My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. But don't be afraid to ask for it not spicy as each chicken is breaded when you order it. The food comes out hot and the condiments that he mixes up are fantastic. He has his own BBQ sauce and ranch dressing that is way better than Sweet Baby Rays or Hidden Valley. The fries that he produces have a seasoning on it that have had to ask for a tub of so that I can sprinkle on other things too. The owners are super nice and great to talk to. Try it out and you will not be disappointed.

I had no issues with the process and appreciated the explanation and samples while ordering. The moist brisket was superb, excellent flavor and tenderness, the prime rib was also superb and cooked to perfection (first time ever having prime rib at a bbq restaurant) and the pork ribs were great. Their sauce has a delicious uniqueness to it with a kick too. I was very impressed with my first time at a Rudy's and can't believe this is a chain. Bring this to North Carolina please!

I've never been to the Caribbean and know nothing about their cuisine, but the flavors in absolutely everything on their menu are STELLAR!!! It's really the only place in Midland (that I've found so far) that has tasty, flavorful, high quality food. My go-to is the jerk chicken with rice and peas and plantains. Their jerk fettuccine pasta is also INSANE but pretty heavy. They're a good truck, so they're always on the move. Even if you think you know where they're located based on their Facebook status, always call just to make sure. I'd recommend this place to anyone with taste buds (so, basically anybody).

They are very helpful and have explained what certain dishes are and come with. Their menu is in both English and Spanish. It has been updated with better pictures and descriptions of the offerings. The food truck looks well kept and clean. The truck is in front of tire shop and across from some mall shops. I recommend the Cuate special since it has different items and allows you to try a little of everything. I also do like their hot dogs and they are not over priced like other places in midland. Last night I got the tacos to which the picture doesn't do them justice and this time I did get bit more cilantro than usual. The carnitas, pastor, and asada all tasted delicious and full of flavor. The green salsa is nice and the red one tastes good but very spicy for me. They are bit smaller than regular size corn tortillas but each is stuffed enough to make another taco with the second tortilla that comes with the taco. This is a hidden gem.
