly what we needed before we even needed to ask! I really appreciate how she ensured that we had a great dining experience. My husband got the Super Stromboli and I got the Veggie Black Bean Burger (Spicy Style) and I regret not taking a photo of it before I began eating--it was so perfect, it looked like what you see on commercials or in promotional photos! My husband and I tried this place for the first time last week. We got right in around 5:30 on a Tuesday. We ordered an appetizer and 2 burgers. The appetizer didn't come until we were almost finished eating. My burger was delicious but my husbands was suppose to be med well but it was bloody. He ended up picking around on the burger with a fork and eating the pieces that didn't have blood running out. I pointed it out to the waiter and they promptly took it off of our bill. The menu is pretty basic.. pizza, burger, beer. But all in all I did not enjoy my visit. Therefore, would not recommend anyone to to waste their time or money. So we placed our order and waited, which the waitress was nice and did her duties accordingly, however when we received our order everyone else's was fine, but my burger was just too pink for my liking. I had only taken a couple of small bites, mind you the burger is a pretty good sized decent burger, but found that it was just not cooked thoroughly enough. A manger walked by and asked if everything was fine, I asked her if there was any way I could have my burger cooked a little more. She obliged and said she would have it sent it back. Well, then she ( the manager) came back and said that they were just going to make me a new burger that was cooked more thoroughly and bring it to me shortly, which she didn't seem very happy about, but I thanked her and waited. So, the waitress brought my new order about 15 minutes later and it was fresh and to my liking. I ate only 1/2 the burger and decided I would just take the rest home. Well, the manager comes back by, the same lady who sent my order back the FIRST and ONLY time to have it replaced, and asked me how my meal was. I explained that it was better and thanked her again, but as I'm putting MY meal in the to go box, she grabs the plate while I'm still putting my leftover fries in the box and makes a comment. She says " I'm sorry about that, next time let them know that you would prefer it well done and they'll get that for you" made a smug face grabbed the plate and walked off!! Now at this point I'm a little shocked ,insulted and a little irritated because as she was standing at the table grabbing the plate I WAS PAYING for she never even bothered or probably even considered to get any of the OTHER EMPTY plates from the table. She made it a point that she was obviously just concerned about mine. The one that was sent back! As if she was angry that I had asked have it cooked more! Okay, first of all I was fine with the order having to be sent back, I never implied I wanted it free or replaced. I only wanted it cooked more! Second of all, I PAID for everything that was charged. Never gave her or any of the staff attitude. So, No, I would not recommend to anyone. Maybe the manager was having a bad day, but that is definitely not my fault! Or maybe she just lacks people and communication skills! Customer service also counts !Whatever the case I will not be returning. Today was my first and my LAST experience there!! Food was good. Service was terrible. There were 4 adults and one child. We had to ask for silver ware and napkins. After the appetizer had arrived. Had a basket of chips we he only eaten a few of but waitress took it up without asking if we were done with it but left the empty dip dish on the table. Had to ask for one alcoholic beverage twice. Had to wait a long time for drinks and to order. Two of the meals had side salads. Even after asking about the side salads they did not come out until we had finished our meals. One adult ordered the wedge salad. It did not have tomatoes on it like it was supposed to. Had to ask for drink refills and then the waitress only refilled one of the 5 drinks with empty water glasses sitting on the table. One adult ordered chicken strip dinner with gravy. Meal did not come out with gravy. Had to ask and wait for it. The broccoli ordered with the chicken dinner was cool in places. Two adults shared a meal and had to ask for an extra dinner plate several times. The steak they got was not cooked as ordered. Waitress seemed to get mad when we told her about things that were wrong. Was given a 10% discount for the awful service but was charged full price for the chicken dinner. Had to get the manager to remove the dinner salad from chicken meal since it was really never received. read more
